October 5th, 23CLE ((2 months after Vi's moving to the PARC)) The PARC, cell group 3 14:00
"Get up!" An officer appeared before the bars. He unlocked the heavy door to Vi's cell and slammed the sliding door open with a loud thump. "You have a special visitor, vermin." The officer said. His tag read "William Redrock, Warden". He'd cuff Vi, who would be wearing a standard orange prison jumpsuit. Unlike other criminals, Vi wasn't given much "rehabilitation" treatment. She was not given classes, nor even given the chance to exit her cell for more than 4 times a day at certain hours for meals and a shower. The only reason Vi left the SHAPCA so early was because of a recommendation by Caitlyn, but she was treated as a prisoner unlike many others who were treated warmly as citizens. "It's been a long while since you saw this visitor, didn't you, scum? I don't know what she wants to do with you. Maybe you finally got the death row, maybe not. I just want punks like you off the street and off my PARC."
Then, a woman cleared her throat. "What!- Oh... Sheriff." The Warden held Vi's hand firmly and stood straight, holding his breath. He seemed to start sweating as his hands got sticky and wet. "I will take it from here." She said and started leading Vi to a different hallway, away from the Warden. "How was your stay?"

Vi had sat in her room, completely fine with the treatment she had been getting. Quite frankly even if they had let her socialize with alot of the criminals in here, she most likely just get into a fight. Classes were...yeah no, she would want nothing to do with that anyways. Honestly she was pretty content with the way things were, talking to people would mean effort, effort would mean she would have to put on a pretty little face to please the others. Not like many people would talk to her now anyways. She sat in her bed with her arms at her head looking up at the ceiling, the day simply going like always until the Warden came to get her. This was new, at least to her, usually it was the usual guardsmen who never made much for conversation, but today it was Mr.Big man, William Redrock, full of himself like he always was.
Eventually she sort of just stopped listening to him talking, nothing he said would be important anyway, looking down she suddenly heard a voice she hadn't heard in awhile "I will take it from here" looking up she saw none other then her old partner, the Sheriff, taking her down a different hall "How was your stay?" Vi chuckled and sighed "Food sucks, the clothes could be worse I guess. You know how it's been though, I would assume you were the reason I left SHAPCA early, hm? It does suck to see that all these other criminals get better treatment then me, but hey who am I to complain, just some "Punk Scum" as Redrock called me" she looked to Caitlyn "What about you? Was it decided what was going to happen with me? I mean it's been a while since I've been here, a month and a half, maybe two. So you being here means something must have happened?" she moved hair out of her face and looked back to Caitlyn.

Caitlyn quickened her pace down the hall. She didn't bother to check for Vi behind her because one thing she trusted about her was that she had common sense. "I wouldn't have you staying with common murderers, robbers and rapists. No matter if you can handle them, it's below you. About the treatment, Redrock has agreed to treat everyone with equality. I'll have a word with him, but the prisoners will most likely find a new warden watching over them soon." She led them into a room with only a window, some lights, two chairs and a desk. Other than those, all there was in the room was a stack of old papers. "Sit down."

Vi sat down and put her cuffed hands on the table, moving her left hand and using and waving off motion of sorts, or a wave rather "Ah it's fine, the man is just trying to do things the right way, he treats others like citizens, I don't particularly deserve to be treated right frankly speaking anyways" she cracked her knuckles and lifted her arms, leaning her chin on the palm of her hands "So Sheriff, before we get down to the good old business of my predicament, how are things with you? As I can see and hear, you seem to be doing fine? Sure look well too, did that sly dog Jarvan finally get a date with you? Or was it some other man? or female, I certainly don't judge" she smirked a bit trying to ease the tension she felt with in herself.

Caitlyn frowned at Vi's words, taking them as sass instead of smalltalk. "You might not know, but since the Institute declared that the League won't be performing anymore because of Noxus's leave, we don't really keep in touch. However, if the newscast and the newspaper are to be believed, I do not think that the prince will see anyone these days." Caitlyn said and threw down an old paper on the table with a huge first page headline reading: "Murder of Monarchy? King Jarvan III Found Dead!"
"As you can see, the world was falling apart while you were doing your hero thing in Zaun. And so was Piltover." Caitlyn presents a few more newspapers from different times. One shows a prison escape that was just recent. The headline reads: "Escape from Prison!" and the underline reads: "Graves, known as "The Outlaw" escaped from prison with a group of other highly dangerous murderers. They were last seen to be leaving Piltover. Fingers are being pointed at the police." Another shows a headline that says: "It's a killing spree!" with the underline: "Jinx is still out there! The Piltover Police still offers 20 thousand gold on the head of the terrorist known as "Jinx". Dead, or alive!" There were a few other disturbing headlines and pictures, but Caitlyn did not focus on these.
"I'm here to offer you one last chance, Vi. This is not a joke and I'm not kidding. You will get reinstated in the police but I'll be damned if I'll let you live after another incident like this!" She said. It was quite obvious that she was struggling saying these words. Both Vi's life and her reputation were on the stake here this time.

Vi saw Caitlyn frown and sighed "Ah shit, she's gettin serious..." looking at the newspaper, she looked wide eye'd at the head lines and picking up the news paper. Then putting it down she looked at the sheriff and looked into her eyes as she threw paper upon paper of things happening everywhere. Vi sat back with her arms in her lap and listened to the Sheriff berating her for her actions and Vi just took it. Yea she knew what she did was wrong, yea she was stupid for doing it, yes Jinx not being put away or worse was also her fault. She looked at the Sheriff not saying a word, not wanting to spill her emotions all over the place, but she didn't care anymore.
She looked at the Sheriff "Caitlyn, I understand you want me to go out there again, to help you or rather it seems you need my help. And deep down I know you care for me as the stupid sister who got into trouble, just as I think of you as an older sister, but I cant. I just...cant go back out there, my names already gone, I have no respect and I don't deserve it anyways. I did something wrong and is belong here so I can hurt anyone else. Please understand the reason I didn't say anything to anyone about the way the warden treated me or how I didn't complain is because I've come to terms with it. I was an idiot and what happened happened. If i got bailed out, what would everyone think? Oh look it's Vi the loose cannon, Oh look, someone bailed out Vi, I bet it was that sheriff. You see what I mean? I dont even know how to get out of this situation and I dont want to keep relying on you to bail me out once again." she looked away and a single tear fell onto the ground, Vi wiped her face "And i swear to god if you tell anyone I just cried..." she trailed off, looking down at her lap and playing with her thumbs.

Caitlyn sighed and cupped her face with both her palms. She sad down and slid a contract on the table, a contract that was completely different than the one she signed when she first entered the police force. "A drafting contract." Caitlyn said and started reading the first lines of the paper. "By my rights as Sheriff, you are hereby drafted to the Police Defense Force as was agreed when you were signed a civilian of Piltover. You may present terms of objection but know that they may not be heard in a time of need. Your city calls for you and as other citizens you are to answer the call of duty, either if it's in the Police Department or the Military Corps. Failure to answer the call or failure to perform proper service will result in accusation of betrayal." A few more lines were written but they were of no importance. Caitlyn gave Vi a pen and pointed next to her own signature where the words 'Signed By:' were written. "I am not taking chances this time, Vi. The city needs you, I need you to return."

Vi looked up at Caitlyn, hearing her go over the contract and sighed "Signing my life to the devil that is Piltover is always a fun deal. I want to say one last thing before I sign this, what makes you so sure you need me Caitlyn, for 2 months you didn't send word of anything, for even longer then that I've been gone. Is this contract saying you trust me? Or is this contract to make sure you have a leash around my neck to make sure I stay in line?" she looked at Caitlyn not waiting for her answer, picking up the pen and signed her name "You dont have to tell me an answer I just wanted to say that, because I have a long road ahead of me to gain respect and trust again, and if this contract is the first way to start in that direction I'll sign it" she slid the contract back over to her and held out her wrist "I could of used the pen to pick it but I'll let you do it..." she smirked at her old partner, turned new once again.

Caitlyn's lip even curled up a bit in the tiniest grin. By the door that they went through to get to the room was a hanger with a key. She got up and took it, then returned to the desk and offered it to Vi. "My dearest apologies, but it was quite hard to keep in touch with Piltover's Most Wanted while handling Piltover's Least Wanted criminals.
She then led Vi to another room, right next door. In the room were two things, a closet with a dressing room and a rather large wooden chest. "You have 2 minutes, Enforcer. There have been reports of small time gang activities in the northwest area of the industrial district. You know the job. Caitlyn said and exited the room. In the closet next to the dressing room was Vi's old outfit as well as a signed tag that states
Vi, reinstated as the Piltover Enforcer. Signed by Caitlyn, The Sheriff of Piltover
And in the wooden chest were two familiar looking gloves.
