Razie had casually strolled into his lab with a yawn as he made his way to his desk a few feet from the entrance.
the lab itself was divided into four spacious quarters, the first being Razie's office for business meetings and whatnot. The second for showing his clients new inventions, and the other two having doors leading to his lifelong projects that were locked with red text on them reading: "ENTRY TO THESE ROOMS IS FORBIDDEN."
For now Razie was here to just relax, taking off his jacket and tie he sat down and put his feet up on his desk. If anyone were to disturb him he'd get to business as usual, but till then he would be taking a much needed break.

Present Day
The lab was simply in ruins, as if someone with a decent arsenal of weapons came in and just blasted the place. They somehow got past his security system, luckily his rooms in the back were untouched... for the most part, the text he had on the door to the R U K A N had been blasted and spray-painted over in pinkish blue.
"RULES LIKE YOU HAD ON THIS DOOR ARE MEANT TO BE BROKEN"
He sighed to himself and took a seat in his chair near the entrance. 'this criminal that had been rampaging through Piltover was going to make working on the ArcLight project even more of a headache.' Caitlyn was already having a hard time in the city since Vi was gone to who knows where for who knows what, and his inventions while useful in their own field of use, would prove utterly useless to the level of weaponry this Jinx was packing.
He'd just have to find a more suitable place to work until things settled down, otherwise the dark days they were encountering in Piltover would only continue. If this one loose cannon can single handedly plunge the city this far into chaos, how would they be able to stand against the REAL threats?
Geokhan normally loved coming home to Piltover. Get some free time and visit his parents and get a side project done in his father's forge. However, that was ruined by Jinx. The forge was gone. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but it was a painful loss all the same. Geokhan wanted to help and volunteered at the first chance he had to go aide the police in Piltover deal with the menace, privately hoping to get a chance to apprehend her himself.
However, his orders from the League were clear. "Investigate the scenes of Jinx's attacks and analyze whatever trace you discover. Find her possible location and report to Caitlynn and then return."
Geokhan advanced towards yet another destroyed building. He had been to the political elite's shattered mansions and the flattened hovels inhabited by the homeless. All they had in common at first sight was the pink spray paint of Jinx, but Geokhan hoped to find more. Maybe something pointing towards were she got her weapons. Maybe, he could learn something about the weapons themselves and work with a Hextech engineer on a disabling device.
Anything....
Geokhan went to what assumed was the doorway and knocked loudly on the frame.

As Razie was thinking on getting his hands on some free space in Demacia to continue working on the Arclight project when someone knocked on the door of the lab, rising from his desk he casually strolled up the stairs and opened the door and spoke without even looking at who was knocking.
"Yes, what do you want? If you've come to make an order it'll have to wait. I've been added onto the hitlist of our wonderful city's new crimelord Jinx."
Now bothering to look over the visitor it didn't take a genius to know that this was a summoner from the Institute, what could one of their people be doing here he wondered.
"Jinx is the reason I am here. I am Geokhan, Junior Artificer of the Institute of War here to assist Piltover Police track Jinx. I'm hoping your....whatever this used to be.... houses evidence that can track that....vandal." Geokhan stated as politically correct as he could.
He was a League official and he was told quite clearly to act like it. However, a select few words kept appearing in his mind to describe Jinx and as fitting as they were, he was specifically told not to use any word he would not use in a report.

"Well, better late than never I suppose, you may enter. Though I'm doubtful she's left anything behind, despite her insane need to destroy she's quite thorough."
With that being said Razie would take a step back and wave his arm to the stairs that would lead Geokhan to the lab, and the destruction that lie in it.

Geokhan was a bit fed up with the slight bit of attitude. Being introduced as a League agent had its downsides and many felt worse than Razie did about his aid. Geo had been bad mouthed and told that he wasn't doing all he could or enough or fast enough all day long. He was a bit stressed and thus the little bit he got from Raz, set him off.
"Oi!" Geokhan snapped angrily as he followed Raz. "I'm a Piltoverian too, so don't treat me like some...bureaucratic asshat only pretending to fucking help. I came as quickly as I could get clearance. I'm just a bloody Bronze. The higher ups don't give a shit if I said I needed to go bury my aunt. They would still make me wait a week to get the paperwork done. If I wasn't wanting to help I'd say it wasn't worth the bloody trouble. I'm going to get Caitlynn what she needs or I'll do shit that gets me fired because I think Jinx is that much of a threat to MY home. Jinx is a fucking menace and I'll not tolerate any more of people giving me...." Geokhan stopped mid rant. He stopped walking and closed his eyes, breathing for a minute to collect himself.

After GeoKhan's outburst Razie was frankly speechless, he had never been snapped at before so he was caught off guard. So as they walked down the stairs to the destruction that was his lab he muttered something just loud enough that Geokhan would be able to hear him.
"Sorry."
As the two reached the lab Geokhan would be able to see firsthand the destruction Jinx had caused, though nothing exceedingly devastating, the main destruction was caused when she shot the outside, causing the delicate workings of the inside to somewhat collapse upon itself. He shrugged and just decided to let the summoner do his job, if he could help, great. If he couldn't? Back to the drawing board.
"Here's the wreckage, feel free to take a look around..."
Upon hearing Razie say that he was there, Geokhan exhaled slowly one last time and opened his eyes, surveying the damage.
"Thank you. I would get comfortable. I'll be a while." Geokhan said as Razie disappeared from Geo's attention.
'Time to focus on the job.' Geokhan thought to himself. He interlinked his fingers and rotated his arms to crack his knuckles followed by a slow rotation of his head to crack his neck. Geokhan then began his investigation of the damage. Geokhan spent half of an hour taking scrapings of each scorch mark and taking all the fragments of what appeared to be bullets, rockets, or grenades. The odd bits of tech only slightly impeded Geo's progress, but he set each bit into a pile separate from the spent ammunition. Geo's crime scene investigation might have been a bit sloppy, but he was not seeking to build a case so much as learn everything he could about whatever Jinx was using.
When he finished sorting through the rubble, Geokhan stood up and groaned loudly, applying pressure to his aching back.
"Ooowwwww.... Note to self: Stretch more. Thought forge work would make this easy..." Geokhan mumbled as he ease the pressure off of his back and went looking for wherever Razie went.

While Geokhan went off to do whatever he was doing Razie had ventured off to one of his project rooms that had been a target of Jinx's vandalism, once Geokhan had made his way over to him he would be able to see it for himself. A research table that once had schematics for a 'pulse' cannon for the Piltover military, several large chunks of slightly crisped steel with bullets under and around them.
"Now that I think about it... she could've also hit my fathers lab, since luckily I wasn't here when this was going on."
"Another lab? Bloody hell. I'm almost done here. I'll try to be quick so you can go check on him." From a pocket within his robes, Geokhan pulled out a notepad and a hex-quill, shaking the small device to get the clotting agent stirred up and to allow ink to flow. A cheap, simple, and efficient device. Reliable until your clotting agent decayed. Spare robes were made for such purpose.
"I only need a quick list of whatever you use in here. For cross analysis. I don't want an eureka moment that is really a bit of a chemical you spilled in here a month ago. That would be anti-climatic and/or a bit of a bother for you. I'll be as discreet as possible."

"A list of things in my lab... as for as tools go we're looking at various hextech devices of sonic based origin to energy formation specifically in the shield department... a rather complex hextech creation in the back which is forbidden to enter, by the way. And my experimental set of armor in the next room for the ArcLight project, careful though the energy source has proven rather unstable if activated."
"As for my fathers lab I'm sure he has his own men handling it... he shouldn't need my assistance, I'm more concerned with my own to be frank."
With that being said Razie quickly moved over to the ArcLight set he had been working on, though it was mostly just a torso and a helmet made with the few materials he was provided to use for it.
Geokhan frowned slightly, mildly annoyed by the lack of detail in Razie's answer as well as the forbidden areas of the lab. However, Razie had been going off the top of his head and if something stood out as possibly Piltoverian in origin or something related to one of these projects, Geo could always revisit.
'Fuck it. Not like I'm being paid to be the best detective since Caitlynn. I'll just do some general tests and see what pops out and go from there. Just get enough to help get the right direction.' Geokhan thought to himself as he scribbled down notes in handwriting so terrible, that it almost appeared to be code.
He did glance over at the armor that Razie was working on. The armor was too thick and appeared to be built with cheap metal that was not forged. Without thinking, Geo shook his head disappointingly. "Scientists shouldn't be playing at armorers." he grumbled just loud enough that Raz would hear, again not thinking ahead.
A common issue with Geokhan when it came to social interaction and one not likely to be solved by anyone unless they actually sought to befriend the young man.

"It's a good thing I'm not 'playing' at it then." Razie said aloud, clearly hearing Geokhan's remark.
"That's part of a project the bigheads from the government are allowing me to work on, and despite how split those of us on it are my part is coming along just fine." Though as Razie said this he practically spat the words 'bigheads' and 'government'
That being said he disappeared into one of his secret rooms where the clanging of various objects could be heard.
Many things popped into Geokhan's mind, but he did decide not to say anything further on the matter. Not his place to judge Razie's work.
"If that is all you can tell me about what I could find from your lab, I will be off. I need to report in before Caitlynn starts wondering who is pestering the town about gunpowder residue." He said loudly.
