Trickster's Cove
Hidden behind a treacherous, rock-filled stream about a kilometer from the city of Bilgewater, is a peaceful cove. Small enough to be hard to find, yet large enough to hide a treasure of it's own, the cove is the current home and hide-out of Fizz, the Tidal Trickster. The only entrance to the cove is through the stream that leads to the ocean, yet the rocks in the stream make it very treacherous and hard to travel via boat or ship. The cove itself is of an oval shape, and has a small cave at the end, it's pristine waters being a great place to catch fish.
In the cave, a logbook -seemingly stolen from Bilgewater long ago- sits, with a quill and a pot of ink Fizz gathers from the occasional octopus he comes across on a stone near it. Containing entries of a journal depicting Fizz's life in Bilgewater, the book would be a rather interesting find for anyone entering, if not what was stored near it. A pristine condition set of armor, more built for mobility than defense. The material is similar to that of the trident the Trickster always carries with him, yet it doesn't seem to share the effects of the weapon. At the end of the cave, a small pool of water sits. Seemingly shallow, the pool hides a secondary entrance to the cave from the small lagoon outside, completely submerged in the water.
The outside of the secondary entrance to the cave is hidden under the water behind a stone disc that was covered in unknown glyphs, no doubt the meaning of them only known to the Trickster himself.
10th of August, 23 CLE
A while after returning to Bilgewater from his trip to Noxus, Fizz had returned to his usual pranking ways, and managed to annoy a fair few pirates in Bilgewater. While he could've no doubt just beaten them in a straight-up fight, the pirates usually didn't play fair, and he didn't plan on getting shot. It was unpleasant enough on the Fields where wounds and death were temporary.
So, he returned to his hideout once more, his own little cove a kilometer outside Bilgewater. The place was usually very calm, a good place for him to hide out at, as there was only one entrance and it was hard to get through with a boat, which most of the people who came after him used to move around.
He sits at the end of the cave in the cove, looking over the old set of armor from his home beneath the waves. The armor was quite elaborate, and obviously built for mobility, even though Fizz knew none of his people in the fortress would've been able to take advantage of that. They were too stuck in their ways, thinking they were safe enough to not worry about danger and combat.
Perhaps this would be the day someone comes across the elusive Trickster's hideout... perhaps someone makes it through the rocks of the stream leading to it by skill, or by sheer luck...
((Basically, anyone can come around as long as you describe how you got into the cove.))

'I'm startin'a think this ain't worth the effort I'm puttin' into it...' Scrod thought to himself as he paddled a small dingy down a stream. It hadn't been easy learning about this place, even with all the connections and contacts he knew he had only gotten rumors and speculation to go on about the Trickster's whereabouts. It had taken some time but with the broken intel he'd rummaged up he had deduced this was the most likely place he could find Fizz, though it was looking just as difficult if not more to actually reach the rumored hideout of his.
The stream was rocky, making it difficult to maneuver down its winding path. Needless to say even with the sea faring old mans vast experience the journey through the stream was slow going. Thankfully the weather was fair today and wouldn't cause any complications, so slowly but surely Scrod had made his way up the stream until he found himself in a small cove. "If this ain't it I'll throttle that dangly ear-ringed bilge drinker that told me about this place..." he muttered to himself as he rowed towards a cave at the back of the cove all the while calling out for Fizz.

Holding an oddly-shaped quill with fresh ink with a purple glow dropping from it, Fizz turns his head towards the lagoon. It seemed there was a visitor... just finding the hideout was impressive, let alone getting inside. This'd be interesting. Chuckling, Fizz quickly slides over to the other side of the cave. This'd be a rare chance to surprise someone with the ceremonial armor he had salvaged from the ruins of his home. He quickly slips the armor on and the helmet on his head, then hops into the small pool of water in the cave.
He swims through the path in the pool of water and into the bottom of the lagoon, spotting the small dinghy above. Of course, it'd take something that small to get into the hideout. He quickly swims behind the dinghy, and surges upwards, leaping from the water into the air, landing deftly at the end of the dinghy, pointing at Scrod with his trident.
Ye're the first ever to find my hideout old timer, impressive. What brings ya here?
Also, for their sake, don't tell a soul 'bout this place. They'll be shark food if they come here...

Scrod raised his brow in surprise with at Fizz's entrance, it had truly caught him off guard and being on the wrong end of a trident certainly hadn't been in his plans for the day. The old man waited a moment to respond, deciding not to directly address the trident pointed right at him or the new armor Fizz had donned and just abide by the Trickster's terms. A few days of binge drinking later and he wouldn't remember exactly how he got here anyway. "Fair enough. This ain't the most welcomin' greetin' I ever had, but it ain't the worst. Mighty fine cove ya' done got yer'self here..." he replied as he slowly pushed the trident away from his neck.
"The first? Makes sense, it weren't easy none to find. All I had me to go on was some guesses n' speculation from inquiring where ya' might be. I doubt many folks but myself could even get here without wreckin' their boat on all them rocks." he mused as he took out his flask of whiskey and took a swig before continuing.
"That aside I got me a message from Gangplank to carry out to all the big folks o' Bilgewater n' i reckon' it's safe to say yer' one of 'em. There's gonna be a parley on his ship, The Dead Pool, on the first o' September." he told Fizz plainly gauging him for a response.

So ol' Planky wants a parley huh? Well, ya can tell 'im I'll be there. I'm always keepin' an eye on Bilgewater, and this sound like something I'll need to know.
Chuckling again, Fizz lowers the trident and sits in a rather uncomfortable looking pose on the edge of the dinghy. His grin turns from the more ferocious one he had when first appearing to his more usual playful one, dropping the helmet down to the lagoon. He could get it from the bottom anyway when he was alone again.
So, ya think you'll make it out alone, or want me to guide ya along? It ain't much simpler gettin' out as it was gettin' in.

"I reckon' I could get out on my own, but I always been a 'plow around the stump' kinda feller. I'll take any help yer' offerin'" Scrod replied matching Fizz's grin with one of his own. He'd finished Gangplanks task and would throw himself a small personal celebration of his own success once he got back to Bilgewater. Things were certainly looking up for the soon to be first mate of The Dead Pool.

Fizz casually leans back and falls back into the water, quickly swimming towards the entrance to the cove, moving around for a couple of minutes to figure out the currents at the moment. He then returns to Scrod's dinghy, peeking above the surface.
Looks like you came 'round at a good time, the path is calmer than usual. Shouldn't be too tough to get outta the place, just stick to the right side o' the larger rocks and ya should be fine. Ain't much more I can give ya for help, strength ain't one of my strong sides after all.
He then dives back down into the lagoon and collects the ceremonial helmet, placing it on his head again and returning to the surface.
How'd ya think Planky and the rest would react if I came around with this armor on?

"Ain't too sure, but that's because I still ain't too sure what to think of it myself. I got me a few more folks to catch a'fore the meetin' so I'll best take my leave" he replied to the Trickster. After stretching his arms for a moment the old man made his way out of the cove in that same steady pace he had used to get in without any trouble from the rocks.
