Consecration (Innate)
Soraka is surrounded by an aura of strength that increases the magic resistance of everyone around her.
Starcall
The stars pierce the strata for their child, falling to the earth in beams of light to strike all enemies around her. These lucent beams amplify the effects of magic upon all enemies struck, and continue to do so each time. There is no limit to how many targets can be affected, and all unseen/stealthed enemies in range are affected.
Astral Blessing
Soraka infuses her target with purifying light, bringing them to the peak of health. Wounds are healed perfectly, leaving no scar or mark upon the body. The light continues to protect them afterward, acting as a buffer against physical harm.
Infuse
Imbuing an ally with radiant stardust, Soraka gives them additional mana. When cast upon an enemy, the stardust ruptures inside them, causing damage while disrupting their concentration and the flow of magical energy around them, silencing them.
Wish
Soraka fills her allies with hope and calls upon the light of the stars. Every ally, regardless of location, is healed with a burst of light.

Overview
Like every other champion in the League of Legends, Soraka's powers while on the Fields of Justice have been limited to fill a needed role and balance. Her magic has seen many different iterations during the League's existence, and are all but a piece of the Starchild's true potential. The source of her power are the luminous celestials, or the Astral Sea. While her magic is available to her at all times of day, it is amplified when she can see the stars shining above her. Long periods of time keeping her from communing with the stars can potentially weaken her. Her magic is not arcane in nature. That is, it does not require spells or incantations, as well as verbal, somatic, or material components. It is a manifestation of her will through her bond with the luminous celestials, and she often uses verbal prayers to act as foci.
Healing
Soraka is renowned as the greatest healer known to Runeterra. While she was bound to her sacred grove, her existence was fairly secret, at most a myth to those outside of Ionia. Since joining the League of Legends and coming into the world's eye, her healing prowess has attracted the attention of the wounded and suffering from almost every city-state. No physical wound is beyond her abilities to heal, and Soraka can also purge an individual of illness and disease. She can restore missing limbs, though the older the wound, the harder it is to heal. Soraka is also able to reverse the effects of many harmful magicks. As in the case of Irelia, even potent necromancy can be countered by the Starchild, though the interaction of such magic often has unintended side effects.
Shielding
Soraka has been known to increase the physical and magical defenses of those around her in tandem with her abilities.
Mana Manipulation
As seen through the different iterations of her Infuse spell, Soraka has the ability to manipulate the flows of mana through the aether. Infamously, she can pull it out of the atmosphere and infuse it into people and objects. She can also pull it from one object to another. As a harmful effect, she can infuse a target with mana and cause it to rupture violently, causing a disruption in the aetheric field in the target and muddling concentration.
Starlight
Soraka can conjure starlight at will, using it to light dark areas. She can also use starlight offensively, blasting enemies concussively or with enough heat to actually burn them.
Levitation
Soraka can levitate objects with her mind, effectively bringing them closer to the stars.
Sight of the Stars
Because of her connection to the stars, Soraka can hear any wish made upon a star. She can also look up to the Astral Sea and see through the eyes of the stars, though this requires her to stand in place and take no other action for the duration.
Unique Traits[/u]
Soraka is a celestial being, and the only one of her kind that walks Runeterra. In her true state, she has no corporeal form, and is a cosmic consciousness linked to the stars that could visit Runeterra in a sacred grove. Her body is a construct of flesh that houses her astral essence. However, when Soraka chose to be a pacifist no longer, she gave up her true immortality in order to interact with the world Though she does not age, she can now be killed until she finds a way to reunite with the cosmos and shed her mortal body.
Soraka's horn is a shard from a star, and attunes her not only to the cosmos but to magic. She can detect magic use in her vicinity, analyze the aetheric resonance for a basic understanding of it, and identify the source.
While Soraka identifies as female, she scientifically does not have a gender. That is, she does not possess reproductive organs. Soraka does not need to consume food, as she is nourished by exposure to the sky (and by proxy, the stars). This nourishment, as well as any food she does consume, is broken down into energy and channeled into her horn to provide the aura around her that helps protect against magic.
Background:
A healer gifted with the magic of the stars, Soraka holds all living creatures close to her heart. She was once a celestial being, but she sacrificed her immortality and entered the world of mortals. So long as evil threatens life in Valoran, Soraka will not allow herself peace.
Soraka lived for centuries in an enchanted grove. A being of the stars, she healed the wounded and sick that sought her out. One man called Warwick came to her grove and begged her to heal his wife, who lay lifeless in his arms. His despair touched Soraka's heart. Though it was too late to save his wife, she offered to help heal the pain of his loss. Unwilling to let go of his grief Warwick ran from the grove, but returned over the following days to hear Soraka's guidance. She began to grow attached to the grieving man. One day Warwick told her he had found the men who killed his wife. He believed revenge would heal his pain – and if he died fighting, he would at least find peace. Though she pleaded with him, Warwick ignored her and left the grove. The voices of the stars warned her not to follow him, but Soraka had to intervene.
She stepped into the mortal world for the first time, and soon found Warwick desperately fighting a group of men. She tried to heal him, but for every wound she closed, the men inflicted two more. Soraka realized that she would have to fight to save her friend. The stars screamed in her mind, telling her not to use her powers for harm. Ignoring their warning, she struck the attackers with a flash of brilliant light. Crying out in terror and shielding their eyes from her divine radiance, they fled. Soraka's celestial form faded and the stars fell silent – for her transgression, she became mortal. She still felt the power of the stars within her, but they no longer offered her guidance. She took comfort in Warwick's safety, gently healing his wounds, but the man she had called her friend slipped a dagger between her ribs. As her blood spilled, Soraka realized he had fooled her, and everything he had done was a complicated ruse. Feeling humiliated and betrayed she called once more on the power of the stars, searing his flesh and cursing his cruelty. He retreated with an agonized howl, leaving Soraka to reflect upon her fate. Though her life had changed, she felt empowered and renewed with a singular purpose. No longer bound to the grove, Soraka set out into the mortal world, vowing to heal the wounded and protect the helpless.
