Takeo stood waiting as said body was dug. He looked over at the Captain and reached a hand out placing it on her shoulder and speaking. "Stay strong." He turned his head back towards the body, his hand resting once again behind him and investigated it. His mind trying to piece together what happened. It did seem odd, he's seen enough bodies to know what the usual injuries look like. Still though they needed more. If only the dead could speak. He glanced back at the Captain as she spoke.
His eyes shot back to the body then back to her as he replied. "A bit yes... Maybe he was drugged up if that happened, or adrenaline. We need more convincing evidence. Something damning... Something that couldn't just be waved off easily."

The General was right, there should be something more odd than mere wounds but what could it be. Upon further investigation, something struck the Captain as the Guards turned the body around: it was the lack of sign of blood flowing down towards the backside of the dead... Usually, when a human dies and is buried, the rest of the blood should flow down towards its back and leave a very evident mark on the body's back, but there wasn't any! It was like the body was entirely drained from its blood.
She had to look at the rest and thus she ordered her Guards to get the rest of the bodies and turn them all around to see if she was right or not. And to her surprise, she was right, it seemed like all of these corpses were entirely drained from their blood and they were not decaying as fast as they should. After she looked at them all, she looked at the General and began to explain her thoughts. "My General, something is really striking about these bodies if you look closely... First of all, none of them has decayed as they should if we look at the time that passed by since the incident, the creatures responsible for decomposing a body have not done their entire job yet and this could be something odd... To add, the bodies were entirely drained of their blood as you can see on their back, there is no clear sign of blood flowing down there despite their burial position, which could only mean that the bodies, at their death, had absolutely no blood remaining which is impossible despite the number of damage they have sustained... Something is very alarming about this."

He watched as Irelia investigated the body. His head tilted as she turned the body around, unsure what to make of what she was attempting to find. He continued waiting as the rest of the guards turned the bodies over. Guess he'd find out soon enough what she had found out. He turned to the Captain as she explained, listening intently.
Takeo thought about what she said for a few seconds before replying back. "Interesting. The question is if they were drained, what caused it?" He pressed a finger against his lip, trying to think of what could have caused such a thing. "Who from Noxus would have the capability..." He wondered out loud, it would seem he did it inadvertently but, the reality was he had a champion right next to him who would most likely know.

Irelia was trying to think of the reasons why they were drained from all their blood, but what the General said completely caught her off. "S-someone from Noxus? My General I hope you are not thinking of the Hemomancer, Vladimir? And if that is the case, what would he be doing here in the first place... We should go back to the Placidium and place down all of our hypothesis on a paper and think about it with the rest. I suppose we have found enough evidence for now and if we need something else, we will surely come back to the village."

The General smirked as she popped off the name, that was it. Unless necromancy was used or something. Might as well speak his mind again. "Could also be some necromancy involved, which we all know who has a ha-..." You're a general now, don't you dare say that word to her. "Love for that." Not that it stopped him from using "such language" to his grunts, they loved it. He was still unsure if the Captain did of course.
"But yes I agree, lets head back to the Placidium. We have lots of paperwork heading our way."
