Eli nodded to Asimov. "Good, let's go." He began walking toward the entrance, making note of the scrap metal, wondering what it could be for. He was somewhat weary, due to the apparent lack of guards. Still, he continued, stopping about 20 feet away from the hobos. He had an idea. "You fellas hang around here of'en?" He was still hunched over, seemingly with cold, keeping the grip on his pistols.
"You might think you've won, but like a cornered animal, I don't give up!"
Rudmed looked at the warehouse and the surrounding area. How did people evens survive around here? Though when 92% certain that this was the correct place the inquisitor took his word for it, and did not bother to ask what the other 8% could be. What on earth could the Dark Wings want with this scrap metal that lay around here? There didn't seem to be anything valuable around here to say the least.
Rudmed looked into one of the open windows trying to see if there was anything inside that he could actually see. It was awfully dark, but he had worked in such conditions before. Maybe he if couldn't see anything, was there any noise within the warehouse he could hear? If not, then he would simply turn away and look around the warehouse trying to see if there was anything to indicate a trap or possible recent residence.

The chronically homeless Zaunites looked up at Eli, and, as instructed, acted friendly. "Eh? Sure. Nice place. Gangs don't come down here." They said, though somewhat keeping an alert eye on the strangers.
"Used to be good work around here... Steel mill... company went bankrupt..." Another said, adding a dimension of realism to the derelict nature of the area. The interior of the abandoned warehouse was characteristically quiet enough, but as luck would have it, there would be a loud clang as some piece of metal fell inside there somewhere.
The homeless trio froze up a bit, then looked at each other. "Must be... them big mutant rats..."

Eli smiled as he heard the clang from inside the warehouse. "How about you tell the truth, I know someone's guarding this place for the Dark Wings. Tell me everything you know, and I might not bash your faces in." Even if they didn't tell him, he wouldn't actually harm them, but they didn't know that. He didn't want to walk into the warehouse without having a clue as to what was in there, but would if necessary.

The noise confirmed seemed to indicate to Rudmed that someone or something was in there. He vaguely heard one of the hobos mention something about rats, but the inquisitor thought it was something more than that.
He looked around and found a piece of scrap metal, then he returned to the broken window. He tossed the metal into the warehouse, but close enough he might catch a glimpse of what went toward it. He hoped to see if it was merely rats or perhaps a few Wings waiting in ambush. The inquisitor waited to see if anything would react or approach the piece of scrap.
