"WHY YOU LITTLE SON OF A-" That really did provoke the Wing they were talking to, moving to land a punch but his companions moved quickly to restrain him.
The more cool-headed female still in her seat looked at them, laughing. "Well, you've certainly got the guts to come here and bad mouth us, stranger. But we're not all dumb like Kyvaan here. Tell you what, you want to meet with someone higher up? We'll talk to our people and arrange a meeting. That sound good to you? I don't even know why you're bothering us, but its pretty clear you want something."

"That is what I want actually, I have business to discuss with them. Glad you finally decided to pay attention, your friend here I think is a bit slow to understand things. You should probably get another person to represent you." Eli's voice had a tone of pleasantness in it, but was clearly dripping with sarcasm at the same time... He smiled inwardly, either he was going to be able to take out their leaders, or get them very very pissed off at him. That was good though, they get pissed, they send someone after you. They send someone after you, you capture and interrogate them. Or, if he could see their leaders, he can take them out.
"You might think you've won, but like a cornered animal, I don't give up!"
Rudmed had been standing there letting Eli do the talking for the most part. He stood there stoic watching each of the wings or their fronts. He nearly took action when one made a move to punch Rudmed's hand went to his saber, but returned back to his side once the man was restrained.
It seems as though a deal was reached he finally spoke, "Good. I was growing rather impatient listening to dogs with not teeth. Where shall we meet your leaders?" He said as his eyes shifted from each Wing in the room. They might feel intimidated as though under his hat he was staring into their very soul and preparing to render his judgement. A perfectly accurate statement. He now waited for the Wings to give a reply to their meeting...or make an aggressive move. The latter would end poorly for them. One might leave alive....and that was if Rudmed was feeling merciful.

The wings kept their eyes on Eli and Asimov- the young Wings averting their gaze from the inquisitor, but the adult woman didn't flinch. The pecking order was fairly clear here, at least. She spoke with a most calm and collected tone.
"Alright, if you really wanna talk to our higher ups, we'll go and tell them. We've got a Aerie close by where you'll... sort out whatever beef you have. We've converted a nearby apartment roof - The Maple Tree Apartments- as our base of operations, Though I still don't understand what is it you want."
The young, aggressive Wing who tried to attack earlier was immediately scrambled, flying out the Balcony doors and into the choking Zaunite air space.
The route to that particular apartment was suspiciously safe, going through the undercity where the fliers' advantage could not be put into play. Were they actually setting up dialogue, or setting an unusual trap?

Eli nodded to the woman, "Thanks, we'll be waiting for them." He turned and walked out of the room, waiting to make sure the others were following, he began to make his way out of the bar and toward the meeting point the Wings had specified. It could very well be a trap, but traps work both ways, if they were attacked, he was confident they could fend the Wings off and take a prisoner at the same time.
"You might think you've won, but like a cornered animal, I don't give up!"
Rudmed noted the younger wing's reactions to him. He turned and began to follow Eli, however he paused at the doorway. He turned back to the Wings facing the younger ones, "I had better not see any of you there in an ambush. Otherwise, I promise you, there will not be a shred of mercy. Sinners will be punished."
With that the inquisitor left following Eli, "So you think it is a trap? How should we prepare?"

Before they left, one of the bikers approached the group with a final tip, considering they had really went up to the VIP lounge where they were.
"Wings always fight at an advantage and at range. You wanna bring the Wings to you, you gotta take something they have. Pretty sure they're setting you up- but you can force their hand if you have an asset of theirs. You interested?"
Asimov, who had been watching and listening from behind his two more physically intimidating companions, started on his way out along with Eli and Rudmed. However, before they could exit, one of the bikers approached them with one last piece of advice. After hearing what this member had to say, the geneticist merely smirked back and finally spoke for the first time since they had left the table earlier.
"No matter the advantage, there is always a means to significantly improve one's potential in order to adapt to the challenges they are faced. Those who find themselves biologically inferior may very well find themselves, one day, being able to be on par with those whose genes have been naturally or unnaturally augmented. To this end, I push myself beyond the limits and endlessly toil to unlock human potential through genetic engineering."
The inquisitor nodded in agreement with the chemist, only a fool would deny intelligence about their enemy. "Yes please, anything you know that would help us in our fight. Allies? Resource stashes, any information at all." He explained.
He was hoping for maybe something he could use his skills of stealth in after all, no one would suspect another face in the crowd. Hunting sinners was what he specialized at, none could escape justified retribution. Not so long as Rudmed was on their trail.

"There's an underground warehouse in District 37 that the Wings has one of the other gangs guard. They usually don't like having assets on the ground, which means that's your best bet. What's inside, we don't know. Also, you didn't hear that from me." The biker looked left and right, suspecting someone may have been listening. He disappears back into the bar.

Eli nodded to the biker as he left, then turns to Asimov and Rudmed. "Well gents, looks like we've got a better targe'" He began walking in the hunched manner he did before, seeming to be cold, but actually just keeping a grip on his pistols, preparing to pull them out in response to any threat.

"You might think you've won, but like a cornered animal, I don't give up!"
Rudmed nodded at Eli and followed him a hand on his saber. Unlike his companion he stood upright and confident. When Eli hunched over he looked at him strangely from underneath his hat, "Why are you hunched over like that? It looks unnatural, you are drawing more attention to yourself with such actions." he commented.
He did wonder where this district thirty-seven was as he was unfamiliar with Zaun's layout. Which he swore he would get better at after carrying out his current mission. The more he knew about the city's layout the better he could purge it once the time came. However for now he waited for Eli's response as he followed him to district thirty-seven.

Given the cold, the way Eli was hunched and his face and head were covered by a scarf, he appeared to be either just cold or much older and weaker than he actually was, but not especially strange. He knew the districts of Zaun well and continued to walk as he spoke in a hushed tone to Rudmed. "Makes i' difficult for people to idenify me by my gai', and makes me seem older, sickly, or jus' plain cold. Also, I've got a good grip on my pistols. Anyone tries to attack us, they're in for a surprise."

District 37
The labyrinthine Undercity of Zaun was divided into many districts, and the close-by District 37 was dominated mostly by manufacturing and warehouses, as well as shanty-houses of people who worked there.
The warehouse marked by the gang was definitely unobtrusive- appearing almost ramshackle and abandoned. The windows were either boarded up or broken glass, or simply open. Right outside the entrace there were three homeless Zaunites huddled around a barrel fire- a common sight in Zaun's cold nights. They appeared unarmed, one knocking back a newspaper wrapped bottle of glowing Red.
The building was dark and empty. The walls beside had rusted fire escapes and service ladders, garbage piled up in the alley. Observant souls could see that most of the junk was broken metal.

"I know District 37 all too well, my friends. It is on the outskirts of this district that the laboratory of the Zaunite Champion, Viktor, the Machine Herald, can be found. The warehouses found there are often used by many scientists and mechanics alike to either experiment or tinker to their hearts' content. The Herald, himself, has even followed this ideal by establishing himself in the most distant structure from the center of the city as possible...."
Asimov had spoken up once the trio left the bar, and the information he had to share was of the utmost value. He knew his way around District 37 all too well, as he had had to travel in and out of it while under the mentorship of Viktor, whose own laboratory was a warehouse located on the outskirts of the district in question. It was an area that was extremely dangerous if you didn't know where you were going, but fortunately for Eli and Rudmed, Asimov had the perfect experience for keeping them out of harm's way. As he led his two accomplices, he came across a particularly run down and seemingly abandoned warehouse, at which point he stopped and pointed it out to the others.
"This one has the highest chance of being the one that we were informed of. I am 92% certain it is."
