Well, I'm actually starting up a manga for my character and these are sketches mind you. This first page is different with clothing because I am indecisive when it comes to clothing...anyways here is the first page.
Thank you I really wanted it to set up for plot and evoke emotion, so I thought using the dramatics of wind and the sad puppylike look would work <3 Please though criticism is welcome so I know how to improve.

I called it 'Doll' because it represents sociatel standards and how it can pretty much break people. For the example, Lolita. I tried to dress in similar 'lolita' outfit. My position represents a broken doll which seems to happen to those who are seen as 'lolita'. It's a statement that shows how society uses people and places them as an object and not a person, how society can force people to bend to their will and be thrown away once finished using. Yes...that is me...and I enjoyed doing this piece because it really spoke to me. <3 any questions, ask..
How can I learn to trust, when it hurts so much? And I fade to nothing I watch my past and realize that there was nothing left Oh how could I trust you, how can I learn to love? When it's just so hard To be called over and over, a doll, a simple toy? How can you understand, why I am afraid of you? Because I now I see In the end, that it was never meant And it breaks my heart that I began to Open up my door So what can I say to ease all this pain? That will not stop Will this be my end?
