Passive - Camouflage
Teemo is a highly skilled scout, possessing the ability to make good camouflage for himself in most situations. If he's unable to camouflage himself, then he's also quick enough of a thinker to find a decent hiding place. Being a shrimpy little yordle also makes hiding a bit easier.
Passive - Keen Eyes
Teemo's eyes are well trained and perceptive. He often keeps them squinted while on missions for better focus and depth perception. Very rarely will he need his telescope to see objects in the far distance.
Passive - Master Scout
Though his favorite weapon is the blowgun, Teemo has also become well adept in the use of combat knives, bows and arrows, and hidden traps. He's also a decent cook and forager.
Active - Blinding Dart
Teemo coats a dart in a blinding venom rather than his typical poisons. When this dart comes into contact with an object or being, it bursts into a small cloud of thick smoke which is nearly impossible to see through and irritates the eyes greatly for a period of time.
Active - Exhaustive Dart
Teemo carries with him a clip of darts tipped with a paralyzing toxin. When enemies are pierced by these darts, their nervous systems are quickly attacked causing drowsiness, fatigue, confusion, headaches, or even temporary paralysis.

Teemo is very athletic, but he's also smart. Most of the time he will not move at max speed and saves his energy for short sprints when he needs to escape quickly.
Active - Toxic Shot
Teemo extracts poison from the Adjunta mushrooms he collects in Kumungu, tipping his darts with them. The poison is highly toxic but the duration of the toxicity is based on quantity of poison injected and size of the creature being injected, as well as the strength of that creature's immune system.
Active - Noxious Trap
On his occasional trips to the jungles of Kumungu, Teemo goes out to find the rare Adjunta mushroom. He carefully harvests these so as to not break their bulbous heads and only split their stalks, for when the skin of these green and purple bulbs is broken they release an explosion of poisonous spores into the air. Travelers should be wary of where they step because of these oddly hard to notice mushrooms. Some say they have a special magical connection to Runeterra which allows them to quickly replant themselves and become very hard to notice by the naked eye when rooted.

Description
Teemo is a bit shorter than most yordles, averaging about 0.75 meters tall (2 feet 5 inch). His fur is peach colored, with darker brown rings around his eyes and an auburn mane around his neck. What most don't know is that there's a scar on his left shoulder under the mane and fur that he acquired during one of his trips to Kumungu. The scout, though athletic, has a midly stocky build that comes from his drinking habits. His eyes are a hazel color, which many people know. Often times when scouting he squints for better focus.
As for personality, Teemo is publicly very jovial and friendly to everyone. Often times he's marching through the streets with a big smile on his face, or even having a drunken blast in one of the taverns he frequents. However, there are times when the scout is alone with a friend and removes the happy facade. These are times where the scout will show his anger or sadness, usually confiding in the other person/yordle about his guilt or anger or sadness. For the especially close friends of his, he may even speak of his inner conflictions about his personal preference for the males of his species which he believes to be completely secret and is worried about what may happen if that secret gets out. The truth of the matter is that many people have already heard rumors of his preference through gossip, though whether or not it's true the yordles still love him. These moments of confiding are a way for him to relieve the stress of battle. When on his missions, all hints of emotion are whisked away as Teemo essentially becomes a hunting machine, only serving to fulfill his mission. He will allow nothing to stand in his way of completing the goal with perfection.

Teemo is a legend among his yordle brothers and sisters in Bandle City. As far as yordles are concerned, there is something just slightly off about him. While Teemo enjoys the companionship of other yordles, he also insists on frequent solo missions in the ongoing defense of Bandle City. Despite his genuinely warm personality, something switches off inside Teemo's mind during combat so that the lives he must end while on patrol do not burden him. Even as a young recruit, the drill instructors and other trainees found it a little disconcerting that, while Teemo was normally charming and kind, he turned deadly serious and highly efficient the minute combat exercises began. Teemo's superiors quickly steered him toward the Scouts of the Mothership, which is one of Bandle City's most distinguished Special Forces unit alongside the Megling Commandos.
While most yordles do not handle solo scouting missions with a great deal of finesse, Teemo is remarkably efficient at them. His record of success in defending Bandle City from infiltrators easily makes him one of the most dangerous yordles alive, though you'd never know it by having a cup of honey mead with him at his favorite inn. Bandle City chose Teemo as their first champion for the League, and he has taken to it like a duck to water. His signature weapon - a blowgun - uses a rare ajunta poison he personally gathers from the jungles of Kumungu. To help cope with his lengthy periods of isolation, Teemo recently struck up a friendship with Tristana, a fellow League champion and fellow member of Bandle City's Special Forces. This connection is healthy for both yordles, though now Valoran's voracious media outlets circulate rumors that the friendship is turning into a romantic relationship. Regardless, Teemo is a crowd favorite in the League of Legends, and a pint-sized foe that many have come to fear.
