((Uh, sorry about this. Elody is a slightly older OC of mine, who came out before the more official OC creation system. I'm re-submitting her profile so that she can be re-approved and any issues that may have been overlooked in her original profile can be smoothed out. Sorry for the inconvenience.))

Name: Elody Swann
Alias: The Windreaper
Class: Warrior
Race: Human
Age: 24
Occupation: Piltoverian Police Officer
Residence: Piltover
Alignment: Lawful Good
Abilities:(if needed) STORMDASH: Elody rushes forwards with incredible speed supplemented by her techmaturgical boots. She becomes incredibly fast, but can only use it for a short duration, and if she hits ANYTHING…well…she goes flying. It can also only be used in a straight line.
NATURALLY NIMBLE: Elody has a natural spring to her step and athletic capability, allowing her to move fluidly and quickly, as well as giving her the ability to scale walls without too much effort.
SECOND WIND: Elody is not the most stamina-focused of fighters, preferring to finish it quickly and get out equally so, which means if she stays in combat too long, she’ll run out of breath. She also has the breath knocked out of her easily by direct blunt blows. However, she often gets a powerful second wind after running out of breath, letting her make a final quick maneuver with twice the efficiency she normally has, but running out of breath twice as fast. After her second wind, she’s done, though.
HIGH JUMP: Her nimbleness combined with her boots allows her to leap high into the air, and fall with enough grace to rarely ever take damage from falling. Unless she lands on her face. Then it hurts. On her feet, though, no problem.
Equipment:TUYEL THE HURRICANE: Elody carries a massive sword named Tuyel the Hurricane. Even though it’s taller than she is, it’s surprisingly light. Enchantments allow it to cause small torrents of air capable of knocking back or over mid-weight enemies if it's swung hard enough. It also has a secret compartment in the head of the blade, only large enough to hold a small document or a trinket of sorts.
HEXTECH BOOTS: Although their origin is hidden from her, Elody wears a pair of Hextech Boots with a complex system of pistons. Powered by a pair of small, easily-procured mana batteries, they have a system of well-oiled pistons supporting them. They’re designed to lessen the impact of any drop to pretty much harmless amounts of force, can redirect force to power jumping and running, and are durable. If used for too long, though, they can begin to overheat, and sometimes if Elody didn’t oil them as well, the pistons start to stick, and she can neither run as fast nor jump as high. The average battery life when they're turned on is around an hour, at which point she'll have to switch batteries. She usually keeps around four extra batteries on her person at all times. They are switched on by the impact of running, and switched off by going without running for at least six minutes.
Relationships: PAPA: The man who gave her Tuyel the Hurricane. Although he’s not actually her father, she called him Papa affectionately until he died.
CAITLYN: Officer of the Law in Piltover, and her current boss. She mostly follows her orders, although she sometimes takes her own route to do things.
Description: Elody has long, brown hair and a pale complexion. Her eyes are a shimmering green, and her face is generally kind. She wears a close-fitting but still loose blouse and a leather strap system to secure Tuyel to her back. She wears some goggles on her forehead to not only keep the hair out of her face, but to also put on when doing aerial stunts. She tucks the blouse into a pair of brown pants, also loose-fitting to allow easy movement, that have a pair of techmaturgical boots with pistons in the heels clamped over them.
Tuyel is around five feet and eight inches long, and has a broad crossguard with an inch-thin blade. The tip is almost like a separate trapezoid, and while the majority of the blade is only two and a half inches wide, the tip widens out to four inches, with a flat and blunt tip not adept for stabbing. The blade is a light minty green that glows faintly in the dark. (This weapon is meant for cutting and isn't adept at killing)
She’s sweet and kind, and really likes helping people out, but is also a bit naive, and is way too trusting. However, if she gets any hint of backstabbing and disloyalty, she becomes a hurricane of fury and anger. She’s naturally loyal, and will stick by friends until the very end. She also can’t stand lawbreakers.
MARY SUE LITMUS SCORE: 5
Biography: HUMBLE BEGINNINGS: Elody was born in the less rich part of Piltover, to a father with multiple jobs and a stay-at-home mother. The police force was never as concentrated here as it was in the main streets, and when she was barely three, her parents’ house was broken into, and they were murdered horribly. Elody only escaped the crime scene because one of the murderers refused to kill her, and instead kidnapped her. She was left with one of his friends while he and his partner fled the city. Elody grew up unaware that there was any other way of life other than with Papa, as she called him.
PEACEFUL LIVING: Raised by Papa near the center of the city, Elody lived a closer-to-normal life. She went to school, did her homework, and other normal-person things. Papa wasn’t always at home; to maintain both himself and Elody, he had to take a second job at the experimental weapons facilities in Piltover. Often, he brought home small trinkets that were of little value to the company, but made incredible life-altering toys for Elody; shards of light metal that balanced better on a tip than on their flat, blunted blades bent into tops that never stopped spinning, and tiny glass balls with solid light at their core. She went through twelve more years of her life before the peace was broken.
SHATTERED REALITY: Elody’s Papa came home one rainy night looking far more somber than usual. In an almost shifty manner, he ran upstairs to the now-teenaged Elody, giving her a closed package. He warned her to not open it until she was old enough to drink, and with a last, desperate smile, ran off into the night. He never came home; his blood-stained body was found in a gutter in the backstreets of Piltover the next day. Despite the best efforts of the police force, his murderer was never found. Elody was ushered into an orphanage, and lived there for three years, heartbroken about losing her Papa.
REAL LIFE: When Elody turned eighteen, she was released from the orphanage, given little more than pocket change to jump-start her new life. She made do with what she could, killing time for three years with odd jobs and finding places to stay.
THE PACKAGE: As she became of age, she finally opened the package she’d been given, finding what looked like a large green trapezoid in it. Attached was a note, with the addresses of three people in Piltover. It explained that these people held the other pieces to the puzzle, and when she found them, it would be her job to avenge him. As she wound her way through Piltover, she tracked down the three people, finding the other pieces of the puzzle. The first person greeted her and handed her the piece, before dropping dead immediately. The second person was far more wary, and ran from her when she approached. He also died while she was chasing him, and luckily had his piece on him. The third person was already dead when she arrived, but had the last piece on their lap along with a pair of techmaturgical boots with the note ‘To help you.’ As she put the pieces together, they formed a sword, which opened up it’s head and dropped a note into her lap. It was a note from Papa, with only a few words on it: ‘Her name is Tuyel; treat her well.’
THE PRESENT: Elody is now hunting down the people who killed her Papa and the other three people. She still doesn’t know the story behind Tuyel, or why her Papa gave Tuyel to her; all she knows is that sometimes, Tuyel behaves like it has a mind of its own, fighting for her, and that as she’s taken down criminal after criminal, she’s gained the title of the Windreaper on the streets of Piltover. While she’s glad she’s making a difference, she won’t rest easy until her Papa is avenged.
She was also recently recruited by Caitlyn to become an Officer of the Law in the wake of Vi's betrayal of Piltover, using her unique skillset to defend the well-being of Piltover's inhabitants.
((Again, I'm really sorry.))
