Soraka lives in a small, quaint hut in Ionia off of the coast. It is apart from any cities or villages, but she is never lonely. For people never quit getting ill or injured, sending visitors needing aid. The Starchild does not mind aiding the injured, it was what she set out to do. What she decided to do with herself after she was no longer permitted to enter the grove. She had vowed to heal the wounded, protect the helpless. On her spare time you can find her wandering about in the beach, or among the trees. She loves all life, often admiring plants and wild animals. At night she will sit on the sands and stare at the stars, almost in a trance.
Her home is open to any and all creatures. Whether they need healing, advice, shelter, or simply passing by.

Almyra staggered forward, her world was spinning. She had been walking for only a few minutes, but it seemed an eternity, when she finally saw Soraka's shack. She didn't know who owned it, but continued towards it, not able to think of any other options. Her heart raced as she approached the door; breathing was difficult. She fell the rest of the way, slamming into the door and leaning on it with left shoulder for support. She reached for the handle with her painfully swollen right hand, but was unable to move her fingers to open it. She attempted to shift her position to use her left hand, but only slid to the ground in doing so. She lay in front of Soraka's door, breathing quickly, wheezing with each breath, her heart racing and a sheen of sweat covering her face. She cold only hope that someone would hear her and help.

The starchild was enjoying a beautiful sunny day in Ionia. She was tending to her potted plants in the windowsill, admiring their beauty. Pouring in just the right amount of water into the soil, trimming off any dead leaves, and repositioning the pots to allow the plants to get the best sun. But suddenly she heard a thump, almost as if something were thrown against her door.
"Probably some kids, I should go see if they are destroying anything."
Soraka, now slightly irritated, walked up to her door and promptly opened it.
"Hey you kids wha-"
She was cut off short when she heard another thump, a body had fallen close to her feet. The body was female, with long black hair covering her face and was wearing a faded brown-green robe. She gasped and immediately picked up the body by her armpits and drug her into the hut. She awkwardly lifted the body up and onto her own bed. She then started using her healing magic to assess what was wrong.
"Hello can you hear me? What happened to you?"

Almyra felt herself be lifted and moved, she was slipping in and out of consciousness. As she was laid on the bed, she weakly moved her right hand, which was bright red and heavily swollen, with the swelling spreading up her arm. She managed to sputter two words to explain what had happened. "B-bee sting." Even without being told, Soraka would probably have been able to draw this conclusion from magical examination; she had been stung by a bee, and was highly allergic. The stinger was still in her hand, a tiny mark on the back of it among the swelling. Almyra passed out, still breathing rapid, shallow breaths.

The Starchild thought to herself 'Bee sting?' She furrowed her brow, confused. Then it all clicked, 'This is Almyra, she is allergic to bees!' Realizing this, Soraka quickly grabbed the swollen hand. She located the stinger and quickly pulled it out. She then used her magic to enter the sick woman's blood, pulling out any of the bee poison. Once it was all out of her system she then used her magic to reduce the swelling, bringing her back to a normal looking person. Now that she was healed she just looked like a healthy person, sleeping in bed. Relieved that she was able to save this person, she then started making preparations for when she would wake.

As Soraka healed her, Almyra's breathing and heart slowed to a normal rate. It was about half-an-hour before she awoke. She slowly sat up and looked around, trying to get her bearings. She had made it inside the house, apparently, and whoever lived here had helped her. She saw Soraka working and tilted her head slightly, not recognizing the champion. She was silent for a few moments as she studied Soraka, then finally spoke. "Hello, who are you?"

The Starchild smiled when her guest spoke. She was currently in the middle of preparing a soup, she had a large variety of vegetables all neatly cut up. She then dumped them into the pot and put a lid on it. Soraka then turns to face Almyra.
"I am Soraka, a champion of The League. Judging by your appearance and your severe anaphylaxis when introduced to the bee venom, you are Almyra. If you would like, I have set out a change of clothes for you on the foot of the bed. I am also preparing an early dinner if you would like some of that as well."

Almyra listened to what Soraka said... strange, her actions should not have had such an impact as to have her name known by others, though she could have told her while she was reacting to the bee sting, and not remembered, or she could have a way of learning names through magic. It probably did not matter much, it was merely interesting. She looked at the clothing, her own had seen a lot of use and wear, and were definitely due to be washed. She reached for them and began changing her clothes. She spoke as she did so. "Thank you for helping me, and yes, a meal sounds good right now. I don't care what it is, I have learned to eat almost anything in my wanderings."

Soraka smiled again at the wander's appreciation.
"No need to thank me, this is what I do. I am more than happy to help those in need. If you would like I could prepare a bath for you as well. I do have basic plumbing, but if you would like warm water I will have to heat some up on the stove. How are you feeling now?"
The Starchild approaches Almyra, inspecting her. Testing to see if her healing really did bring her back to optimal health.

Soraka's inspection would reveal that her healing had indeed been effective. Though, depending on what type of inspection she did, she may or may not detect a strange magic in Almyra, though unless she decided to investigate it further, she wouldn't be able to glean much information on it.
Almyra smiled at Soraka's offer, "I am feeling fine, and, yes, I think I could probably use a bath. I don't need any warm water, though. I'm used to just washing in rivers."

The Starchild nodded, satisfied in the work her magic did.
"Alright, I will set that up for you."
She walks into the washroom, her hooves clomping on the wood floor as she walked. She approaches her claw bathtub, turning on the faucet. While the water is running she opens up her cabinet and rummages around. She sets out soaps, shampoos, bath salts and oils. She also grabs a washrag and a towel from the adjacent cabinet. Soraka then sets the items she grabbed neatly next to the sink, then turns off the bath water. She then walks back to her kitchen/bedroom/font room back to Almyra.
"I have everything set up for you. I have set out a variety of washing soaps, I was unsure of what kind you preferred. Dinner should be done by the time you are done."
She then politely folds her hands in front of her lap, waiting for Almyra's response.

Almyra gave Soraka a slight bow of her head, remembering some of the Ionian customs that she had been taught long ago and usually ignored. "Thank you," She quickly walked into the bathroom and stripped off her clothes, then went about cleaning herself. After around ten minutes, she returned to the main room, fully dressed and cleaned up, her hair damp and messy, as she had not bothered to comb or style it.

While her house-guest was washing up, Soraka was preparing dinner. Even though she lives alone she always makes enough food for a couple of people, in case anyone comes by who needs food. On her small carved table she placed two sets of utensils and dishes. The Starchild unwraps one of her small loaves of bread and places it on a wood block on the table. She was in the middle of mixing her soup when Almyra walked into the room.
"Ah, just in time. please take a seat."

Almyra gave a polite nod and sat down at the table, waiting for Soraka to finish up and join her. Though she wished her arrival was under better circumstances, it was nice to have been able to wash and have a meal indoors after so long. She looked around some more while she waited, always inquisitive of her surroundings.

The Starchild then claimed the bowls off of the table and filled them with the soup on the stove. Steam wafted from the now full bowls as she carefully returned to the table. She placed one of the bowls in front of Almyra and sat down with her own.
"Please be careful it is very hot. Tonight I have made chicken and rice soup with whatever vegetables I had lying around, I hope you don't mind water I am out of milk or juice. But, if you do I can make you some tea. Sorry for being so ill-prepared, I will be going into town soon to restock my supplies."
