Shen had arrived at the party. He was in his Blood Moon attire, seeing how it would be the most appropriate outfit for the occasion. His mask was on, as his piercing gaze was hidden behind and even more soul piercing mask. Every detail on the mask made with perfection.
He looked around the beach, taking note of who was here, more specifically the Noxian. He makes his way over to Irelia, as he bows to her in greeting with a fist connected to the palm of his hand. "Greetings Irelia. I must thank you for the invitation sent to me for this occasion. I only hope Akali and Kennen will arrive." He said.

Evelynn smiles at Twisted Fate, her eyes studying, in the blink of an eye she was beside him, her arm looped through his, "Then come dear... Let us explore this wonderful festival together! Maybe we can find someone to have fun with..." She looks around the festival, her eyes dancing from one person to the next until they settle upon Ahri. She grins and tugs Twisted Fate towards her, raising a glass to catch the fox womans attention, "Hmm... This could be interesting... Oh Ahri!~" She calls out in a sing song voice, her fang like teeth showing through her smile as she approaches.

Cassiopeia's scales slide along the sand leaving a long weaving trail behind her as she heads towards the festival her eyes lazily picking out those she recognized... She lets out a quiet sigh no one interesting, until she looks upon Ahri... She looked lonely perhaps- Nope.... Evelynn was dragging Twisted Fate to her... She notices Shen... Probably... She rolls her eyes and heads towards the bar. When she arrives she would order a cocktail and lazily slide her finger around the rim as she watches for someone interesting to talk to.

Rengar roamed his way down to the beach where Ahri and Irelia had invited him to a party. Though he was not really interested in parties he felt that showing up would show that he was a good sport and not just a pride seeking hunter like everyone would probably believe him to be.

Seeing Chomp swimming about in the ocean, Soraka decided to give him a treat. She walks down to the beach approaching the festival. She sees the Pridestalker and is surprised.
"Oh, Rengar! I wasn't expecting you to be one who enjoys parties. Please enjoy yourself."
She then turns to the tables and locates the fish. She carefully selects a few and returns to the beach. She wades in the shallows, the cool water lapping at her shins. She tosses a fish into the water and Chomp responds immediately. Circling the snack for a few seconds then leaping into the air swallowing it whole. Soraka giggles and tosses in another.
The cruelty of one will not blind me of the suffering of many.

Graves had arrived to the party somewhat on time, the boat ride was long but entertaining as a crew of pirates manned the ship. He wore his Mafia uniform as it made him look fancy, hat and everything in a deep black and his modified gun completing the look. He took a quick glance around to see who was here and came up to Irelia. " Thanks for ta' invite. Did not think Ionias liked ta' party..." And he went to the best spot in the entire party.
The bar. He took a seat a bit away from Cass and ordered a whiskey.

The assassin-in-disguise turned slightly to peer over his shoulder at the party for a moment. He'd expected champions to be here, though he hadn't expected any of them to be near him, especially not headed toward him. Thankfully, the look on the fox's face didn't appear to completely grasp who he was, based on the look of wonder she seemed to have. Convenient overall, especially that people were closing on her at the moment.
He reached up to grasp his beloved cape and truly disappear into the shifting darkness of the night. It was only then that he realized he didn't have the cape he normally wore and couldn't. So he was left standing on the fringes of the party, reaching across his body to clutch the fabric of his cape. Almost imperceptibly, a look of irritation crossed his face for but a moment. He knew now that if he bolted, suspicion would skyrocket and Ahri could most certainly run him down if she wished to.
Lee Sin simply smiled at Irelia's words before he replied. "I suppose everyone has their own motives, but it is a very important day and I am glad someone like you took it on. I congratulate you on the fine work once again."
Lee Sin's foot tapped everytime someone new entered the area. "Quite an aray of guests this is attracting, even a Noxian..." He said hesitantly.

John walked onto the beach, grinning widely. It was a bit of a trip but who could miss a festival like this? He sure couldn't and the child perched on his shoulders was especially excited to be out and about. While he hated to admit it, his work sometimes got in the way of free time, and he felt like he needed to repay that with well... A trip to Ionia for the festival. She was simply beaming at all the sights as she stated quite loudly. "This is so fun... I've never been to Ionia.. It's so pretty!" He laughed and held onto her legs to keep her from falling. "Yeah, I've been here a few times before."

Ahri turned around and glanced at Evelynn as she closed the distance between both of them, pulling Twisted Fate along with her, poor man didn't seem to enjoy it as much as the Widowmaker did. Before Eve could say anything to her, Ahri crossed her arms across her chest and asked her politely, while keeping an eye on the distant silhouette of the mysterious person.
"Eve, do you mind waiting for me here? I'll get back to you quickly! I must get something for Irelia."
As soon as she pronounced those words, she carried on with her chase, looking behind her every now and then just to make sure that no one was following her. She paused for a few seconds and took off her heels, the soft and deep sand of the beach wasn't helping her much and it was rather painful for her delicate feet. She just dropped them where she was standing and kept on walking on the warm grit, feeling every grain with her feet. It was a very familiar feeling to her, which brought back the old days' memories when she was still a fox running in the wilderness.

Talon merely waited, knowing that before long he would know if she was truly headed for him or not. He was no fool, knowing better than to wish against long odds, for he knew he stood out to any who would know his general appearance, even if he was unarmed and wearing a different cape. He'd wished to simply not be seen, but if he must, than he must. He turned to face the approaching girl after taking a few more steps away from everyone else to assure himself that his face was hidden still.
He had never been overly skilled with tact and so the coming conversation did nothing to settle his mind. He inwardly wished that she would simply say hello and move on, but he was a bit too realistic as to simply think it would be quite that easy. Surely she would recognize him, and then would come the obvious questions. So simple were humans, that they could not see past the fact that he was merely born in Noxus. Birth meant so little in the end, for it only mattered how you lived. his thoughts clouded for a moment but he banished them, knowing it was no time to undergo a moral debate in his own mind at the moment.
Cassiopeia lazily sips her cocktail, she eyes Graves as he sits just a bit away from her. She smirks at his attire, certainly interesting. Turning to face him she smiles a little, "Hello Graves... What brings you here?"

His face became as clear as the full moon up in the sky, there was no doubt about his identity anymore. Just by looking in his eyes, Ahri felt a cold chill crawling down through every single bone of her back, and her tails were peaked up towards the sky. Those eyes were stone cold, they showed no emotions whatsoever yet something struck her when she gazed into them, there was something special in this human unlike the others who fell for Ahri's charm at the first glance and her curiosity just pushed her even more towards him, even though it was against her very own will. She approached the assassin slowly with caution, holding her hands against her chest as if she was trying to protect herself from something even she wasn't aware about.
Her glittery honey eyes gazed at him, staring deeply into his as she began to speak in a soft tone.
"Talon... I haven't expected to see you here at this time..."

Almyra had received word of the celebration and decided to attend. Seeing the events that take place here will help her to better see the connections between any future political conflicts or events. Besides, studying the interactions between people could help her to find more patterns in the chaos of human behavior. She wandered to a fairly secluded spot and waited to find someone of interest to talk to. As she stood, a luna moth fluttered over to her, she held out her hand and let it land on her finger. She smiled at it, thinking of the potential influence something so "insignificant" as this could have on the world. She looked back to the party, the moth still resting on her finger.
