"I guess.." She said, looking down at the fresh tea that had replaced the one she spilled earlier, "I guess I could tell you my story." Somehow, she felt oddly more at ease. He wasn't trying to touch her - that was a bonus. She'd lift the tea again, smelling it before setting it down once more. Torn between drinking it, and remaining suspicious.
"Ionia was my home.." She began, "I was actually born in an airship. My family had a small group.. well.. We were Sky Pirates to be honest." She nervously scratched the back of her neck as she averted her gaze, "Not the kind you might assume though.. We generally left Ionia alone. We didn't really like being on the ground, so most of our time was spent in the air. Er.." Clearing her throat as she watched his reactions.
"Anyway.. Our ship was blown out of the sky almost a decade ago. Over the ocean." Pausing as the memory clearly bothered her, "I can't remember how.. or if anyone was responsible.. Doesn't matter. I lost everyone.. Should have died along with them.. But a group of travelers found me and adopted me. They weren't human.. Not.. really.. But they prided themselves on honor and respect. Something that really was difficult to grasp.. since... I'm a pirate.." Sky leaned forward to trail her finger along the edge of the tea cup, trying to occupy herself with something as she told the story.
"I was given a blessing.. You saw part of it a moment ago-- er.. well.. you uh... sorta.. saw.. it?" Looking confused on how to word things without being disrespectful. "I guess it doesn't matter.." Shrugging as she sat back again, her head tilting forward some, "We didn't see eye to eye.. I've spent the last two years running from them.. They nearly got me not long ago."
Another pause. This one longer, staring forward at him as if deep in thought. It would take her a moment to gather herself again, and continue to speak, "Er.. Well.. I sorta.. took a bullet for someone." She says, "And.. some things happened.. And.. I was forced to renounce my real name.. and my home.. Ionia.. or be killed. I've been living the life he trained me for since then. It's.. not so bad I guess.. I have my freedom. But.. I feel somehow trapped still. Like a puppet with my strings being tugged here and there." Sighing, before she fell quiet.

"You are one who has lost much over your life, your family, your friends, your identity. You were adopted but your ways conflicted the ways of your foster family, they taught you your power but when your nature became apparent you had to flee." Lee Sin said as he watched her body language, this was indeed something she was not comfortable speaking of.
"As you say you helped someone in dire need but you were forced to release your heritage..." Lee Sin actually seemed slightly worked up about this fact, he already thought of sources, and it became more and more apparent. Not many nations or "saviors" would make someone forget their true self. Training... So she was trained, obviously something that may have scarred her due to how jumpy she was. The places that he could think of where one would need to change their past were few, the Kinkou was unlikely, the Shadow Isles were not involved so far from what he had seen. That meant the culprit was most likely Noxian or from Bildgewater, the darker cities of Valoran. "So you feel you are being controlled despite your freedom, by what? Your past? Your future? Perhaps by someone in your life? Remember you need not tell me everything, but the more I know the more I can help. Perhaps tell me of the life you lead currently."
"I can't.." She said weakly, "That's all I can say." It was a short reply, but in all honesty she really couldn't. It wasn't that she didn't want to tell someone, but she couldn't risk telling anyone. Her lower lip found its way back between her teeth as she chewed on it thoughtfully. She'd slowly bring her eyes back upon them, richly ethereal in their violet hue. It's a shame he couldn't see them.
"I just... want to understand myself." She finally says, sounding as if she were truly broken inside. She could handle the missions, and understood the necessity of most. And she'd be lying if she said she didn't care about Talon. But at the same time, she yearned for the person she use to be. She missed what she had before.

"What do you find to be the main differences from your past self, to how you are currently?" Lee Sin asked in a questioning tone."The way you speak of yourself is that you were very different before whatever caused you to change happened."
Lee Sin was worried for Skylark, being split between two lives was not a healthy thing, she was having an identity crisis. He thought deeply about this, unfortunately the best way for him to help her would be for her to tell him what exactly happened, but it seemed he wouldn't be able to get that information. Either Skylark didn't trust him, or it was of deep importance for her not to speak of what happened and this made things difficult. He simply hoped he could help her, as was his way, it bothered him to see others in pain or distress no matter what their alinement.
"Different enough." She didn't want to go into too much detail. Though talking about it helped a little. "I dunno.." Shrugging softly, "Do you have sake by chance?" A bit of a subject change tossed in there, with her eyes darting around briefly in search of whoever had served them before.

Lee Sin tilted his head slightly at her seemingly random request, but perhaps this was a way to loosen her up some. He thought if they had any sake at all around the monastery, perhaps in the guest area? He called for the young monk once again and the boy rushed into the room, he leaned down so Lee Sin could whisper to him. The boy once more rushed out the door in search for the elusive sake. It would take a few minutes but the boy returned with a bottle of sake, unopened. He placed it on the table in front of Skylark, along with two small ceramic cups, he whispered to Lee Sin before leaving the room once again.
Lee Sin gestured to the bottle, a broad smile on his face. "It's all yours, our last bottle until the next food supply shipment gets here, we only get these for our guests."
Sky would watch as the young monk answered his call, and the whispering began. Great. More secrets.. She eyeballed the two closely, particularly the younger monk when he ran off again. As he returned, her eyes settled again on him and watched closely. She was mildly suspicious, particularly when Lee said it was all Skylark's to drink. Her eyebrows rose quizzically, then slowly narrowed down, "Just me, huh?" Giving him a questioning look.
"You should drink some of this at least. Unless.." Shifting her eyes off to the side, "You can't handle your alcohol."

Lee Sin wondered why she was so suspicious of the drink and him, but very well, he would go along with her game. "Are you asking me to participate in a drinking contest?" He asked with a playful smile on his face, Lee Sin was no stranger to alcohol, though it had been quite a while since he had any. He reached for the bottle and opened it, pouring the liquid into both glasses, the grin still on his face. "I understand you are not exactly trusting so I will take the first drink." Lee Sin commented.
With that he took his glass and downed the drink, the alcohol burned slightly as it went down and Lee Sin shook his head after he swallowed. "My, my it has been a longer time than I thought. So what are your terms to this game?"
"A game?" She questioned. A hint of mirth filling her eyes, "Oh well.. We could play~" She was about to say 'I spy' then thought better of it. Sure she could be mean, but really it might not be worth being cruel to the man. She'd lift her own glass, and tossed it back with ease enjoying the flavors the sake offered. "Hm."
"Hehe okay. Truth or Dare." Leaning forward, "Though you have to promise not to ask me anything I already said I can't answer." Tilting her head softly, "If you can't do something, or decline to do it, you have to take two shots in a row. Otherwise, just take a shot with each dare or question." Smirking "I go first." Her grin grew quickly as she picked up the bottle and refills both sake cups.

Lee Sin smiled at Skylark, he figured as much, but what could she ask or dare him? He nodded to her before speaking. "ladies first I suppose, truth or dare, I've heard of this game, never played it myself. But then again you don't look to be a drinker." He said in a playful yet mocking tone. "Fire away."
"Pfft." She said with a hint of a frown, "You of all people should know you can't judge a book by its cover." Arching an eyebrow slightly as she'd lean forward again to study him. "I dare you to..." She'd let it linger a moment, to build up some anticipation, "Drink the entire bottle in one go. No stopping. No breathing. Just chug until it's gone." Sky slowly sat back, a smug look on her visage.
Lee Sin smiled and chuckled nervously, he took the bottle in his hand and weighted it, finding that it still had a fair amount of liquid left. He swirled the contents in anticipation before bringing it up to his lips. "Cheers." He said simply before beginning to chug the whole bottle, he placed the bottle on the table again once he was done. "I believe we are going to need more if we wish to continue this game, however that was the last bottle in the monastery..."
"Hm." She smirked when he chugged the whole bottle and snickered a bit, "Well before that.. Ask me a question or Dare me to do something." Leaning forward a bit, "But I reserve the right to tell you to go die in a f--" Pausing, "Erm.. Y'know.." Shifting her eyes off to the side. "Anyway~ Your turn."
Lee Sin tapped his chin with a finger, wondering what to do. A slight tingle came to his fingers, oh no he thought, it was already starting to take effect, it had been a very long time apparently. He chuckled mischievously before speaking. "So, that... form you had there, I dare you to fly around the monastery, make sure the monks know."
Sky slowly flattened her eyebrows towards him, her smile completely having vanished. "...wut." She said somewhat coldly. "I don't advertise my form. And now we're out of fricken sake." Standing, she'd look disgruntled, "We're going to my ship, and we're going to have a proper game of Truth or Dare." Starting for the door with an annoyed look on her face.
