Name: Liliana Daysworn.
Alias: Lina.
Class: Healer.
Race: Human.
Age: Twenty-six.
Occupation: Youngest daughter of House Daysworn, Queen of Demacia.
Residence: Demacia.
Alignment: Neutral Good.
Abilities:
Passive - Healing Touch
Type: Heal Over Time (HoT) Cooldown: A target cannot be healed again for another 12 seconds. Description: All her abilities are touched by soothing magic and any targets of her abilities are healed for a small amount over 3 seconds.
Q - Inspiration
Type: Buff Cooldown: 2s. Description: This magic inspires confidence in her target which increases both movement and attack speed which can stack up to 3 times. Stacks will only last for 3 seconds and is meant to be a skill to be spammed. Bonuses: Their attack speed is increased by 10% per stack, to a maximum of 30%. Their movement speed is increased by 3% per stack to a maximum of 9%.
W - Empathy
Type: Cleanse Cooldown: 15s Description: Sharing the burdens of her target, her magic halves the effects and duration of the target's debuffs in exchange for placing half the effect and twice the duration on herself. These include taking on the effects of poison, or transferring the pain of small, bleeding wounds to herself and paralysis of limbs (poison, bleed, stun). These do not include physical ailments such as broken bones or larger wounds (only the pain of them can be slightly reduced).
E - Purification
Type: Cleanse Cooldown:25s (+1.5s channel time) Description: Channeling for 1.5s, she purges debuffs from herself or her target (is intended to be used with Empathy but obviously cannot be used at the same time all the time due to the difference in cooldown). This includes cleansing poisons from her system or her target or soothing any pains she or her target may have. Again, she cannot heal broken bones or large wounds.
R - Sworn Aegis
Type: Shield Cooldown: 100s Description: Physically manifests her emotions through her magic, most commonly in the form of a Demacian shield that shields her target from harm for 1.5 seconds. However, this shield only protects the side she directs the shield to. The target is still affected by crowd control (CC).
Equipment:
- Liliana carries a small knife, a double-edged boot knife which she has strapped to either her thigh or kept somewhere equally hidden. She boasts no real skill with it other than the ability to know which end to stick her attacker with. Though she's never had to use it, its presence reassures her.
Relationships:
Family:
Devrin Daysworn - her father and current Lord of the House, Keeper of Gold and Coin. Lord Daysworn is viciously protective of any and all of his belongings, whether it be his daughters or his money. But he is by no means a kind man. He puts a value of gold on anything that can be sold. He is cunning and intelligent and above all, he is an opportunist. Devrin is not against bending the knee in order to acquire what he wanted but in his right, he is still a very prideful man who will not let slights upon his House and family name go unpunished.
Alisha Daysworn - her mother was of a lesser branch of House Daysworn whose family possessed a fair amount of geologists, as mountain goers. She was married to the current Lord in order to secure more of the gold deposits in Southern Demacia. She would be considered pretty if not for the fact that her personality is the complete opposite. Vain and flighty, the Lady Daysworn was rumored to have close relationships with other men shortly before Lord Daysworn put a stop to it. She bears little love for her daughters, always mourning the fact that she was not able to produce a son.
Tianna Daysworn - her older sister by two years and was set to marry Prince Jarvan IV at her father's command before she took her own life. Tianna was Liliana's only true companion and her death shook Liliana greatly.
Diedrick Daysworn - uncle and the middle child of three. While he does possess more land than his younger brother, he is perhaps greedier than his siblings combined. When his reach for more came to an abrupt end, he retreated in sullen bitterness and has not been seen since by the family. The only evidence that shows he is still alive is the ever rising tax rates on his lands.
Damien Daysworn - uncle and the youngest brother of three. He possesses some of the lesser lands but still answers to the Lord of the House. Liliana rarely seems him and when she does, they do not talk much if at all but he seems like a kind enough man from what she does know about him... which is not much, truth be told.
Others:
Jarvan IV - husband and current King of Demacia.
Azazel - befriended him when he came to Demacia, and has conflicted feelings over his continuous betrayal.
The Ruined King - came to fear him during her stay on the Shadow Isles, and then grew to hate and pity him.
Description:
Appearance:
Standing at an average height of 5'7" or thereabouts, Liliana was only seen as a small, dainty girl in her childhood. Now at the age of 26, her figure is slender and elegant in its own right. Her skin is fair, unblemished by scars and other such unfortunate markings. Despite being forbidden to go outside for much of her childhood, she still enjoys feeling the sun on her bare skin and takes the opportunity to soak in it whenever possible. This has lead to her tone being not so sickly though one would immediately note the alabaster sheen.
Her features are well defined, though she always thought the bridge of her nose was a little too high. But what is said to be her most striking feature are her eyes. They reflect the sky flashing over a mirror-still sea; a piercing blue, light and full of mischief and curiosity. They dance with her emotions, whether it be by storm or fire, they hide nothing but the soul kept deep within. Her hair is long, brushing just past mid-back and is usually tied up (or styled when attending gatherings). She is a natural brunette, though it is dark enough to pass for black but glints with a hint of dark gold if it hits the right light.
Personality:
Liliana was known for her quiet disposition as a child, always following her elder sister and doing as she was told like a good daughter. She learned how to sew and dance and play the piano and like all good daughters, she learned how to dress and act appropriately. But as always, the day came when she discovered her own independence. During her teenage years, she was openly curious and secretly rebellious (in her eyes). She has gotten over this phase, thankfully, and it has changed her character for both the better and for the worse.
She is empathetic towards those in need, unwilling to leave anyone suffering should she catch wind of it. As was said, Liliana is unable to hide her emotions from her face though she is able to keep her manners easily enough. She has a calm temperament and is easily swayed by both truth and lie though that does not make her a pushover by any stretch of the imagination. Liliana is stubborn to a fault, and it is difficult to get her to let go of any opinion or fact she may have taken. Her penchant for asking questions has earned her more than her fair share of strange looks, but she believes that healthy inquisitiveness is the sign of an even healthier mind.
Liliana could be said to be the more intelligent of the two sisters; while her older sibling was just as emotional as she is, Tianna lacked the crucial ability to exercise logic. This is not the case for the youngest Daysworn daughter who attempts to rationalize her decisions before she makes them. Finding something (or someone) she pities always makes this difficult, but any sort of mathematical work requires some inkling of sound judgement and Liliana learned quickly that counting gold did not require much emotion at all (apart from sighing at how boring the whole thing was).
Still, all women keep their secrets and Liliana hides hers well. Despite being kept under the protective wing of her House, and despite what many would call 'her innocence', her ordeal on the Shadow Isles has left her changed. Though still innocent and perhaps a little less naive, her strength of will has kept her from blathering any secrets she kept. As was expected, her experience with betrayal will only grow and Liliana has learned to react and act accordingly.
Biography:
House History:
House Daysworn is an old noble house of Demacia, and its history dates further than many of the other houses in the City. They are known for their incredible wealth, most of it which comes from the gold deposits that lay nestled in the mountains south of Demacia. Daysworn owns a large portion of the mountains and also employs the help of geologists to locate other gold mines. While they do not control the entire gold market, they are the main supplier.
Additionally, the previous Lord of Daysworn deigned it necessary to begin meeting with the various merchants and traders that come to Demacia. There is a rumor that he bribes the merchants to buy and sell in Daysworn land, usually with the promise of more pay or less tax. The current Lord, Devrin Daysworn, intends to continue his father's 'business' as his own.
A strange myth surrounds the origin of their wealth however, to those who are less learned about the art of money making. Long ago, when their ancestors had but one name, it was said that they befriended a mythical creature called a Gryphon during a great storm that lasted for a week. They amused him with their strange wit, if only to stop him from eating them at first. The Gryphon thanked them for their company by offering them a great amount of gold, silver and precious jewels. The rest of the tale finishes differently: some say they grew greedy and sought more, others say the gold is cursed. Whatever it is, they cannot deny the House's influence that comes from the shine of coin.
Military Service:
Liliana served her three years with her sister by helping to keep accounts for the army, such as where the gold went and the like. She was 16 when she was inducted and left at the age of 19, after having seen little of the battlefield itself.
The Healing Arts:
At the age of twenty, Liliana asked her father if she could be tutored in the healing arts. Reason being that she wished she had been more helpful during her time in the military, having did nothing but scratch lead on paper and listen to the sound of swords and shields being passed around. Though her father did not believe she would ever need it, he knew that the skill was valuable. A renowned healer came to the manor a few days a week for a few hours to teach the young daughter the finer points of the art of healing. Her lessons went on for the better part of two years, theory and studying before her tutor decided she was ready to learn. At twenty-three, she found herself able to heal both small and deep cuts but never any life-threatening injury. At twenty-four, the healer taught her how to manifest her emotion into her skills and further her knowledge. She stopped her lessons when her sister died.
Background
Liliana was born and raised in the halls and rooms of the Daysworn Mano with having little reason to leave it. She was given anything and everything she wanted. Her mother and father were not around often; the former attending as many parties and gatherings as she could and her father usually on business calls. Gold and money were her parents and her sister was the only one she talked to often.
Her sister, Tianna, was her elder by only two years but an elder nevertheless. She looked up to her older sister as all sisters were wont to do, and the admiration grew as they did. Liliana was thin and clumsy while Tianna was pleasant and curvy in all the right places. Still, she never hated her sister for who she was. The two were very close growing up, having no one else but each other for company.
Their father was a man of many ambitions and sought to offer Tianna to King Jarvan III as a bride to his young son. Both sisters had heard stories of the Prince who boasted a dashing smile, a tall strong frame, and had even met him a few times during royal balls and masquerades. But they had never talked and though Liliana had to admit that the Prince was no eyesore, she did not find herself as smitten as many of the ladies of the court. Or perhaps it was because they were better at pretending than she was.
Liliana was twenty-four, her sister twenty-six when their father took his chance at an inaugural voyage of newly built and painted ships. The King was busy collecting his congratulations from other nobles and branches who wished to rub palms and struck up a conversation with Prince Jarvan. He deplored him to meet his daughters, one that was almost the same age as his lordship. Prince Jarvan agreed to the meeting and followed Lord Daysworn with his small band of knights. Tianna was, at first, interested in talking to the Prince at first but found herself quickly distracted by another sight. A knight with messy brown hair and sharp eyes had captivated her with his rakish smile and all at once, Tianna was no longer interested in the Prince. But the night went on even so.
Not even a week later, Tianna and the young knight were caught attempting to escape Demacia and her arranged marriage. Her father ordered Tianna to be sent back home and put under lock and key. Devrin, in the meantime, knew that the young knight needed to be dealt with. He told his youngest brother, Liliana's uncle, that the knight had besmirched their House's honor. He was to take the knight into the woods and dispose of him as discreetly as possible. No one needed to know, and no one would know. But Tianna suspected something and not a couple days later began to accuse her father for murdering her young lover. Lord Daysworn never had a good temperament and such accusations simply angered him further. He told the nobles sweet words, saying that his daughter was still in shock from being kidnapped by one of Prince Jarvan's very own knights.
Both Liliana and Tianna were prisoners in their own home, though Liliana was allowed much more freedom than her sister who remained imprisoned in her room. She was refused entry and a week passed by without the sisters sharing a single glance. In that week, a letter came from Prince Jarvan himself and addressed to Tianna. The contents of the letter detailed his concerns and worry about the young knight's disappearance. By her father's command, Liliana wrote a reply under her sister's name and so began her interactions with the Prince.
[TBD]
Her sister's broken body was found lying crumpled and bent and nestled within blood soaked grass. She had thrown herself out of her room's high window in her grief, anger and insanity. Liliana mourned the loss of Tianna for longer than anyone else in her house. Not even her mother shed more than a couple of tears at the funeral and was looking rather perky a few days after with a new golden necklace. Prince Jarvan proved to be one of her only comforts. They were married about a year later when Liliana was twenty-six.
Shadow Isles
During the peace, Liliana found herself befriending a strange man named Azazel who came into her life quite unexpectedly. He had told her that he was new here, a stranger in unfamiliar lands and he wished to know all there was about Demacia. Liliana, against her father's express orders to avoid strangers, agreed to meet with him. During their time together, she told him things she had learned during her lessons, the history of this city and answered any questions he may have had. He remained a mystery to her but she found she enjoyed his company all the same.
When she and Jarvan were married, Azazel vanished and she did not expect to see her friend again. Until the Shadow Isles invaded. In shadow and in darkness they approached and Liliana was kept safely locked in her room, two guards spared to make sure nothing came in, and that nothing came out. That was when he returned, Azazel with his strangely reassuring smile. He told her that her father had hired him to take care of her, that the guards had abandoned their post as the dead began to rise.
The second Liliana touched his outstretched hand, Azazel began to speak but not in a language she could understand. She was confused at first, but scolded herself for shying away from the man. She could trust him. Then a rift in the air was ripped open and the fear spread to her eyes. Azazel soothed her once more, telling her that they could not escape the proper way; there were creatures lurking in the hallways of her home. She would be safe with him. She could trust him. So Liliana followed.
When she opened her eyes, she found herself standing in a place that could not be called a safe haven. Dead trees and dead things lurked, she knew. Her glance at Azazel told her all she needed to know: that she could not trust him, for his warmth was gone and this corrupted air had done something to him. She was taken deep into the mists, where even the light would decay and was placed before a being made of the blackest armor and burning pits of blue for eyes. She was kept there to draw Jarvan in, a pawn in the great chessboard called war.
But the Isles were not fit for a human girl, no matter how stubborn. Liliana grew thinner every day, losing track of both time and being. She scarcely ate and barely slept and the air poisoned her whenever she drew breath. But the King of the Isles still had use for her and he allowed her travel back to Demacia with Azazel for a companion. She had no words for him and her trust was silent. She was only meant to stay briefly, to cleanse her blood of the darkness that had begun to spread and the sight of Jarvan brought her a happiness she thought she had long forgone. Azazel spoke to the Prince about betrayal.
Jarvan was reluctant to agree, but agree he did. They would call for a parlay, a peace talk of sorts where Azazel planned to betray the King and reveal the others who believed that the King's reign was over. When the two parties approached each other on the ice the summoners had created, Azazel acted. He tightened the chain that held her, wrapping it around her neck and threatening to snap it should anyone move against his wish. Reluctant to agree, everyone stood down and allowed Azazel to cast the incantation and transport her elsewhere.
Currently, Liliana is still with Azazel, her whereabouts unknown.
(( Note: Many of these things will be roleplayed, such as her meetings with Azazel and her relationship with Jarvan IV and the marriage and some of her past. I have discussed this character with Jarvan, TRK and the admins are aware of this OC's role and existence.))

Ah, do you just want clarification? If so, I've made the (hopefully) necessary edits to make it a little clearer.
(Also the other numbers are just for my benefit, such as the attack speed and movement speed increase since the percentage is over time.)
