The city of Bilgewater, the jewel of the Blue Flame Island. This pirate city is home to multiple league champions, and some of the fiercest men and women on Valoran.
Today, the city was as lively as ever, brawls going on in a couple of taverns, people thrown off the piers into the water and cheering heard around the city.
A dozen ships occupy the piers, crews either fixing the hulls and refilling their supplies, or brawling and drinking in the bars. One of these ships was the famous Deadpool, of the Saltwater Scourge Gangplank.
In the water, Fizz is hunting himself a snack, a few fish here and there. Constantly alongside him, is the dragon shark Chomper he tamed and earned his place in Bilgewater after almost being thrown out of the city for his pranks.
((It's a pirate town, brawls, drinking, contests, have fun and go crazy. ))

Bligewater.. Sarah's home, and life, really. Fortune's heels clicked against the wood of the planks as she walked down the street of her pirate home. She smirked as she couldn't help but notice men stare at her as she strut on by.. to get a laugh, Fortune stopped and whipped around, pointing Awe at one of the men, who's eyes went wide and he froze up.. Fortune let out a laugh and simply gave the poor fellow a wink before continuing on
Finally she got to where she was going, the edge of the dock. Fortune sat at the very end, hands on her hips as she stared out at the vast sea.. sighing blissfully as she gazed at the beautiful sight, saltwater air blowing through her cherry locks. Sarah then squint her eyes.. as she thought she saw a familiar shark in the water.. "Is that..".. it was! Chomper! No doubt Fizz was nearby somewhere. Fortune couldn't help but smirk as an idea came to mind
Quickly, she grabbed a nearby fishing rod, taking a small fish from a bucket of bait and hooking it on the end. Sarah then sat down and cast the rod in Chompers direction. "Time to catch me a trickster" Sarah said to herself, the smirk still plastered on her face.

In the water Fizz is finishing up his hunt when he notices the fish that Fortune was using as bait. He looks to Chomper for a moment, who lets out a low sound into the water. Nodding, he heads to the piece of bait with a smile.
Instead of biting on the fish, he swims over it and makes it seem like he bit on it, pulling on the line to make it more convincing. He hangs on to the line, waiting for the fisherman or woman to pull him up.

As Fortune pulled up the line, she would find Fizz hanging casually from the line with a smile on his face.
"Hiya Fortune. You called?"
Chomper then surges up from the water, pushing Fizz up higher into the air and falling back into the water again. Fizz then lands on his feet on top of Fortune's head, trident in hand.

Sarah watched the trickster fly out of the water and land on her head.. her eyes drifting up to the fish-man. "Well.. I did say I wanted to catch you" she said with a smirk "How have ya been?" she then asked, picking Fizz up off of her hat and and getting wrinkles out of it before putting it back on her head

Fizz spins his trident and leans it against his shoulder as he is placed on the ground.
"I've been good. People still don't like my tricks, but I can always go do those elsewhere. I think that uptight Duelist in Demacia would be an amusing target. What do you think about that? "

"Who? Fiora?" Fortune said, nearly laughing at the thought "I don't know.. she may try and cut you into ribbons" Sarah said with a smirk "Though.. it would be very amusing"

Fizz chuckles and hops on top of the trident as often seen on the Fields.
"That would mean she'd be able to catch me first. And I probably won't be watchin' right next to her ya know. It's safer and just as fun to watch from somewhere they can't get to you at."

"Yup! I just gotta think of what would work well with Demacian nobles. Tricks that work here in Bilgewater might not be that well taken over there. Well, even worse than here."
Fizz flips over and sits on the non-spiky end of the trident that's pointed up in the air.

Sarah shrugs "Nah, I'm actually pretty bored" Fortune replied, crossing her arms "I'm looking for something to do, no one has came to me with a contract yet"

Fizz chuckles and hops off the trident, pulling it's blades away from the gaps in the pier.
"Well, knowing this town, that won't last for long. Who knows, maybe someone'll put a bounty on me after they get tricked. Good luck catching me and Chomper though."
