Marcy had just gotten home from a tour to Morgana's shop, it was relatively light outside, but still dark enough for her to leave her umbrella at home. Her brother wasn't home at the moment so as soon as she closed the door she grabbed a glass of wine and she walked around singing.
She wore a dark blue blouse and a white t-shirt underneath, she held a half full wine glass in her right hand and a book in her left. Her pants where a pair of black jeans, she originally had planned on taking them off when she came home, but decided to keep them on, who knows, maybe someone would drop by.

Liam Kain was traveling around the outskirts of Noxus and visited many locations. Eventually his trip took him into the city itself where he walked around and helped with people's business for some pay. It was also clear that his exploring was going to take more than a few days meaning that he needed a place to stay for a while. With a sudden realization, the warrior took out an old card with an address written on it.
A short run and a few misdirections later, Liam arrives at Marcy's home. Dusting off his attire and making sure his trusty blade was wrapped tightly, the swordsman went up to the front door and gave a loud knock. He could've swore he heard some singing as he did so.
She heard a knock on the door as she had just passed it, she stopped singing and out of habit shouted, "MARCUS I'LL GET IT!" She quickly remembered he wasn't home, she made her way to the door and emptied her almost empty glass of wine before opening the door.
She saw Liam standing there, "Ah, Liam, hello, come on in." she said with a smile and made way for him, closing the door after he was in, "How are you doing? You want something to drink?"
"Hello Marcy," He stood at the open door with a nervous smile and walked in. Liam looked around before turning around to face Marcy,"I am doing fine, just coming by with something to ask. Oh I would like a drink of some sort please. By the way, that was you singing wasn't it."
He hoped that she wouldn't mind housing the swordsman for a few days or even weeks if possible and decided to ask later.
"Yeah, that was me, just practicing." she said and smiled, "Why don't you make yourself comfortable in the living room over there and I'll come back with something for you." She said as she walked into the kitchen with her wineglass, "You want red or white wine?" She asked from the kitchen.
Liam walked a bit towards the living room before stopping to answer her question. In truth, he had some wine before but was not an experienced drinker. Sticking to what he knows, Liam replies,"I will have the red wine please." After that he goes off to the living room where he sits down on a comfy couch. Liam fiddled around with his sword while waiting.
She hummed for herself as she poured him a glass of wine, she opened the left fridge with the blood vials in it, actually remembering to get some this time, it had been a close call last time she had forgotten. She filled half her glass with blood and the rest with wine, she then drank the rest of the content from the vial before going into the living room.
"So, what brings you here to the Vampire's lair?" She asked him and chuckled a little at the last statement.
Liam gave a small chuckle at her choice of words before reaching out for his glass of wine. "I am here on a visit and also for something else. Due to how long my trip around the city is taking me, I plan on staying somewhere for a bit, but I don't know where I could stay without getting in trouble. So basically what I am asking is...can I stay here?"
She sipped her wine mixed with blood and thought about it, they did have another room open, and she did actually invite Jay to stay when her brother wasn't there, "Sure, why not, we have a room you could rent for a small price, nothing too high." She took another sip, "Come let me show you where your room is." she said and began walking slowly towards the staircase.
Liam drinks the rest of his wine before getting up. A bag of gold is produced in his hands, payment from all the work he had helped people with. "Hope this is enough." Liam followed the vampire to the staircase. "So how has your life been? Anything good happen lately?"
She thought for a bit as she began walking up the stairs with Liam behind her, "Well, a lot of things has happened recently, I've began singing more on some nightclubs that's always good. I've also been at the concert hall once or twice since we met, enough about me, what about you?" She didn't mention what happened between Jay and her, that was something she kept for herself at the moment.
Liam was quite happy for Marcy to see her life was going well. "It is always good to see that you are getting better. I've heard people talking about you and your singing talents. Me, well I've been traveling on my lonesome for about a month. Went around the outskirts of the city checking out the rural areas before I head back into Noxus for 'sightseeing'. If you don't mind me asking but does your brother usually leave for long periods of time?"
"Well, that depends on where the High Command sends him, he could be sent to Demacia and during that time I'll stay here." She led him into the same corridor she had led Jay into before, "Your room will be the second on the left, mine is the third and the first one is Marcus' room. Remember this, the two rooms on the right are "off limits"."
Liam nodded but as a seeker and explorer, his curiosity got the better of him. He proceeded to ask the question which had came on his mind. "I see, I won't question your brother's line of work as it is not my place to do so. Though I want to ask, why are those two rooms off limits? Sorry for my persistent questions. It's just my curious nature."
"Well, the room far in the back is or I guess you can say belongs to Jay, and the other room is just empty, nothing in there, I guess you could use it some time." She shrugged a bit before asking, "Do you want to look at your room?"

hello new skin yes. gonna work out some kinks but let me know what you guys think. it's not all that flashy but i didn't really like the tabs so the side bar is back. oh and the cbox has also made it's appearance. -rurin.
