Techmaturgical Repair Bots are miniature automatons which self-repair other techmaturgical devices over time. These always are in Heimerdinger’s presence, and they not only heal devices, but also provide healing to organic beings at the same rate. They can target who to heal, and so are usually tuned only to affect the Inventor himself and his allies. Too small to see to the naked eye, they are capable of spanning a large radius to which enact their slow but steady healing.
Active: H-28G Evolution Turret
The H-28G Evolution Turret is a stationary automaton gun which rapidly shoots out bullets infused with magic. These machines are a staple in the defense of Piltover’s borders, and can be coordinated for focused fire. They can be automated to fire without a nearby friendly presence, but will do so at a lower rate of fire. The turret also sports a powerful secondary pulse shot, which requires a charge-up time that is separate from the main gun. Heimerdinger is able to constantly produce these turrets, but due to carrying limits usually only has 3 deployed in the event of a need for self-defense. This number can be increased in exchange for the potency of his other devices and abilities.
Upgraded Active: H-28Q Apex Turret
The H-28Q Apex Turret is the pinnacle of turret research completed in the fall of 23 CLE after several years of an intensive investigation into the problems and concerns raised about the H-28G. Touting a superior main gun and secondary armament in the form of an even stronger pulse round, the H-28Q also employs hexplosive canister, giving the turret an area of effect attack and disorients the target, slowing them down. The H-28Q also touts an improved pulse generator reduces the charge time for the secondary shot by half.

Hextech Micro-Rockets are jet engine long-range projectiles which can strike multiple targets. These are carried from a portable Mini Launch System (MLS) that is carried by Heimerdinger, though in their standard format he can only launch a finite number – 5 is the usual safe limit – at once in a given cycle with the system. These rockets are suited best in the anti-personnel use, and thus their explosive radius is actually quite short – a diameter of 10 feet for each rocket – to empower the rocket’s explosion upon contact. Heimerdinger can carry a number of these rockets due to their size, and forge them quite easily if given the time. Both the Mk. I MLS and micro-rocket ammunition are required to employ this weapon.
Upgraded Active: Hextech Rocket Swarm
The Hextech Rocket Swarm is the latest in Micro-Rocket MLS science, developed in light of the need for a larger ordnance delivery in concert with massed Hextech rocket tactics developed from the league matches seen on the Fields of Justice employed by the Inventor himself. These more powerful micro-rockets are launched from the superior Mk II MLS, and fires a significantly larger volume of rockets at the target. Usual standards call for four waves of Micro-Rockets with the Mk II, compared to just one salvo to the original Mk I. A longer barrage can be maintained, supplies permitting.
Active: CH-2 Electron Storm Grenade
The CH-2 Electron Storm Grenade a small explosive bomb thrown at a targeted location which causes enemies within that area to be damaged, blinded, and stunned. Employing a static electron-condensed field as the basis for the shock, the grenade is capable of slowing enemies within the radius of the explosion, and those closest to the center receive electron scrambling impulses to their brain, rendering them stunned. An improvement over the CH-1 Concussion grenade with the introduction of a much lighter ignition fuse, allowing for a far faster travel speed on the grenade and greater distance to throw. Heimerdinger usually carries several of these grenades.
Upgraded Active: CH-3X Lightning Grenade
The CH-3X Lightning Grenade is a step up from the CH-2 Grenade; featuring an improved electron field, which vastly increases the degree to which targets are impaired in terms of movement, as well as increasing the radius of effect of the grenade. An improved storm also increases the amount of bodily harm done by the grenade to the enemy. The biggest part of the upgrade, however, is the addition of a small hextech anti-gravity accelerator built into the grenade, which allows the grenade to bounce two more times after initial impact.
Active, Ultimate: UPGRADE!!!
The potent power that represents Heimerdinger and the prolific genius he is, UPGRADE!!! Is a small case that Heimerdinger carries with him that grants the capability to – quite literally – upgrade any device he wishes to use. Whether it is a Turret, his MLS, or a grenade, the case contains his greatest invention, which immediately attaches itself to whatever device Heimerdinger wishes to upgrade, and acts near instantly. The device then detaches once the upgrade is complete and returns to recharge. This recharge usually takes an hour.
Of special note is that Heimerdinger can outright carry his upgraded devices and deploy them without needing the UPGRADE!!! case, but at a cost of being able to carry less of them and requiring a longer set-up time to employ.

Ziggs: As a newcomer to the academies of Piltover, Heimerdinger approves of his bringing of hexplosive technology to other scientists, but does stand a little wary of his more intrepid experiments. Usually tries to keep him in line to his ability.
Rumble: Having been at odds with in the past, Heimerdinger is disappointed that Rumble has yet to let go of his grudge. He finds his xenophobia against humans to be ridiculous and full of nothing, but otherwise hopes that – someday in the future – the two will come to terms with each other and , at least in the world of science, the two can become friends.

Average for the height of a Yordle – standing no taller than .9 meters – his blonde hair and oversized head are a product of his past experiment conducted to increase his mental processing capabilities for the general quest to become more enlightened in the field of science. Out of his head extend two wrenches, which are part of his mind, and actually assist him in his thinking. He is always seen in his white lab coat, carrying around his trusty wrench – or wrenches – and his various devices all sticking out of his coat pockets or hung off of his utility belt, his Hextech analysis goggles on and Techmaturgical refracting lens leaning upwards when not in use.

Heimerdinger's Judgement.
It is unusual to see yordles outside of Bandle City, but the lure of science was something Heimerdinger could not resist. By the time he'd completed his third doctorate, he had already become the greatest of all yordle scientists and there was little his home could still offer him. The great academies of Piltover far to the north called to him, daring him to make his mark in the City of Progress. Knowing he would never thrive away from his own kind, Heimerdinger gathered like-minded yordles to join him in his quest, thus forming the backbone of the now famous Yordle Academy of Science & Progress. Since then, he has become one of the most respected minds of the modern age and his academy is one of the leading institutions in all of Valoran.
Heimerdinger has pioneered many new scientific achievements, delving deeper and deeper into the field of techmaturgy, including the development of the now ubiquitous star-rods that light many of the streets of the city-states. However, there is something strange about the Revered Inventor. In his quest to expand knowledge, he underwent an experiment of his own design to allow him to use a greater portion of his brain simultaneously. It most certainly worked, but at an unusual cost - Heimerdinger's brain increased in size. His head changed along with it and now the great scientist looks like a yordle with a giant brain-shaped head. Heimerdinger has turned his attentions to the current state of war on Valoran, however, and works to rectify what he considers is an unacceptable situation. Heimerdinger believes that science is the key to saving the world. Much more, he has rolled up his sleeves and is out to prove this as a member of the League of Legends – most definitely as the League's smartest champion!
