She looked at Jay, "Yeah, we are still doing it." she turned her head towards Liam as he exits the store, "Ehm not really, I was going to invite Jay here into my house for a few drinks, if you want you could come by tomorrow, I might have a headache though." She looked at Marcus "And this idiot is going to have to apologize later." she thought of something interesting, she turned to Liam, "How about I leave you with my brother here, make sure he doesn't get too drunk, go to this nightclub." She handed him another card, "Say that you are a friend of mine, they'll know who I am." She smiled and turned to Jay, "Shall we go?" she asked him.

Jay nodded. "Yea, sure. Allons-y, then?" He gestured in front of him, letting Marcy take the lead to her house.

Marcus nursed his pained stomach. "Ow ow ow." He thought for a moment that he would throw up, but the feeling passed. He sat up and looked at the stars. Measuring the time of night by the position of the moon. "Ten aye? Better get moving soon." Marcus jumped in front of his sister as she walked away. "Hey sis, I gotta go do that job now. Make sure you don't get in trouble." He hugged his sister and planted a kiss on her forehead before running to the house to get his supplies. Yelling back to her as the thought passed into his head. " AND REMEMBER TO EAT!" Then he jumped out of view. Mentally preparing himself for the journey ahead.
Just because I'm an assassin doesn't mean I can't have some fun, I'll be alive for a long time after all.
"DON'T DIE!" She yelled back at him as he jumped away, she turned her attention to Jay, "Alright, this way." she said and began walking in the same direction as Marcus had jumped. After a while she stopped outside a fairly nice house at the foot of the mountain, it was placed so it was almost always in the shadow, which was kinda necessary for them. "Well, here we are." She said with a smile, she led him through the stairs and when they came in she shouted for her brother, "MARCUS, YOU STILL HOME?".
Marcus came out of a small room under the stairs, dressed in the attire he would need for the journey ahead. A heavy cloak came from his shoulders down to the heels of his feet. He pressed on a mask and lifted his hood over his face as he stepped out. He walked over to his sister, slipping on his gloves and bladed claws. "Yea sis? Need anything before I leave?" He smiled warmly at her and nodded to Jay.

She smiled as he came out of the room, "Not really, just wanted to get a chance and say goodbye before you left." She hugged him, "Take care brother." she said with a smile, she turned to her guest, "Now, what do you want to drink? We got plenty of wine, some whiskey and of course blood if you'd like to try." she said as she led him into the living room.

Jay laughed nervously. "Oh, blood...don't think I'm quite ready for that yet...how about wine? It's a rare treat for me, even if it's only the cheap stuff." With that, he sat down on the nearest chair, twiddling his thumbs idly.

"Don't worry, I won't bite you." She said with a smile, she walked up to a cabinet and got a bottle of wine, dated 12 CLE and two glasses. She sat down at the opposing chair and handed him his glass after pouring up some in it, she then poured herself a glass. "You don't have to be afraid, I know that Vampires are scary because of the folktales, but Marcus and I are different, sure we still need blood to survive and we can't be in the sun. I don't kill for fun, neither does my brother, so you can relax a bit, the only time I bite is when I know the one I'm biting is okay with it."

Jay sighed. "Well, that's most certainly a relief. I doubt it's a painless process." Sipping the wine, he looked at Marcy. "So, uh, whaddya do? Y'know, for work and stuff. I doubt you can hold a day job very well." He chuckled to himself, taking another sip of wine.

She smiled, at least he was relaxing now, "I'm a singer, I sing at different night clubs, which is how I can afford going to Morgana's shop everyday." She took a sip of her wine, "Well, the process can be painless, depending on how you go do it, you can force someone into it and they'll scream in both terror and pain, or you can be more gentle, it will feel a lot less. But that requires that the let's say donor is completely relaxed." She sipped her wine again, "Not that I have people come by here everyday for me to suck their blood, no, my brother drains his targets of blood and we store it, that way we can keep ourselves alive until his next hit."

"Targets?" Jay looked confused for a moment, but then seemingly realized what she meant. "Ah, yes. I've heard rumors from on top that we often employ vampires...guess that means your brother, then, doesn't it?" With another sip of his wine, he relaxed in his chair a bit. He was definitely starting to get more at home. "You have a really nice house. Nice, quiet part of town."
With another sigh, he spun the wine idly in his hand, watching it spin in the glass. "Makes my house look like oncoming traffic. And your job sounds nice, too...a lot more relaxing than mine." With that, he took another sip.

"Yes, hes an assassin and I'm a singer." She took another sip from her glass, she noticed that he seemed a little down, she may be a vampire but she isn't heartless, "Ehm, if you want, there is plenty of space here that we aren't using. If you want, you could rent one of the rooms." She kinda hoped that he'd say yes, it would be fun with a new face in the house.

Jay chuckled. "No, really? My apartment may be a train wreck, but it's home. And plus, you don't want me moving in; my work would probably tear this place apart. But thanks for the offer." He cheered up slightly. "It's glad to know I'll have a place to come if I ever need to get away, at the least."

"Come on, at least stay here when my brother is gone, it gets so boring with no one around." She tried to take a sip from her empty glass of wine, she frowned at the glass and poured more wine into it. She looked at Jay, "You want a refill?"

Jay looked down at his own empty glass. "Er, yea, sure." He held it out for a refill. When she refilled it, he'd take a sip again. "If it's only a kip over for a few nights, I wouldn't mind that. It's very nice here. In fact, I'd love to stay over for a bit."
