[OOC Note: I'll be expanding upon this. Just let me get a place holder]
Following in the path of Kassadin himself, these people have pledged their lives to an imaginary war. Stranger still is the fact that many of these warriors—“preservers” of Valoran, if you will—are quite powerful individuals. The League of Legends allows them to go about their business as they please, but know that we do not turn a blind eye to even the strangest events in this land we seek to protect. – J.O.J, Volume 1, Issue 28
On December, 27th, 20CLE, The Preserver moment was founded by Cryypter, a summoner who had been touched by the Void’s dark influence, in response to the growing threat of the Void. The original call gathered many powerful individuals from all across Valoran, regardless of their city-state of origin or even what they may be (cursed or undead or what not) they put aside their differences and began an effort to fight back the encroaching threat.
Now in the year 23 CLE the movement has grown significantly and has gathered not just powerful adventurers or summoners but also more common individuals whether they be engineers, scientist, soldiers, or even cooks. Anyone who is willing to contribute to the effort is welcome to. While some of the original members may not be around any longer, the movement is stronger than ever.
Currently, the primary base of operations for the Preservers is located South of the Barrier in the Tempest Flats.
Affiliations
[OOC Note: All others are to be considered neutral unless otherwise stated.]
|The Void| – Hostile. The reason for the group's founding.
|The Shadow Isles| – Unfriendly. They have yet to be a destabilizing force in the world but are to be regarded as a growing threat.
|Institute of War| – Unfriendly. Currently on uneasy terms due to how they perceive the Preservers as well as the current void threat.
|Demacia| – Unfriendly. Due to high ranking individuals within the Preservers and where they originally hailed from relationships started out strained and have since deteriorated from there.
|Noxus| – Unfriendly. Noxus in the past had been a destabilizing force in Runeterra, especially under Darkwill’s previous rule. After Swain took hold of the position of Grand General, relationships with the city state became a little less strained but have not noticeably improved.
|Freljord| – Friendly. Relations with this city state have been nothing but friendly.
|Ionia| – Friendly. Relations with this city state have been nothing but friendly.
|Rakkor| – Friendly. A handful of members hailed from the tribes on Mount Targon and through these members good ties were able to be established with the mighty tribes who live for combat.
