Noxus. The Citystate known for valueing strength over most other practices. Honor was considered foolish, and lives were always lost when someone rose towards power. No wonder that Bilgewater liked the place, Fizz thought to himself as he swam around the harbor of a small fishing village, the closest he could get to the city itself through water. As usual, Chomper was right by him, growling something.
Shush Chomps, I thought ya'd like this place. They're as ruthless and strong as you are.
Chuckling, he gives a signal to the shark and gets into position. Chomper charges towards him, and at the last second moves down and then flips his snout up, throwing Fizz up and out of the water. With a few flips, Fizz lands on the docks, much to the dismay of some of the sailors. He hadn't spent much time in Noxus before, and he rarely came up in a small village.
He spins his enchanted trident and then leans it against his shoulder, the carvings in the blades glowing slightly with an ocean blue color.
Hello Noxus. Maybe I should take a walk aroun' before findin' Draven. No doubt the man is quite busy with his work... and fans. Heh...
The sun had begin to set from it's position high in the sky, the weather was nice. Marcy walked down to the docks after being to Morgana's shop and getting some cupcakes. She was wearing a long sleeved dark red shirt and a pair of white gloves, her pants where black jeans who covered her legs. She had her umbrella up, blocking the sun from her head as she walked.
When she had arrived at the docks she noticed something shoot out of the water, it looked like a yordle, but slimier. Marcy walked up to the Yordle, she heard it say something about finding Draven. "Ehm, hello." She said as she neared the Yordle. "Are you looking for someone?" she asked.

Fizz looks up at the girl that approaches her, his eyelids going from down to up as he blinks his eyes. He quickly sticks the trident into the ground and hops on top of it, balancing on top of it upside down.
Not lookin' for anyone right now, but I'll be goin' to meet Draven on later. Why, ya know where the man o' the hour is landdweller?
He has a wide grin on his face as he continues balancing on the trident with his hands, his tentacle-like ears hanging down with a single golden colored metal ring glinting in one of the ears.
So, how's things rollin' here in Noxus? Last I heard from this place back home in Bilgewater was a the whole "recedin' from the League" stuff. Then again, pirates forget a lot with all the grog they drink.
She looks at him as he jumps up on his Trident, "Mhm, Draven can be tough to find, he's either at his mansion or the Arena, I guess." She wondered what the Yordle wanted with Draven, she listened to him again as he spoke. "How things are going? Well, I guess you could say that Noxus has grown since they left the league, things haven't changed all that much to be honest."

Figures, it ain't like Noxus would be as progressive as say... Piltover. Good ol' Noxus, can trust on things being the same as usual.
Fizz laughs and drops down from the trident, pulling the weapon from the ground and spinning it around idly for a moment.
So, who do I happen to be talkin' with? In case ya don't know me, the name's Fizz. One of Bilgewater's representatives in the League, though I don't really do much there around these days anymo'.
The vampire smiled, exposing her fangs. She put down the bag of cupcakes and stretched out her glove covered hand. "Hello Fizz, the name is Marcy, Marcy Lee." After he'd shake her hand she'd lean down to pick up her bag again, offering him a cupcake, "You like cupcakes?"

Look miss, I ain't got a yordle-styled sweettooth even though ma kind are as small as 'em. I prefer seafood.
Fizz turns to look at the water, shouting into the waves.
Chomps! Throw me one of the salmon we caught!
A moment later, a massive Dragon Shark leaps from the water, jerking it's head and releasing a salmon from it's jaws towards Fizz. The Trickster merely stabs the fish with his trident, throws it straight up and catches it in his mouth, swallowing the fish whole.
An' before ya ask "Your kind?" or anythin', it's a long story. A bit too long to start tellin' right now, I've got a meetin' soon anyway.
So, what's a fancy lass like ya doin' in a smelly ol' harbor like this?
She put away the cupcake back into it's place and looked at him.
"You do look like a Yordle though." She didn't bother too much about the Shark, she knew she was safe on land. Had she been on a boat, then she might have been a bit scared.
Marcy looked around her, it was a bit smelly, she agreed with that. "Well, it's nice to get out of Noxus once in a while. So I usually head here, it's a nice change of scenery."

Yah well, I ain't never heard that my kind would be in any way related to the yordles. B'sides, they're at least adventurous unlike my people were... I'm the only one in generations that ever even got outta our home city...
Fizz chuckles and leans against the trident, grinning a bit.
An' where did that get me? To the biggest den o' pirates and drunkards above tha waves. Not that I mind, they're a lot mo' fun to be 'round than people at home ever were...
Change o' scenery? Please, not as big a change as goin' around on land after livin' yer whole life beneath tha waves. But I guess it ain't that bad of a change either.
"Well, I've never been under the sea, for some reasons. First, I don't like the sea, second I can't breathe underwater." Marcy said, "So this is enough of a scenery change for me." She was a tad bit curious about Fizz, but didn't want to pester him with questions he certainly had heard thousands of times.
"Well, it was a pleasure talking to you, Fizz, but I'm afraid I have to go back now. If I see Draven I'll let him know you are looking for him." She said and waved at Fizz before starting to leave.

Fizz looks as the rather fancy looking girl walked off, shrugging to himself and holding the Trident by the handle as he runs off towards the direction he remembered the main city of Noxus to be at, a wide grin on his face as always.
Let's get rollin'...
He laughs and gives the trident a spin and then does his known Playful/Trickster combination of acrobatics as he keeps moving towards the citystate's capital.
