If you are about to be hit by a car jump at the windshield back or shoulder first. You should keep your head tucked into your chest and roll off of the car. This will make the glass absorb a lot of the impact, and you will be protecting your major organs and head. ^^

Alternatively, jump the fuck away from the car's path. You'll be protecting your everything this way!
