Age:30(According to him)
Occupation:Wanderer
Residence:No permanent one
Alignment:Neutral
Abilities:
Passive: Electrostatic Energy
Adeptis gains 1 focus for every 4 attacks made, up to 10. Being based off friction, these attacks don't actually have to hit their intended target.
Upon ability use, Adeptis consumes focus to give said ability a bonus effect.
Lightning Chains
Adeptis Guides electricity through his chain, modifying his next 2 attacks to stick to the target hit, slowing them slightly.Further effects differ depending on whether one or two targets were struck. This ability needs at least 2 focus to function
Same Target:
A closed circuit is made through the target, stunning him for .25 seconds per focus and dealing up to medium-high damage
Different Targets:
A bolt discharges from one chain to the other, bouncing from one end through enemies in between, interupting their actions.
Each bounce requires 2 focus and if the focus is insufficient/the distance is too large, the bolt can not be made. Excess focus makes the bolt slightly stronger.
Spark Bolt
Adeptis throws a lightning bolt at a target up to 8 meters away. This ability can be used once every 24 seconds.
Jolt Leap
Adeptis leaps, gathering energy from the air. He then proceeds to slame into the ground, discharging the gathered energy. This ability deals moderate, increasing up to high with held focus, up to 5, and consumes all focus.
When Adeptis is wearing armor, he will be tired for the coming 2-5 minutes, depending on how active he is being. When he is not, The jump is easier, but the impact will be lessened and the discharge will be contact only.

Biography: (WIP)
Lune's story was one of constant struggle, starting from his youth. left as an orphan found by a slavemaster of a mine, He grew up with little more than the rags he had and the mediocre food and drink. He spent all of his youth working the mine, with little but the moon to look up to and give him strength.
When, according to Adeptis, he was 16, the slavemaster went along the routinely inspection when disaster struck, the supports of the tunnel they were in broke. The slavemaster panicked, especially since there were no other slaves working in this tunnel, and apparantly he knew about as much about holding a pickaxe as he did about staying calm. While certainly afraid, Lune defiantly spoke "Damnit, I am NOT dying in here". Fortunately, there was a torch still alight, which Lune handed to the slavemaster, with the words "Take it and light the way, or die here with me" And started to search for a weak spot within the collapsed tunnel.
After Lune, nearly exhausted, finally got an opening through the tunnel which he could fit through, he crawled through and hit a rock, causing the opening to get just big enough for the slavemaster to follow him. Lune was sent off to 'rethink his actions', which was a unmistakable sign that he better keep quiet.
A few days later, shame crept on the slavemaster. Were it not for his slave, he'd have died himself. And so, suddenly, Lune found himself free. But before a Noxian can live life, he must first complete the 6 years. Lune had heard stories of 'mages' who could make fire out of nowhere or make lightning strike at will. As his new life needed a new identity, he named himself Adeptis Lune, Lune for the times he had been gazing at the moon, and Adeptis to sway the recruiters into allowing him to try his magical potential. He also chose the first date he remembered, Februari 9th, 7 BLE as his date of birth.
Adeptis actually got sorted into the mages branch as he had potential as a mage. In the beginning, Lune was a promising student, who worked dilligent and was found to be quite talented in the control of simple elemental magic, in particular, the element of Lightning. Unfortunately, when the magic started to become more advanced, he started to have trouble weaving the different aspects together. Adeptis, while trying hard, grew frustrated, at the sudden setback, especially since nothing he tried seemed to work. Believing there to be no point in studying further with any complicated spell out of his reach, Adeptis went on into the military with the bit of magic he COULD cast, which left him in an unfavorable position as he was untrained with normal weaponry.
However, Adeptis found out the the lightning he could make could be carried on through metal. He had saved his gold for a solution, and he suddenly thought back to his time studying magic, his time in the mine. If he couldn't cast powerful magic, and couldn't hold a standard weapon right, he'd need a weapon of his own. Something with a decent reach, which can conduct his lightning, something flexible. With a decent sense of ironic humor, Adeptis went to a blacksmith and a pair of weighted chains.
With the chains, Lune's role in his squad changed severely. With a weapon he became proficient in, he started to advance more to the frontline in his squad. Adeptis soon became respected as a sturdy battlemage who kept the fight away from the rest, and some even joked about him needing an armor in his new role. A joke Adeptis would take more seriously than anticipated.
A couple of years of service later, Adeptis one day indeed stepped forward in a suit of armor. All jokes that were made aside, it was easier for him to still control his magic than expected, and metal conducting electricity made for easy delivery of 'passive electricity'.
However, as the stability of Runeterra increased, Lune noticed that Noxus' ideals of strength started to become subverted under politics and intrigue. When Riven decided to spark a small uprising, Adeptis saw an oppertunity to quickly and suddenly sever his ties with the Noxian army, and in doing so, align himself with Riven's rebellion. Later, he'd lose contact as he'd travel travel to Piltover to understand his element's nature better.
