Deana stands about 5.7 feet tall. She has long and silky blond hair and honey coloured eyes. She wraps her right eye with bandages to hide her missing eye that she lost after a failed experiment. She is always full of energy and really talkative, sometimes to the point where it annoys those listening to her. She is quite fit and fairly healthy.
Biography:
Deana was born in a rather modest family. She spent her first year in the Albertyne household before her parents both left Piltover for an expedition and gave her to her uncle and aunt at the age of one. She eventually knew that they have lost their lives during the expedition at the age of 18 but was not completely phased by it because she never got to know them well enough and her uncle kept it a secret until he decided that she was mature enough.
She was a really curious child and was always fascinated by the technologies she saw her uncle using. Her uncle introduced her to his own job and showed her what the people like him were capable of doing... being a child with an unlimited amount of creativity, Deana decided to study hard to become a great inventor one day.
She was really ambitious and always managed to be the best of her class, working hard not only during her courses but also when she was at home. At the age of twelve she told her uncle about a super idea she just had and explained to him everything about her future inventions and projects. Impressed by her creativity and intelligence, he told her that he would help her achieve her goal and offered to her his hand so that both, together, could finally bring to life what could be one of the most revolutionary ideas of Piltover.
But she had to juggle between working on her project and keeping up with her studies which was extremely difficult if you wanted to remain one of the best, and she had to make sacrifices including sacrificing a bit of her own health. But she thought that in the end, it would be rewarding and she would have more time in her hands to recover.
Her idea was to create a machine that is capable of creating mechanical robots such as worker robots, soldiers or even just simple pets in just a few seconds through digital creation. The basic idea is, the user would set up a detailed three dimension piece of the robot/pet and scan it with the machine's reticule. He would then load the machine with steel and metal dust and recreate a fully functioning machine with the digital recreation. Now you would say "But you would need a lot of dust/material": So far, yes you need enough materials to be able to create a single robot, however, the point of the machine is to rapidly create a fully functioning robot that does what it is programmed for.
However, she has spent 10 years working on the project and so far, she only has a prototype that always fails to function when she tries to recreate a robot, it gives her nothing but a cube of metal. And the process even cost her her right eye when the last prototype blew up and wounded her, leaving her with just one eye, while she covers the other one with her bandages.
She gave up on the project at the age of 22 and decided to work on other types of innovations that could be relatively done easily such as the new "Robot Maid" that would ease people's lives by taking away all the chores and the housework.
One of her close friends suggested that she should go and seek Jayce and Heimerdinger, two iconic images of the Piltoverian technology that may help her achieve her goals and rise Piltover up in term of technology and progress for the good of Runeterra; and even unify its people by taking away their chores.
Longterm Goals
Deana wants to create innovation, her main goal is to finish her project and make the life in Piltover much better and easier for the people. She also wants to unify Piltover and hopes to place it at the number one spot in terms of technological progress. Her first IC action would be meeting Heimerdinger or Jayce to talk about her project and to find a way to finally make it work after all these years of hard labour.
