((Not sure what section this should go in. I'll move this thread if need be.))
South of Noxus lie the foothills of The Great Barrier. Very few inhabit this region of Valoran, as it is very harsh with little resources to offer from its location. However, there is one who is able to live out here.
The Rabble Rouser has a home within these foothills. It is a medium sized cottage, which is surprisingly well maximized in terms of space. While the outside is rather plain, the interior of the house is rather well decorated. Warm lights adorn the walls. A living room with high end furniture lies near the entrance. A four poster bed can be seen from the doorway in one of the back rooms.
The first floor was so well organized, one would not believe Gragas had lived there. However, the basement is where Gragas spends most of his time brewing, drinking, eating, sleeping, and, in general, living.
The basement is a stark contrast to the upper floor. The stone tile is damp, as almost all of it is soaked with alcohol. The large room is not lit very well, with only one dim lantern in the center providing light. Gragas spends most of his time working at a large table. The table is creaky and old due to the high amount of beverage spilled on it in experiment. To the left, barrels upon barrels of almost any alcohol imaginable are stacked on each other. To the right, sacks of barely, hops, wheat, and other necessary ingredients needed for brewing are messily stacked in a pile.
((This is open, just set yourself up with a canon date and you're good to go. Feel free to come in even if I am conversing with another character, I can have the interactions be at seperate times.))
