Graves had arrived in Zaun after recovering from...well. He looked at the stump where a right arm used to be. He knew of the Machine Herald and he sure as hell needed a new arm. This pack of coins here should handle the cost..and then some. He would need this arm to enhance his gun skills. For when the day comes...he will make a bullet sever LeBlancs head from her shoulders.
he held destiny on a trap over his left shoulder as well as a pack filled with 5000 coins. Luckily he had remained mostly unseen..many would get back at the now one armed outlaw.
He arrived at the Heralds Laboratory, confirmed by the various mechanic noises, and used destiny to knock on the door loudly to hopefully get the heralds attention.
Viktor was always more invested in his work than anything else. He tinkered with gadgets in ways such that he could bring out the best in them, to ensure their fullest functionality. And it was yet another day when he received an unexpected visitor. The Herald, this time, was closer to the forefront of his laboratory. As such, he heard the knock at the door, pausing what he was doing to go over and see who it was. He was met with the Outlaw, who appeared to have been 'dis-armed'.
"....Malcolm Graves. What brings you all the way out here to my sanctum?"
To say that he wasn't pleased to see the criminal on his door step would be an insult to his brilliance as a techmaturgist, especially one who had gone to great lengths to rid himself of his inane sentimentality. However, it seemed as though the Outlaw required his services, and that was something he would not let go.

Graves waited nearby until the door was opened, looking over the machine herald. Graves doubted the man would not help him out with his..problem, the herald does want more people to "convert" to machines.
" Viktor, a rare sight." Graves pointed with his free hand to the stub on his right. " I need...a arm. As advanced as it could be." To show he meant business and was willing to spend the gold graves reached over and opened the satchel, revealing 5000 gold coins. He then closed the satchel and spit on the ground nearby.
" We talk business?"

Viktor regarded the stump that was once the Outlaw's right arm for only the briefest of moments, before watching as the bearded man presented payment for the Herald's services. The Machine Herald merely stood still for a long moment, making it seem as though he had zoned out, before finally nodded affirmatively.
"Yes. I am certain we can negotiate the terms of....what I am required to grant you."
It wasn't that Viktor was greedy. He wasn't. But he knew all too well that projects, especially the ambitious ones he had in mind, required funding to cover for the materials and energy to finish them. The Herald had been fortunate enough to simply manage to complete his devices used on the Fields of Justice, and even then they were not at the level he would prefer them to be. Viktor quickly stepped back to allow Malcolm entry into his laboratory.
"Come in, so we can speak more directly. In case you might have been followed."

Graves nodded to the Herald. Money talks to everyone, even machines. He stepped inside the laboratory and glanced around at the different machines and experiments being preformed. Impressive, lets hope this will be the best arm money can buy. He rolled his shoulders, cracking them, and turned back to the Herald.
" I doubt ah' was followed, i watch mah' back. Have to with one arm, somebody could try a robbery."
Graves thought what he would do after this. Gaining dependable allies inside Noxus...and finding out dirty little secrets. Maybe Viktor could upgrade Destiny too...he will see.

Viktor did not speak further until Graves had made it into the laboratory, though he made it a point to continue his silence as he led the Outlaw further into the recesses of the mechanical sanctum. The former prisoner would likely draw a parallel between the state of Viktor's laboratory to that of his long-time place of confinement, any visible furnishings and even many contraptions appeared to be in disrepair, probably as their owner didn't have the time or money to replenish them. There were many work stations, at which rested various mechanical projects that may or may not have been completed - though leaning far more toward the latter if their visual state was any indication. Once they had gone far enough into the structure, Viktor finally addressed Graves while still keeping his gradual stride.
"What specifications do you require of your replacement?"
The question was spoken simply enough, though it held far more pertinence and authority here in the den of the techmaturgist than in a common residence. Viktor defined himself by the brilliance of his designs and the efficiency of his creations, this was obvious enough to any other Champion who had encountered him on the fields irregardless of sides. Viktor's devices were clearly devised for functionality, calling to attention their uses and the expert manner in which their potential was brought out by the Herald's hand. Each was designed with a different function in mind, and Viktor was intelligent enough to have varied his arsenal enough to meet several different criteria. His Power Transfer projectile - self-sustaining as it hurtled across space to meet its mark, blasting the target upon impact with energy and then returning with enough energy remaining to project a temporary barrier around its owner. His Gravity Field - diversionary as it settled into place at Viktor's choosing as it was meant to suppress the movement of any who passed through its parameters. The Death Ray - a formidable beam of energy that burned everything in its path and could be fired even while its creator was mobile. The Hex Core - the pinnacle of Viktor's technology, a staff that could bestow various Augments designed to improve its creator's capabilities. And finally, the Chaos Storm - a singularity of pure arcane power that was capable of disrupting the area around it, including interfering with the overall abilities of those too close to its point of conjuration.

While following The Heralds lead, Graves examined everything on their path. It was a mechanical hell of broken machines and parts, Viktor must leave it like this for some reason..that reason Graves could not think of. Maybe thats what he would use the money for. Upon Viktor stopping and throwing out the question Graves had been waiting for, he thought for a moment. Increase aim...secret weapon..hmm.
" Well ah' be lookin' for it to help me aim damn well with ol' Destiny here, if ya' need ta' improve her for that that would be fine. Hmfp. Maybe a secret weapon if am disarmed" No pun was intended. " like if am locked up, a secret gun, bullet..or maybe a laser like ya' got right there. "He sets destiny down and takes the glove that was previously for his right hand" And it needs ta' fit in here. The fist in the least. " He looks down at Destiny "and maybe an upgrade or two for mah gun."

Viktor listened to the Outlaw's recommendations for improvement as they walked towards the back of the warehouse-turned-laboratory, though the only way to tell he was listening was a simple nod that the Herald gave with each new detail. The new appendage needed to be able to improve Graves' aim with his shotgun, but not only that; it also needed to have some form of auxiliary arsenal contained within and be thin enough to fit within the Outlaw's glove and perhaps even other clothing. They had come to a stop at what appeared to be an office, at the very back of the facility, the only way to know was a rather faded sign that had "office" inscribed on its surface. Viktor looked to Graves, giving an affirmative nod.
"I will be able to fulfill each and every request you've given me, though the armament hidden within your replacement arm will not be a laser. Although I am quite able to design and install such a thing, I don't think it would suit you at all. How would you feel about something akin to the hydraulic hands that Blitzcrank possesses? I can make it so that your new artificial hand can be launched a fair distance in order to reel in objects and individuals that may be just out of your reach?"
The Herald inclined his head slightly to the left as he looked almost expectantly at his newest client, wondering if the suggestion would be to Graves' liking.

Graves thought about having a Grapple arm such as the Golems. Its no secret Graves is not very quick, especially with Destiny weighing him down at all times. With the arm he could get them in perfect shotgun range 100% of the time and escaping from him would be almost impossible. The prospect of this intrigued him and could work well in his favor against Twisted Fate...or a long range punch in the face.
" Ya know. I think ah' like that idea ah' fair deal, Viktor. Can ya' make sure it can make for ah' nasty sucker punch too?" Graves chuckled at the idea. He could now be as annoying as Blitzcrack was to the summoners with a shotgun to boot.

"That is quite possible, although you would not be able to clench or open your artificial hand once it is hurtling through the air. You would need to decide, prior to launching it, whether you wish it to grab a fleeing target or collide with a particularly elusive opponent."
