Note: Lissandra will be assuming her disguise as the Ice Dervish in this RP unless stated so.

The throne room of the Frostguard was pristine as the black, polished marble was accented by bright blue ice crystals, a combination of the a once great Freljord that stood centuries ago, as well as the delicate craftsmanship of present-day Frostguard artisans.

Lissandra sat upon her crystalline throne, as two of her handmaidens stood by her side, ready to offer their services to their princess at any time. She gazed upon the closed gate of the citadel patiently, ready to receive any visitor who would drop by, albeit them being rare.

"What will Freljord bring for us today? I wonder."

The ground began to tremble across the Frostguard lands. Inconsequential at first, the shaking slowly picked up in speed and violence. Outside the throne room, a woman screamed in terror as a great ornamental sculpture snapped from the ice it was carved of, exploding into piercing shards as it shattered against the ground. The guard at Lissandra’s side immediately jumped forth to protect her from any falling debris. "My lady!" A call of both concern and confusion as the earth itself threatened to shake itself to pieces.

One of the court sorcerers dash out towards the fallen ice statue, conjuring a frozen barrier to protect the Princess and her ladies-in-waiting. Lissandra appeared faintly surprised by the onset of the earthquake, keeping most of her regal poise as she braced herself.

"Lord Wintergrasp, Lady Snowsong." She turned to address two of the court sorcerers, who hastily kneeled before her, ready to acknowledge her orders.

"Gather the Council of Mages and have them activate the protection glyphs. Our people and our city must be kept safe at any cost."

The two bowed as the rest of the Frostguard sorcerers moved in an orderly fashion, dispersing to various parts of the city. Within minutes, the eye-like emblem of the Frostguard surged with power, activating a circuit-like system around the city. Ice magic surged into the walls of the stone buildings, allowing them to withstand the sheer force of the tremors. Walls and ceilings around some of the older regions still crumbled, it's fearful inhabitants ducking under tables and other furniture.

"I sense something great of power being responsible for this..." Lissandra thought silently to herself. Whatever was causing the earthquake, she had to find out.
