"Let's blow this city into ashes!" Jinx sung to herself as she walked through one of the desolate parts of Piltover. "And see what Pow-Pow thinks!" She continued, patting the minigun that swung from her waist. Jinx grinned to herself, hoisting Fishbones over her shoulder. "Hey Fishbones! What do ya think we should do today?" She took the mouth of her rocket launcher and began to move it back and forth "Go home and decorate?" She said in a goofy voice. "Nope!" She replied to herself in her original voice. "We're going to have fun!"
"I don't like your fun..." Fishbones replied
"Oh shut up already." Jinx said, shoving a special rocket into her weapon. Jinx took aim at the sky and fired. She watched with a grin as the explosive soared high into the air before exploding into the air with great big fire works that spelled out a message for all to see

Vi sat in her police car, watching all around her, it was quiet today, not much work, not much action. Honestly she was glad things were quiet, with getting out of jail recently and back on the police force. She looked to the empty seat and sighed, she didn't want a partner if it wasn't Caitlyn, she really didn't trust anyone else anyways. She tapped her gloved hands and looked at them slightly I'll have to fix the color, they dont seem to fit, oh the tweak the folding mechanism, it seems bulged out, easily could be broken if an idiot decided to stop being an idiot and look at my hands, then again i did just make these modification this week she was deep in critiquing her work when she heard her name called over the radio "Officer Vi, there's a message for you in the sky, it's the crazy one again" she picked up the radio "Okiedokes, copy that, I'll head over to the direction of the rocket's tail, see if I can pick up anything from there" she stuck her head out the window and looked up into the sky "That little brat just loves calling attention to herself..." she sighed and put her arm up, driving down the road with one hand and propping her head up against the other that was on the side of the door. She looked at her radio wonder if Cupcake heard that call in, hell she most likely is looking at the message as we speak, this could end bad for Jinx... She sped up a little and turned on her sirens.
She pulled over on the side of the street, parking and getting out. She put on her sunglasses and grabbed her hat, putting it on sloppily. Closing her door, she looked around, turning around and locking the door, she moved to the side walk and went into investigator mode. She looked up at the sky and started to do the math of when and where the shot was made, judging from the smoke line she did it maybe a little offs from here, about fifteen maybe twenty minutes ago? she cracked her knuckles and went into an alley way, arriving in a open area behind the buildings "Jinx, this shit's annoying, get your ass out here already, I know you're here!" she sighed and crossed her arms, she wanted to arrest Jinx already, but she knew that meant instant death for the girl and some how that didn't feel right for someone that was OBVIOUSLY criminally insane, regardless of what they've done.

Jinx sat atop a small building as she waited on Vi to come and chase her. She yawned softly, waiting was boring... when she heard the sirens blare, her eyes lit up and she jumped to her feet. When Vi walked around the corner into the alley, she would see Jinx standing just a few feet above her on the building, Fishbones hoisted on her shoulder with one arm while she twirled one of her large pig tails with the other hand.
"You're getting slower, Fat Hands!" She said "I was sooooo bored when you were in jail... I thought of breaking you out myself actually" She said giving Vi her usual crazy grin. "Buuuuuut that would have required this, that, and the other and blah, blah, blah. There's no need to bore you with the details"
Jinx's grin turned sinister as she stared down at the Enforcer "Now... on to the fun! Where do you think we should go to first, hmm? Maybe a stroll through the park? A walk down main street? Either way, this will end with pretty explosions and quite likely the dismemberment of a few by standards, sooooooo really, I'm fine with either." Jinx said, her grin turning into a smirk.
"I don't condone any of this..." Fishbones said.
Jinx furrowed her brows and bopped her rocket launcher on it's metal head. "You stay out of this!" Jinx looked at Vi and grinned again. "Ignore him." She put her hand up to her mouth so that Vi could only hear her talk. "For a rocket launcher, he's really dull."
Jinx put the head of Fishbones on the edge of the building and leaned on it. "Alright Fat Hands, hurry up and chose where we'll take this, I was already bored enough waiting on you."

Ezreal had recently returned from a detour to Demacia.. Tired, and perhaps a bit grumbling, he made his way through the city on his normal route home only to pause upon seeing the rocket in the air. A deep frown laced the man's features, followed quickly by a furious scowl, "Jinx.." he said with venom in his voice.
Quickly Ezreal arcane shifted to a higher point, catching the sound of sirens racing towards where it appeared the smoke from the rocket had originated from. With a general idea of location, he began to move across the rooftops finding it easier to avoid the crowds and not draw needless attention. A determined look blazes within his blue orbs as his form disappears and reappears until finally coming into view of the psychotic woman.
However he doesn't immediately see Vi, though he can certainly hear the muffled conversation between the two. Jinx's part obviously was much more clear without the buildings obstructing it. Clenching his teeth, the blonde calls, "Jinx!" He didn't have some kind of rivalry with her. He simply hates her after what she had done to his home.
Stoic features, hardened by the tragedy he'd been forced to see... The burned corpses; empty eyes of women, children and people he had known and grown up around... Not the buried remains of ancient people or artifacts... What this woman.. this monster had done to his city... was unforgivable.
Another arcane shift - one building closer, his arm raised and aimed towards her.
Vi - Well, he saw her.. By this point she was in view of him. He hadn't seen her in months at best.. Before she went to Zaun.. Before the chaos.. Before he left to travel to the Shurima Desert. And now here they were.. and he was barely paying attention to the woman.

Vi looked up to Ezreal about to shoot her "EZ STOP!" , turning on her gloves, she quickly used them to push herself up towards him, landing on the building, she punched the ground with her gloves making it the entirety of the building shake, pushing them both of center. Vi quickly pushed herself off the ground and walked over to Ez, visibly expelling anger towards him "Hey dumbass you cant go around trying to shoot people, what the hell Ez, get a hold of your damn emotions for one second" She thought about pulling out her handcuffs on him, but didn't want to forget about jinx, so she turned off her gloves and pointed at him "Looks like you're playing my partner as of right now, so get your ass over here, but if you raise even a hair at her Ez, I'll arrest your ass for interfering with a Police officer...also it's good to see you Blonde" she winked and jumped down to the building with Jinx on it, expecting Ezreal to follow her down.
Vi looked at Jinx, sighing "Seriously Jinx, can we just not do this today, You'll go kill or destroy things, I'll stop you, you get away, or you get caught. Worse be it, Caitlyn catches you and you go "Missing" meaning loads of paper work which I really dont want to do. So pick, you can either get your ass down here and let me cuff you, WHICH i doubt you'll do willingly, or I can chase you, and let fate decide what happens, or we could just call it a day, you go back to wherever the hell you go to and leave the city alone for today and I can get back to my job..." Vi held her hands behind her back, ready to press her gloves and move into actions. Somehow she knew that Jinx was going to leave this alone, especially when she's been gone and all she's had was Caitlyn to mess with, it's like dealing with a child, which in truth wasn't wrong.

Jinx grinned at Vi as she waited the Enforcers response, however a male voice caught her attention and she turned her head to Ezreal. She grinned at him and waved "Hiiii Ezy!" She said, as if the two were best friends. "Do you wanna have fun too? I should warn you..." Her sinister grin returned to her lips. "This could be quuuite hazardous to your health." She turned to aim Fishbones at were Ezreal was standing, but blinked when Vi jumped up to stop him. Jinx tilted her head to the side, Fishbones still on her shoulder.
When Vi jumped down and started to talk to Jinx, the psychotic woman lowered Fishbones for a second. Jinx blinked again "Gee... I never looked at it like that... maybe I could just leave for the day..." Jinx's grin returned to her face and her eyes lit up dangerously. "But what would be the fun in that!?"
And with that, Jinx jumped from the building, landing on the ground and rolling to one knee. She grinned and aimed Fishbones at the base of the building, firing off a rocket. The explosive struck the base and blew up, causing the whole structure to shake and start to crumble. Jinx then got up and started to speed off into the city, laughing manically.

The shaking rocks Ezreal, forcing him to focus on Vi with an agitated glower aimed at the taller woman. He would rarely challenge the Enforcer, but the man was utterly livid and maybe not thinking as rationally as he normally would. Clicking his tongue to his teeth with annoyance, he looks away from Vi back towards Jinx with a murderous glare. Everything he intended to do, was intended to end this woman's existence regardless of the consequences.
Talk of being Vi's partner causes the look to falter, turning to face the woman with a puzzled look, "She's a criminal. Why aren't you arresting her!?" Groaning, Ezreal follows the woman to the same building as Jinx. He begins to step forward quietly, gauntlet raised once again, "Since I'm playing the bad cop.. Put your hands up, Jinx. We--"
Mouth agape, he stares stunned at Vi.. Why was she trying to talk to this woman? She was insane! Nobody this crazy was going to give a rats bum about holding off on lunatic for a day! His arm remains raised however, even as Jinx seems to consider not blowing the town apart again. A narrowed gaze sets upon the woman, shifting one foot forward slightly as if he expected something terrible to happen like it were some sort of trap being up here.. But then again, being an explorer, anything that smells of danger was a possible trap so this was purely instinctive for the man anymore.
When Jinx suddenly leaps off the building and fires a rocket back towards them, Ezreal's first reaction is to try and grab Vi, and arcane shift down to street level away from the crumbling structure, quickly followed by the chase that was bound to ensue eventually. He had plenty of things to say to Vi, but for the sake of not making things worse, he keeps his mouth tightly shut.
Should Vi get herself off the roof on her own, he'd use his arcane shift to try and catch up to Jinx. One of the magic missiles aimed for her legs in attempt to disable the woman pending what Vi does.

Vi was grabbed by Ezreal and arcaned shifted down to street level as the building they were on already crumbled, slightly part of her knew it was going to happen anyways, but she wanted to at least say something before this happened, and she did. Ezreal already went to chase down Jinx, Vi jumped through the window of her car "No way in fuck am I running after those two..." She turned the car on, it's engine purring to life, and she pulled up the radio as she pressed on the gas and started dashing after the two "This is Officer Vi! Ezreal is in pursuit with me on Jinx, I request a roadblock at-" She told them the location in front of both Ezreal and Jinx father down the road, hoping it would atleast make Jinx detour off the main road and away from innocent people. Vi pulled out her phone as she saw Ezreal after Jinx he doesn't understand that his hatred could get him trouble, he seriously needs to control it... she would call him and tell him to try and get her off the main road and away from the general public, and to make sure that he doesn't kill her, that was his number one concern.

Jinx looked back with her sadistic grin as Ezreal chased her down. She jumped to the side, avoiding the magic blast as she continued to sprint down the road. She was an incredibly fast runner. Jinx grinned and grabbed Zap, aiming it at Ez as she ran and firing off a bolt of electricity at the man chasing her before turning to look where she was running.
Her heart hammered against her chest, her adrenaline pumping through her body. This is what she lived for. She grinned as she saw a road block form in front of her and as a result, she quickly darted down another narrow alley, dropping her Flame Chomper traps behind her.
She took another route, heading north. She knew the lay out of Piltover like the back of her hand, and one way or another, she was going to get to the center of the city.

This wasn't good.. This was seriously not good. Ezreal felt his heart racing as he pursued the psychotic woman through the street, eyes growing wide as he tumbles to the side narrowly avoiding the electrical bolt that had been shot at him. A sickened sensation rushes through his body as he pushes onward, eyes moving up to the roofs before arcane shifting to avoid being visible to her.
He had received the message from Vi, though he surely didn't say much as he was a little busy trying to take out the problematic being trying to create chaos in his peaceful home. He jumps across a rooftop using his skills to their fullest to maneuver the buildings he was oh-so familiar with. Like Jinx, perhaps more-so, this city he knew like the back of his hand. In fact he probably drew up the map for it!
If given the opportunity, Ezreal would jump from a low rooftop to try and jump in front of her path, hoping to force her further away from the main city as he fires off his mystic shot trying to knock her back at the very least. Vi said not to kill her... He wasn't trying to... as much as he wished he could.

Jinx continued to sprint down the alley way, Pow-Pow dangling wildly from her side. When Ezreal dropped in front of her, she ducked behind a dumpster to avoid the blast. She readied Fishbones over her shoulder and popped out, flashing Ezreal a crazy grin.
"Bye bye!"
She said, firing off a rock aimed at the man's feet.
