The sound of leathery wings snapping brought Koroza from his thoughts, and he looked up into sky. He saw a creature he had only heard of in legends and in rumors. A dragon! The winged reptile began to circle over them, its eye focused solely on Koroza. The general did not falter, and met the glare with his own soulless and eyeless sockets. If there were any eyes then they had been lost or decomposed over time. The arrogant reptile demanded that he release the axe he wielded, for what reasons Koroza did not know. However, his first reaction was to give the dragon an insulting gesture created by his fellow warriors when blood flowed through his brain. This would serve as a "no" to the dragon's answer, and he would then do battle with the powerful creature. He would naturally overpower the creature, but....it was here that his strategic and what remained of his rational mind asserted itself.
The dragon would no doubt abuse its ability of flight over the general, and Koroza had no ranged weapons. Unless he lured it down and struck it with the neurotoxin that lie within the fang located at the hilt of his axe. Could that pierce through its scale? Unlikely, he would have to strike it with his axe and create a wound then directly apply the toxin. However, after that first strike the dragon would not doubt retaliate against him. The situation would not go well, unless he managed to hightail it back to the ruins which would only provide him a little cover. The last thing Koroza wanted to do was to hand his axe over to the dragon, and his grip tightened on his favored weapon. It seems like he had no choice.....
Then he recalled another unique trait about the weapon he held in his hand. This blessing would always return to him by dawn. He learned of this when he had a heartbeat, but perhaps this knowledge would prove to be useful. After another moment of contemplation he would look toward the dragon, "Very well dragon. I am no fool, though some may think I am, I know that I cannot take you alone. Come...claim the axe. I will not fight against you." The general would say holding up the axe. His thoughts drifted to the near future...he would have a lot to explain to Hecarim. No doubt the Shadow of War would be displeased.
Your death will not be a waste...it will bring me great pleasure.
The dragon continued to circle over the two undead and their dumbstruck captive. They think he would land and walk amongst them, where their companions could readily leap in at all angles and attempt to slay him? Just as this creature claimed to be, Daegorath was no fool. He would not allow himself to be rendered vulnerable to attack by his own hand.
"You misjudge your folly if you think I would trust your words. Drop the weapon where you stand and leave this place, both you and your ally. This is the only warning I will offer you, wretch, before you meet death once more under the burning embrace of dragonfire." Daegorath replied, his voice projecting down toward the pair of undead soldiers. As if to add more credence to his point, thin trails of thick, black smoke began to stream forth from his nostrils and the corners of his mouth, an ill omen of the fiery doom which would await the axe-wielder if he chose to disobey the dragon's command.

Koroza would simply drop the axe where he stood and moved away from it. Granted, he was rather confused as to why everyone seemed to find him....unworthy of their trust. The dragon didn't know him, and this undead general used to be an honorable man unlike his comrade.
Granted, the key word there was used to be. While he had hoped that the dragon would come down in a vulnerable state, it was a foolish hope. The dragon was far older than him, and would not fall for any of his undead tricks or silver tongued deals. It was better to hand him the axe, and then report back to Hecarim before the situation escalated any further.
Your death will not be a waste...it will bring me great pleasure.
A shimmering, azure sphere of force flickered to life around the axe as it's wielder turned to leave, entrapping the weapon before lifting both the axe and the sand beneath it upward and into Daegorath's waiting talons. This was surprisingly easy...Rarely do warriors simply give up their weapons when asked...But, then again, there was no scenario where the undead axeman would survive.
"I am glad that you have seen reason. Now, begone from these lands, both you and your undead superiors, and pray that you do not draw my attention further. This will be your only warning." Daegorath then roared mightily before expanding the circle upward and outward, ascending rapidly into the sky until he was but a speck in the air moving steadily toward the Great Barrier. He had gotten what he came for, and did not care for the politics of lesser races. Let the children sort out their own petty squabbles; As far as Daegorath was concerned, he was simply there to ensure they did not damage this world any more than they already had.

Koroza watched the dragon fly away from the two Undead generals. His axe would return, and with it the dragon most likely...this situation most certainly has taken a turn for the worst. It would be wise for them to disengage, fall back and inform Hecraim of what had just occurred. While Koroza loathed to be separated from his weapon it was a temporary sacrifice, the presence of a dragon changed everything. He would turn backed to the stunned and captive nomads. He let out a loud snarl at them, causing the closest ones to push forward in fright, while he was disarmed with real weapon...he still had other ways to kill. There was a burning rage in his souless eyes. If he had the power over earth and the minerals found within..then his footsteps would be causing the earth to shake with his footsteps.
"Get moving you maggots! Our King has waited for long enough! GET MOVING!" He would roar, and the captives would be moving again upon hearing that command. Koroza would glare at them as they walked, he would not approach Thraxitar, now was not the time for idle chit chat.
Your death will not be a waste...it will bring me great pleasure.
