((So, I'm here again. This time a story about Marcy after her break up with Jay. It show you how much she was hurt by that break up. She feels so sad and hurt that she considers killing herself.))
The room was black and yet she saw everything in the room perfectly fine, every crack in the floor. Every single detail in the wooden frame on the bed. The ship swayed slowly against the waves. The dark wood had a brown tint that she could see perfectly fine in the pitch black darkness. Her room had no windows that let in light from the stars in the sky or the sun during the day.
She sat in the corner of the room waiting for the ship to arrive in Noxus were she'd be able to go home. Her hair was a mess, looking slightly like a brush from her pulling in it in different directions when she cried the most. If anyone looked into the room they'd be met with a darkness that covered everything. She could be standing in front of you and you'd not see her.
But she'd be able to see you perfectly fine in the dark, it was her element, it was where she was at home the most. Her vision didn't fail her in the dark. She was sitting in the corner, her head resting on her knees with her arms around her legs. Her vision was perfect, yet she didn't want to see. Tears blurred her eyes and a soft whimpering sound could be heard she took short quick breaths.
Her mind was a mess, the moment were her loved one hurt her played over and over again. "I...I'm not sure...I think I... Just...I just can't...Marcy." His voice echoed in her ears, just as if he was next to her, she cursed her memory once again. The answer she had received to her question had felt like a stab in her chest. She had heard his last sentence he had said to her before she had left him there on the bridge, "Marcy, I'm... sorry..." She didn't believe him, not now, maybe later she'd forgive him, but not now.
She moved her head from her knees and looked out into the room, there was some blood drops on the floor next to the door. She had used the sailors as a blood supply to prevent herself from starving and dying of blood deprivation. She wanted the pain to end, she wanted the sorrow to disappear. She wanted to have Jay next to her, she knew that none of them would be able to come true, not now. Then it hit her, a way to make it all better.
The sun. Her greatest enemy would become her savior from the pain and sorrow Jay had caused her. She had no idea what time it was, if it was night or day, she didn't know how many days had passed since she left Bilgewater. She took longer breaths as she got up from her corner, she stood up and took a few breaths. She was going to do it, she was going to end it all. The door to her cabin swung open, the light of the torches in the corridor led her through the ship. She stood in front of the door to the deck and took a few moments to collect her thoughts. "I... I'm sorry, Marcus. I have to do this... I'll tell mom and dad you said hi." She said to herself before looking down on the floor.
Light seeped through the crack underneath the door. Her hand moved to the handle slowly. It felt like an eternity before she grasped the door knob. Once she did her hand met with the cold metal hand and pushed it down slowly. She closed her eyes as her pulse rose rapidly, she was finally doing it. She was going to end it all, the pain and the sorrow. Tears ran down her cheek as she heard the click, notifying her that the door was ready to be pushed up.
With her eyes closed she pushed open the door and walked out on deck. Without her umbrella, her head had no cover except for her hair. Her pale skin glistered in the light as she walked out on the deck. She took a deep breath and prepared to fade away from existence. She stood there out on the deck for a few seconds before she opened her eyes. There was no one on the deck, the sun was not up. The light she had seen came from a lantern hanging next to the door.
She fell down on her knees and hit the floorboards with her fist, tears came running down her cheeks again. She had been so close to kill herself, she had been so close to leave everything behind. The end she wished for had escaped her. She regretted her decision to walk out in the sun, she couldn't leave Marcus alone. She couldn't leave Jay like that. Her fist hit the floorboards over and over again until she felt something wet, she looked at it and noticed blood.
She got up from her knees and took long breaths, she was going to live, even though Jay had hurt her, she had been hurt before. She always bounced back. Her thoughts returned to the mess it had been before. She felt a hand touch her shoulder, she didn't look. She didn't want to, if she didn't look it could be Jay that stood there. The hand pulled her into an embrace. The captain of the ship had heard her banging on the floor and had observed her for a few moments before deciding to go down and help her back inside.
He lead her to her cabin where he put her on the bed and bandaged her hand, the wound had begun to close but was still leaking blood. He didn't say anything. He soon left her again, he didn't know her story, he didn't want to be involved in something that might end with him losing his life. "...T-thanks..." she whispered as he left her again. He stopped in the doorway briefly, "Yer welcome." he replied and closed the door to her cabin.
She laid down on the bed and buried her face in the pillow, she wanted this horrible trip to end. The room was pitch black again, and yet she saw everything perfectly fine. She closed her eyes, it finally got dark enough for her to sleep. She laid there with closed eyes for a while before she fell asleep. Her dreams was filled with moments she shared with Jay, lovely moments, moments she wanted to return to.
