Abilities
Passive - Nimble Fighter
Fizz possesses high dexterity and is very nimble, making him able to weave through crowds and combat, making him hard to hit with slow projectiles and anything but light and fast weaponry.
Q - Urchin Strike
Fizz dashes forward with a spin, moving a certain distance before landing on his feet again. Should he hit a target with the dash, he moves through them, dealing magical damage to the target, tearing any exposed flesh.
W - Seastone Trident
The rough, jagged edges of the blades of Fizz's Seastone Trident cause lacerations with each stab, causing bleeding.
He can also temporarily summon the power of the enchantments within the Trident to cause more severe damage on his strikes and to make healing harder on the target hit by his attacks for a short period of time.
E - Playful/Trickster
Fizz is extremely acrobatic and can basically dance around his trident to avoid projectiles headed his way, including leaping on top of it. However, unlike the Fields, he can be targeted and hit while on the Trident.
When he lands from the Trident, he unleashes a short burst of energy from it's enchantment, causing a seeming splash of water to damage anyone in the near vicinity.
R - Chum the Waters
Unlike the Fields, Fizz cannot summon Chomper anywhere in the world, but fighting him in any aquatic environment causes the dragon-shark to be with him in all phases of combat, sinking ships and eating foes alive.
Chomper himself, being a dragon-shark, is a very large creature, measuring in about 8-10 meters in length from the tip of the nose to the end of the backfin. His skin and bones are very durable, making it very difficult to break his skin with a basic harpoon or such.

Biography
Centuries ago, an ancient water-dwelling race built a hidden city beneath a mountain in the sea. Though these creatures had their enemies, the city was an impenetrable fortress, and, in the safety it provided, they grew complacent. Fizz, however, harbored a curious spirit that could not be satisfied living so cushioned a life. Unable to resist the allure of danger, Fizz had a habit of sneaking out of the city to look for trouble. In his many adventures he grew to be a powerful fighter with a keen resourcefulness that let him skirt danger with clever ease. One day, Fizz returned to find the city abandoned: his people had vanished, leaving Fizz without a clue to explain their disappearance. With nothing left in the city to keep him, Fizz salvaged an enchanted trident from the ruins and set out alone.
For years, Fizz wandered the ocean, using the skills he'd learned during his adventures as a young boy to survive. Finally, Fizz discovered the port of Bilgewater. He was fascinated with the existence of life above the water and could not resist exploring the island. In his endless curiosity, Fizz inadverently meddled in the affairs of the humans who lived there and his presence did not go unnoticed. His mischief angered many residents who eventually sought to capture or kill him. Fizz found himself cornered, and he prepared to return to the sea despite the fondness he'd come to hold for Bilgewater. As he stood at the docks, a massive dragon-shark attacked the port. Fizz defeated the beast, using his resourcefulness and knowledge of the creatures' weaknesses to his advantage. Having earned the gratitude and respect of the humans, Fizz decided to stay in Bilgewater. He joined the League of Legends to further serve his new home.

March 21st - Spends time in the bottom of the Guardian's sea, hunting food and fighting hostile creatures
March 25th - Meeting with Gragas, laying foundations for an upcoming prank
April 3rd - Stops by the fortress home beneath the mountain that his kind used to live in before continuing towards Bandle City
April 10th - Arrival outside Bandle City, having Gragas create a distraction while Fizz himself spikes the city's water supply with a magically enhanced brew, chaos occurs.
May 20th - Another visit under the sea to his old home before heading for Bilgewater
May 30th - Returns to Bilgewater, meets with Gangplank and Miss Fortune, telling the tale of what had happened in Bandle City
June 10th - Visits Bandle City on his way to Noxus, to clear his name a bit and make the city less afraid of him
July 15th-17th - Appears at a fishing village on Noxus territory, talks with an oddly pale human female for a moment before heading towards the main city of Noxus and staying there for a couple of days.
August 10th - Returns to his hideout near Bilgewater to check on the items he has hidden in there.
