When the League of Legends just didn't cut it, most of the summoners just gave up. However, a small group of them continued and communicated with the various city-states. They came into an agreement, one that would seal the states in an eternal conflict, one to decide which state is the most dominate one... One that wouldn't keep the peace, but wouldn't entice war either.
The agreement was... A rap battle to the end.
When you sign up to the ERB of Runeterra, you give away your information to your opponent to study you, and you receive the same meaning that your enemies know you, and you know them.
The summoners understood that the current roster of champions might not be enough or some of the representing champions may not be able to rap well and so, registering to the League of Rapping Epically (Lore) is open!

Caitlyn goes up on the stage and takes the mic, shouting into it. "EPIC RAP BATTLE OF RUNETERRA!..

//Okay let me put here some rules. The rules are the same as Epic Rap Battle of History.
You put a few verses, get a response, put a few back. You need to let people reply to you because this is a forum and people can't just jump in. Be a fair game.//
