Hey guys, Ryze here the current admin of our small minecraft community.
I noticed some people wanted to join but were lagging and Irelia gave me the idea to host a VPS. This is a fee I'm willing to pay /if/ people /will/ play.
If I get 7-10 "Yes" votes, I'll start the server. Note that you have 3 voting options. One for "Yes/No" and another for "Cracked Register Plugin/Uncracked" and another for "Tekkit/Modless".
It will be run on Creeperhost, one of the best hosts for Minecraft with lagless service for 2 years in a row now. If expansions will be needed I'll do them.

Update:
We're going to run Bukkit or Tekkit depending if mods or no mods gets the majority. Note: Irelia goes modless. In order to get Tekkit you need the majority of votes for Tekkit. I'm fine with whichever plan of course.
Either way, both servers will have awesome plugins I will put in. Factions will include citystates and other things such as regions/group.
I really want a lot of people to come in so I decided to drop the premium only. We're going cracked + Register so everyone may join.
Also, apply for server moderator (I'm the admin) using this form:
1. Characters you RP. 2. Previous Experience. 3. Responsibility 1-10. 4. Recommendations. 5. Agree to enforce various rules I will create.
Moreover, the server includes basic MS rules. All content is pg-13, swearing is allowed but overdoing it is disapproved, drama free and its going to be Half OOC and half IC. The server is PvP. Champions will get increased stats depending on the champion. Various abilities will be given depending if Tekkit (More magic, machines, powers, really fits Runeterra) or Normal (Nothing than basic minecraft).

Yes, yes, definitely yes! I hold no preferences on cracked or uncracked, mods or modless, tekkit or whatever. My computer can run them all fine.
