(You are allowed to post if you know Kura and have been granted access. Otherwise please just don't randomly come in by 'poofing' and/or 'teleporting' into the residence, it is quite annoying. Lingering in the area around said house or on the premise is allowed.)
In the midst of Noxus as well as the other city-states lies a house not as fitting as the rest of its kind. In fact, this was not of a home resident, rather, a foreigner. This is the Tenshi residence currently owned by Kura Tenshi daughter of the founder, Jillian Tenshi. The travels of Jillian lead her in building a place to call 'home' in almost all city-states to relax after journeys. These residences were quite large and spacious but did not stand out to be pretentious. Instead they were still considered modest since they did not compare to the castle in their homeland Gaiainel.
The house itself wasn't part of the hustle bustle of the Noxian city, but more out of the way in the wooded areas. There was a large garden in the back and the gates guarding the entrance were those to discourage unwanted visitors. The path leading up to the house like manor was paved with concrete with floral decor. An apple tree was to the side by a small bond that seemed to imitate Eden in its own sense. The nature scenery added to say a lot about the ones who lived here. They were one to enjoy the world and all it gave to them, regardless of what everyone else thought of it.
The home was built with magic infused building stone and some marble block adorned with gold leaf. The furniture and framing was made with only the best mahogany wood and it was meant to last. These materials were brought from the homeland of Gaiainel. These imports were filled with magic imbued materials that Jillian was fond of using. Almost everything in the house has some content relative to magic as she was one to question and explore such things in her free time.
The interior was comfy to say the least. There was the main garden, the entrance parlor, a few kitchens, the large dining room with a smaller one, the creative workshop and the general workshop, the many rather ornate bedrooms, the fun games room, the exquisite training room, the several studies which have their own libraries, a costume room for Kura's entertainment, a chapel, Kura's personal portal chamber, an elaborate formal garden, the playful throne room, oubliette, and dungeon (for recreational purposes), and the best part, the treasure room. Granted each room has its own purposes and can be used for such things already.
Kura was in the kitchen preparing a meal for herself though made enough to feed more than just herself. It wasn't that she was expecting anyone, just that she liked to have extra food around. Plus, her house was open so much that if someone needed a meal it might as well be there just in case. She threw the remnants of the ham into the boiling soup as she added potatoes and other various vegetables into the mixture. She let out a half-hearted sigh as it has been some time since she was home, but she had to stay in Valoran for now.
(Ugh this post shames my potential for writing QQ I'll be writing more later about the house)

Vladimir had just left from his temple in his one horse carriage when a horrible storm hit Noxus, the storm caused a flash flood that blocked his usual path to the city. An unfortunate soul told him of another way to get to the city, Vladimir thanked the man, then drained his body of all its precious essence. The body would be washed away with the flood as he went on the alternate route to Noxus. The path took him through a forest, the water level was much lower here and there was no sign of flooding. Though the roads were somewhat sturdier here, the bumpiness of the forest trail would knock off one of the wooden wheels. The wheel would roll out of sight, never to be seen again. As the wheel fell, so did his carriage, making a horribly loud streaking sound against the ground. The horse would come to a halt as a bolt of lightning struck near the road. The horse, scared for its life, would let out a loud neigh, louder than the thunder that followed the lightning. Vladimir cursed knowing that he would not be able to make it to Noxus on time. He simply decided to wait out the storm and perhaps wait for another unfortunate soul to pass by and allow the count to "barrow" their carriage.
Kura heard the oncoming storm so she set up the fire in the fireplace before putting a kettle on while everything continued to stew and cook. Her rather peaceful evening was disrupted when lightning struck, as she heard the shrill cry of a horse. Kura, put of curiosity looked out the window and out to the forest where she saw a man, alone. Kura frowned, not liking the scene for the poor man could get sick. Without the thought of warning or caution she ran outside into the rain an out to the man. Her midnight black hair was dampened because of the storm as her blue eyes seemed to match the crystal like rain. "Come! You'll catch a cold out here!" she scoffed taking the man gently by the hand. Kura waited for him to follow with her to her home for she was not about to leave this poor person by themselves in this kind of weather.

Though blood was much like the consistency of water, he dreaded the liquid. He had risen from his carriage to tie his horse to a nearby tree, making sure it would not abandon him through the night, also it would somewhat shield his steed from the hard rain that was pounding down on them. Suddenly, it seemed luck turned in his favor as something warm grasped his hand. He looked and it was a girl, not much shorter than he, as she gently tugged him towards the home that he only just now saw. He nodded to her and would follow her to her estate like home, his hand never leaving hers until they reached the door. When the man's face was clearly lit up she would be able to see his more uncommon features. His white hair now soaked and dripping down his red noble clothes. If she looked closely she would see his crimson eyes, the eyes that had witnessed many deaths by the very hand she now held. Luckily for her, he wasn't wearing his signature bladed finger accessory. Vladimir now seeing her in the light would look down to her and smile before finally speaking to his current host. "Thank you, your kindness is greatly appreciated." He stood in front of her, back straight in a sort of noble posture. He would await for her to open the door before making his way into her home.

Kura lead the man into her warm and welcoming home before nodding, "Of course...I couldnt just leave you out there..." she whispered before sitting him down in one of the parlor chairs before looking at him closely. The white hair was a bit different but she didn't mind. The thing that caught her though was his eyes. His eyes were a deep crimson which was something she saw in one other person, and that person was not a person but a vampire. Shaking her head from such a thought she went over and poured them a cup of tea. "Here,, this should warm you up." she offered him kneeling in front placing the cup on the table before heading to the kitchen. She poured two bowls of soup before returning, placing them on a side table, "You must be freezing...eat up, illreturn with dry clothes." she offered a warm smile before hurrying off without another word, leaving him by the fire as she came back a few minutes later with a robe and underclothes if he so chose to wear, the color a deepcrimson red that was almost the same color and tone as blood.

Vladimir would walk into the room shivering. He smiled as she brought him tea and a bowl of soup. He would first take a sip of the warm tea, then a spoon full of the soup. He was delighted at the taste both of them produced. "I must say, you're quite the chef Miss." He would leave it at Miss since he did not yet know her name. He would remain standing as to not get her furniture wet as he did the floors. As she returned with the clothes he would happily take them from her and as soon as she turned, for just a second, he would already be changed in to them, still holding his damp clothes. "Such a lively color you picked, it suits me well don't you think?" He spun around for her, showing off the robe she provided him.
Kura smiled in embarrassment with the compliment, "I am glad you enjoyed it." she said before looking at him in the new clothing, "You do look good in the clothing and color." she replied offering him a smile. The fire continued to burn red as the flames sem to illuminate him, creating a rather eerie shadow. However, she remembered that she had yet to introduce herself to him, "My name is Kura...and what is your name?" she asked curiously. He seemed peculiar but she liked that. She was more attentive to people who were different because they seemed to hold something that others didn't. And with that she tried to figure out what made him so different besides complexion.

He noticed her slight embarrassment and as he did with any other woman, he would continue to poke at it whenever he could, in this case, introducing himself. "Vladimir, Count Vladimir." He extended his hand as if to shake with it, but if and when she put out hers, he would kneel and kiss it. "But you Kura my dear, you may call me Vlad." After his sudden affection he would rise and take another sip of tea before sitting down in a nearby chair, appreciating the warmth and coziness of her home, something that his temple lacked.
"Well it is nice to meet you Vlad." she said gently before blushing again as he kissed her hand. The treatment flushed her into a timid embarrassment. Howrve, after he finally sat down she sat near him before looking at Vlad, "Is everything alright? Do you need anything?" she asked trying to be hospitable to this man who she just recently opened her house up to. She began to sip her own tea and eat her own soup while she waited on him, wanting him to feel welcome to say the least.

Vladimir took another sip of tea before answering her. "Everything is splendid and other than a bed to sleep in for the night, no. You've done more than enough for me." He would then take another spoon full of soup and grinned in delight at the wonderful taste.

Kura smiled and nodded, "Of course, follow me then." she said softly before getting up and leading Vladimir upstairs to where most of the bedrooms were. The hall was lined with some lavishly comfy bedrooms in themselves as she entered one, a dim lighting with a color theme of crimson. The silks and fine materials put in the room were nothing less than spectacular. Then again, this simply was a guest bedroom, though all guests should be treated with great hospitality in her eyes. "Would you like something else to eat?" Kura peered up at him a bit questioningly since she had more than enough food and would be willing to get him more of he so chose.

Vladimir would follow her up the stairs and was no less than amazed at her home. He was a wealthy man, but this home was something out of a fairy tale. When he entered the room he would notice the color scheme, he smiled as she asked if he was still hungry. "No thank you, your soup was plenty enough for me." Vladimir took the chance to finally take a good look at his very generous host. Her black hair still quite wet after running out to help him, her blue eyes shining into his. "But perhaps i'll have you as a midnight snack," he thought to himself as he bowed to her.
Kura nodded to Vladimir as he was content for the time being. "Well, my room is down the hall in case you need anything. Sleep well Vlad." Kura said speaking rather softly before walking out giving him his space. She headed down to her room and laid down on her bed. She looked to the ceiling rather out of it as she seemed oddly tired. Soon enough she drifted off into sleep.
Like most, she was vulnerable in this state and she paid no mind to the dangers that could be. Kura trusted people until given a reason not to so she had nothing to fear from her visitor. In fact, she was complacent with helping people finding it something she enjoyed since she wanted to take her mothers place in being the caretaker, the lingering guilt still weighing in her heart.

Vladimir waved her off and waited for her to go to her own room. He almost felt bad for what he was about to do, but he'd get over it, as he always did. He rose from the bed he was provided and made his way down the hall. He slowly creaked open the woman's door as he made his way into her room. He would whisper lost words to her as she would soon meet her end. "So kind, yet so naive." Vladimir would creep over the bed and move his lips ever so close to hers. He would stay in this position for a few moments before a stream of red moved from her body to his. He would continue this for several minutes, longer than it usually took. It just kept coming, after a few minutes he figured he had drained enough blood and she would die in a matter of seconds. So he left her in her bed and left her room. He licked his lips from the taste of her blood. He went back to his room and went to sleep with a satisfied look on his face.
Kura slept peacefully even when Vladimir came into her room. She was not disturbed by his presence nor did she realize that he was even there. When he began to drain blood she remained unstirring as if nothing actually happened. Her face paled slightly and she felt a bit cold, yet it did not disturb her rest. Unknown to Vlad she was not dead as he so thought for it was not the first time someone had tried to drain her dry. Another 'friend' was an actual vampire who took what she pleased. By this her body had learned to simply regenerate her blood if it was ever being removed.
The next morning she woke up yawning, a little cold but not feeling any different. She got up and went down to the kitchen and began to prepare breakfast for her guest. Eggs, bacon, toast, hashbrowns, and all the delicacies were being made as the scent began to waff up into the bedrooms. Kura set out plates for Vlad and herself along with glasses for juice or milk. Turning all the settings to low she quickly left the kitchen to wake Vladimir up. Knocking gently she entered his room and sat on the edge of his bed, "Vlad, get up, it's time for breakfast." she whispered, gently touching his shoulder and shaking it slightly.
