It was if everything finally became real as she walked through the gates of Noxus. The job was complete and she hadn't given her life for success ether. Part of her wanted to jump up and down and laugh as hard as she could. The other half was to exhausted physically and mentally to take another step. This mission had been difficult not only in the killing but the getting away clean had been quite a bother. The two 'escorts' had only made things more difficult and stressful. It was nice to know that the Grand General trusted her. She needed to contact Talon somehow. She knew far to little about what was going on with him and why she was forbidden to contact him. But that was for later. For now she needed to unwind a little before she met with Swain. If she saw him now she would say something she would regret.
Katarina walked through the streets and tried to ignore the looks from passers by. As much as she liked to stay in the shadows the people of Noxus and probably most of the world know her on sight. It made her job as an assassin that much harder. Still, a little recognition from the people wasn't that bad. It wasn't like she got it for the general. "Calm Kat, calm." She started looking for the nearest bar. Maybe she could drown her stress. Maybe not, but she would sure try.
She was about to go to her usual spot when she saw one that she didn't recognize. Had she really been gone that long that new bars were springing up? She decided to see what it was about. "The Crimson Lips Bar huh...sounds like my kind of place."
She walked through the doors and took in the sights before taking a seat hoping she wouldn't be recognized and could have a drink and unwind a little.
