Knowing little of the League, and not knowing who either Fizz or Chomper were, Almyra didn't react when Fizz called out that it was feeding time for him. When the shark jumped out of the water, it startled her. She jumped and gave a small shriek in fright, then slipped and fell into the water. She stood back up, now soaking wet. She sighed with a bit of annoyance.

Fizz turns to Soraka, chuckling himself a bit.
"Not really, Chomper is quite a fun buddy to be around. Though you don't wanna get on his bad side. You've probably heard of the story when he attacked Bilgewater. Now that's a tale that isn't boring like all the pirate stories in that city."
He then falls down on his back in the sand and acts like he fell asleep like when the summoners ask him to taunt the enemies on the fields. He then gets up and looks at Soraka with his usual grin on his face.
"So, how're ya enjoying the party Soraka?"

"Oh my that does seem quite exciting."
She imagined an angry chomp terrorizing Bilgewater and found it comical. She then stretched out, bringing her hands up to the sky. Almost as if she were trying to grab the stars.
"I am quite enjoying the party Fizz, thank you for asking."

"Heh, yeah. That's how Chomper and I met. I kinda... annoyed the majority of Bilgewater with my pranks and well... they were kinda tryin' to kill me and all. Then, Chomper appeared and since the town is pretty much all on top of water, he threatened to destroy the whole city. I managed to beat him up back then and got him to calm down and made a new friend, while also gettin' respect and a sure position in Bilgewater. He sorta saved my life with that attack."
Fizz looks up to the stars after he sees Soraka reaching out towards them before shrugging. He hops up over to the top of his trident and starts balancing on top of it's non-bladed end as he looks to Soraka again.
"I've not had time to check out the tales behind many of ya so... what's your story Soraka? You seem like a real nice person and all, so I wonder what someone like you is doing in a place as violent as the League."

Soraka drops her hands from the stars and sits in the sands next to Fizz
"Ah yes, you could say my story is a sad one. I used to be immortal, a celestial being. A 'God' many people would say. I was one with the stars, I drew my powers from them and they spoke to me. I used to live in a grove outside of the mortal world, but mortals could enter. For hundreds of years I awaited for the sick and injured, healing them giving them hope. But one day,"
The Starchild sighs and rubs her arms, looking disappointed.
"A man came to me holding the mangled lifeless body of a woman. He claimed this woman was his wife and begged me to save her. She was too far gone for my magic to bring her back. His anguish was devastating, he visited me often and I offered him what advice I could. I-I started to grow fond of this man."
A single tear runs down her face. She gasps and quickly wipes it away.
"Oh I am terribly sorry. Anyway, one day he said 'I found the bastards who killed my wife, I am going to go get revenge for her or die and be with her' and he ran off. I was horrified, a man as wonderful as that shouldn't just throw his life away. So I ran after him, leaving my grove for the first time. The stars screamed at me they said 'No go back! We're begging you go back!' I found the man fighting a large group, getting quickly overwhelmed. I could not keep up with healing him, so I did what I thought was the only thing I could do, I used my magic for the first time to cause harm instead of heal. At that moment the stars fell silent, my form disfigured and I became mortal. I was cut off from the stars. It was then that the man approached me, I thought to myself that it was worth losing my immortality if I saved this man. It was then that he stabbed me, it turns out he was just after cutting out my heart all along. I felt violated, opening up myself to this man and him betraying me. So I cursed him, making his outside reflect who he was on the inside."
She then turns to Fizz, her face mixed with grief and sorrow.
"This man's name is Warwick. But, I do not dwell on this. I am no longer able to return to my grove, so I have vowed to heal the weak, protect the helpless."
The cruelty of one will not blind me of the suffering of many.

Fizz blinks at Soraka's story, his grin vanishing.
"Well, that's... quite a story Soraka. I don't know if ya know this, but I'm not exactly one with a chipper past either. Back before I ventured here above the shoreline, I lived in a fortress under the water. My kind managed to create it to protect themselves from our enemies... and it worked. Too well. Everyone got all borin' and complacent, doin' nothing but staying inside the walls livin' boring, safe lives. I was... different. I couldn't just stick around, I snuck outta the city often, making due in the dangers of the deeps with just my wits and what I could find. But then.... one day I return from one of my treks to find.... nothing. The city was empty, everyone I ever knew had just... disappeared. There was nothing left for me there... so I took this trident from the ruins and started searching around. Eventually, I came across Bilgewater and well... the rest you sorta know already."
He then starts grinning again and hops down from the trident and sits in the sand.
"It's not all bad though, I got to meet a lot of nice people here. The tide turned, but maybe not for the worse. Sure I'm sorta the only one of my kind left for now, but I got a lot of fun stuff to do around here. And a lot of you landdwellers to mess with. Humans got such fun reactions to pranks."

The Starchild slightly regretted making her story quite so depressing, tonight was the night of a festival. She shouldn't be going around making people sad.
"I am sorry, I did not mean to down your mood with my past. But, I am glad you found the positives in yours. I miss the stars the most, but because I can no longer hear them does not mean they do not watch over me. I like it here in Ionia, the people are kind and the landscape is what most closely reminds me of my grove. I am at peace here, and I am better able to help others now that I am not chained to one spot."
The cruelty of one will not blind me of the suffering of many.
Karma strolled towards the shoreline, her movement ever graceful. Her poise emanated an unmistakable sense of decorum, which the same can be said for her attire. The mantle of decorum sat proudly atop her shoulders, but she forgone her usual black and white attire for a more vibrant red dress to reflect the mood of the festivities. Her steel fans were also replaced in favor of more ornamental ones, with each matching her celebratory motif.
She pursed her lips,it was not her nature to be late. But the small expression of distaste on her late coming was quickly diminished. The war was definitely far from over, but everyone could use a respite, including herself. She allowed herself a contented smile, moments like these were deemed impossible a few years ago.But they endured, they fought, and they prevailed. It made the tribulations they had to go through worthwhile and the festival was testament to that.
But enough contemplation, she returned her gaze towards the festival itself, drinking in the atmosphere of the festivities around her. There were so many laughing faces,so full of mirth and joy.Even she had to suppress a swelling sense of pride that caused her to smile in a most 'un-karmaish' fashion. The crowds parted respectfully for her, giving her a wide berth to walk towards the bar, whom Irelia awaits.

Ahri briefly looked at Shen as he walked away towards the calm shoreline, wondering why the ninja was so obsessed about Ionia's rival state and why he didn't appreciate Talon's presence even though politically, Talon has absolutely nothing to do with Noxus.
Her attention turned back to the assassin, still gazing at his eyes with her soft and charming smile that could penetrate through any soul if she ever wished to play with her charm and manipulate the poor victim that crosses her path. But this was the past, and remembering it drew a bitter taste in Ahri's thoughts filled with regrets of the old days. She tried to show him that there's no need to be on his guard when she is around, that she's just here to see him, to know why this man pulled her towards him without even trying, although, judging by the looks in her eyes, she finally had her answer. She wanted to make him feel safe yet she somewhat felt like she posed a threat to him when she caught the feel in him. She opened up her lips, speaking in her heart melting voice as she locked her eyes with his.
"You aren't like those humans I've met before, your eyes tell me that there is something more beneath the surface than a cold-hearted assassin, Talon. And what intrigued me more is this mysterious air that surrounds you."
A sudden cold breeze started to blow weakly on them. The Fox shivered for a bit and covered her body with all of her tails, perfectly wrapping her beautiful curves under a coat of white fur; a glamorous view for whoever lays his eyes upon the Fox.
"Something tells me, that I want to know more about you, assassin."

"Don't worry Soraka, you didn't down my mood. Or if ya did, it didn't last long. I'm a trickster, adventurer and pretty young, I don't stay down for long."
Fizz looks at the stars for a moment before returning his gaze to the water.
"Nowhere near an accurate comparison here, but I suppose in a way being on land is similar to being away from the stars for you. I'm not in my element outta the water, and I don't have any idea how to get to my people. Luckily, I can at least hop into the water whenever I want."

Irelia was spectating the scene between Ahri, Talon, Shen and Lee Sin, a smirk of amusement curving across her lips as she took a sip from her drink. The taste of alcohol flowing down her throat, slightly burned the front side of it because of how strong it was, but Irelia barely showed any displeased grimace as she took another sip of it. Her mind was in deep thought, completely cut out of the world until she noticed the separation within the crowd, who opened up a passage for the surprisingly elegant and smiling Duchess of Ionia.
The Captain stood up, leaving the drink along the counter as she greeted Karma with a nod of courtesy, her blades floating behind her but barely noticeable until she'd turn back. With a formal tone, Irelia addressed Karma.
"I've been awaiting your arrival Duchess, but I'm quite surprised that you're a bit late. Nonetheless, it doesn't matter, I hereby welcome you here and hope you will enjoy your time as much as everyone did on this glorious day of victory."

The assassin looked blankly back into Ahri's curious eyes and listened, not bothering to look down at her body. It didn't matter to him what she looked like, what she was wearing, how hard she may or may not have been trying to pry his secrets away with her practiced act of seduction. All she would have to truly do was ask and yet she had not. He knew she had once been a killer, he knew how to deal with her lot. Of the plethora of assassins that had dogged his tail there had been more than one who attempted to lure him to a bed first, to confuse him with honeyed words and delicate touches.
They had all failed, more magnificently than any who simply bore a blade to attempt to kill him, their efforts lost on his buried humanity.
His weight shifted from one foot to the other, taking a moment to glance out into the crowds in the distance. She had claimed to change her ways to the League, to have sworn off killing to attain her goals. His thoughts shifted and ran together, the faint kicks of a consciousness battered and beaten surfacing. 'If she can move forward, what stops youuuu...' his mind taunted, syllables stretching on and echoing in the tidy halls of his mind. A swift shake of the head silenced them and brought his attentions back to the woman's face before him.
"What is it you'd like to know, Fox? I will answer your questions if you answer mine." he muttered, reaching up to fix his blazingly red cowl so that it shielded his neck from the wind more effectively. Talon turned and began to walk, expecting Ahri would follow him as he traced the perimeter of the party, not content to stand still for as long as he had been. It had already drawn more attention then he had liked it to.
