Perfect, everything seemed good so far for Aaron and he can already feel as if he was drawing closer to his goal. He took note of the meeting location and nodded. "As much as I would love to remain and chat with you, I have matters to attend soon, but I will meet you at the Airship port as soon as I can. Is there a way I could contact you?"

Jay thought for another moment. "Just meet me out front in a couple hours, okay? I'll find you, don't worry about it. I'm good at making things work out." He grinned and turned to leave, giving Russel a small wave as he turned the corner.
A few hours later...
Jay would be a bit late to their meeting at the entrance to the port, and when he saw Aaron he would walk up to him quietly. "Oh, there. Found you. My flight doesn't leave for a while. So, shoot. Ask away. That's...what you wanted, right? I forget." He turned away and looked confused for a moment, then nodded. "Yep. That's it."

Aaron was simply waiting at the exactly location of their meeting, carefully keeping an eye on his surroundings before he finally saw Jay approaching him. A smirk drew upon his lips as he watched the man coming closer to speak to him. "A bit late, but still good nonetheless." Thought to himself the assassin as he was greeted by the man. Aaron crossed his arms and lifted up his chin as he spoke to Jay.
"I have heard about a dangerous assassin who escaped the Noxian justice a few years ago... And I have heard that they are on a reckless hunt to catch him for treason. One of my contacts told me that the Noxians have no pictures of him to identify him but with my own investigations you see, I managed to get some information about the man in question. And yes, I am a personal investigator who catches these scum that gives Noxus a bad reputation."

Jay gave Russel a slightly confused look. "Well, yes...I do remember there being a case about him, quite a hassle I might add...but I thought you collected artifacts?" A quizzical look crossed his face, but he shrugged and pushed it aside. "No matter.
"Anyways, I'm assuming now that you're looking for this man or information to help you get him?" Jay thought quickly. "Well...I might be able to get my hands on something about the case. May even have a few scraps in here." He gestured to his head. "What is it exactly you need to know?"

Aaron crossed his arms and kept playing his game perfectly so far, the more papers he can get, the better it is, and if he can put his hands on the file of his face, that would be the jackpot for him. So far, there was no pressure on him and everything was flowing nicely. He closed his eyes as if he was in deep thoughts and looked at Jay. "I happen to be the brother of one of those he has killed... I wish to get my hands on him but sadly enough, I can not kill him because that would be a crime itself... I have to deliver him to your government and I need your help to further move forward my own investigations. If you happen to have the file of his case, I would like to gaze upon it if possible."

Jay nodded a bit, thinking. "...tell you what. Come to Noxus with me, and I'll get you into the headquarters. You can find the file from there. Sound fair?" He wasn't sure this was his best call, but he certainly owed this man a large favor.

Aaron thoughts began to race in his mind as he pondered about the offer. It was quite risky to step in the Headquarters himself, but he doubted that anyone would recognize him. The man looked at Jay with his sharp stare and simply nodded, following up with. "Very well. Lead the way and I will follow you."

Jay went to the counter and bought three tickets, thanking the cashier and handing one to Russel. "Here. This is a ticket straight to Noxus. Once you're there, go to this address..." He took out a small pen he'd nabbed from the counter and a scrap of paper, writing his home address on it. "That's my apartment. Tell the landlord that you're a friend of Jay's coming in to check on my things, he'll let you in. I have a small errand to run en route, so I'm not coming with you. I'll join you soon. Sound like a plan?" Once Russel would agree, Jay would give him a smile and a wave as he went to catch his airship.
