Started writing this thing quite a while ago... finally had time to finish it.
Full Name: The human anatomy cannot produce the necessary simultaneous sounds.

Meaning/History of Name/Nickname: It was the name I was given among my own people, the Phoenix. The name that the summoners comes from a dead language, carrying the meaning “Snow White.”

Nickname: Rose. No, there really is nothing else that she is or can be called. "Rosie" will earn a glare on first offense, and a slap on the second.
Meaning/History of Name/Nickname: Rose is self-explanatory, but Cendra means "ash," and Sonder is derived from the German "Sonderbar," meaning strange.

Hair color/style/length: Brown hair, though, at the moment, the tips are white/silver. On the left side, it's fairly short, and the right side is near shoulder-length, and wavy with the occasional curl.

Vision capabilities: 20/20, and decent low-light vision.
Skin tone: Pale- not sickly so, but she burns before she tans, and she burns quickly.

Religion/personal philosophy: Like most Noxians, Rose believes in strength. Her alignment is Chaotic Good- she holds very little regard for the law, but she does care for others, and, as an example, would step in if she saw someone being outnumbered in a fight.
Involvement in politics: After the speeches in downtown Noxus, Rose is involved in the rebellion against Grand General Swain, but... she has very little idea what she's gotten herself into. She doesn't know a lot about politics, only that Swain withdrawing Noxus from the League caused both her fathers to lose their jobs as summoners.

Mannerisms while angry: Being the daughter of a fire mage, there is an almost-tangible change in the temperature around Rose when she is very angry, though she can't yet channel this into anything useful. Her body language becomes tense and hostile, and, if they are susceptible to emotional manipulation, anyone meeting her eyes will likely be near-terrified until her anger fades or they leave her presence.
Mannerisms while pleased: Rose is very physical, with emotions that are easily read. When she's walking, and she's pleased by something, it will be very obvious in her step- she walks lightly on her toes when she's happy, and will let her hands swing freely, where she normally keeps them in her pockets, on her knife and/or her dice.
Hates: Being presented with problems she can't solve, tomatoes, and alcoholic drinks that taste like they have alcohol in them.

These are usually things she treats herself to after a successful spell or two, or, if it was particularly bad, a nasty emotional reaction to something.
Type of self-punishments and when character feels they are deserved: If Rose has done something that she sees as morally wrong, she'll retire to her apartment and bathe, first with a near-unbearably hot shower, and then with a nearly-frozen one. There aren't many things that fall under this category (morally wrong) for her, but when something does, and she's done it, then she sees herself as awful and unclean, and will scrub her skin until it's close to raw.
Biggest regret and why: Likely the scars on her mother's hands and face- the scars on her face are mostly superficial, and hard to notice, but Rose sees them as a reminder of her failure to control her magic.
Default reaction to adversity: Being a very physical person, a lot of slouching, slumping over, and lying around being sad can be expected if the trouble is insurmountable- however, if it's something that she can overcome, she'll work with everything she has against it.
Reaction to triumph: Again, this is something that shows in her physical nature- a lot of grinning and unexpected motion can be expected, depending on how great the triumph is.
Behavior while alone: Rose takes her time at home to sit and think- she'll often write, draw, or practice spells until she's tired. Her face and body move freely- if something amuses her (a memory or thought), she'll smile, sometimes even laugh out loud. Her apartment is the only place that she takes off her lightly-armored corset, so her posture slips down into nearly a slouch, and she'll walk freely, a sway in her step. When she's alone in a crowd, however, she puts up a front- the "safety face" is something of a mask for her when she's out in public; a smile could provoke someone into thinking she's interested, and a hard scowl could provoke someone into thinking they need to cheer her up, so she maintains a carefully neutral expression. Her posture is held straight by the corset she habitually wears, and she's careful not to let her hips swing, knowing what men are like in Noxus.
Behavior around same gender: Rose tends to be a lot more trusting of women- she'll speak more freely of her life and ideals, and, occasionally, will attempt flirtation. This is usually fairly subtle, unless it's reciprocated- if it is, she'll punctuate it with some gestures that come into contact with the other person, though all intimate contact is usually initiated by them. (This does depend on the woman- Rose doesn't really care how a person looks, but she does have a certain sense of who would be interested and who wouldn't.)
Behavior around opposite gender: Despite having two fathers who've done nothing to harm or wrong her, Rose distrusts men for the most part until they prove that they're worthy of her trust (this was primarily caused by schoolmates, as well as one street vendor). Once she gets to know them, she'll extend a cautious offer of friendship, and, if something really catches her interest, she might initiate some flirtation. (This depends on the man- if he's tried to flirt with her before that point, unless there's something really special about him, she's unlikely to start flirting at all unless she wants something.)
Biggest accomplished achievement in life: Rose's favorite subject, when it was taught by her mother, was algebra- she enjoyed the logic in the numbers, and she was recognized for her skill in it by one of her teachers, who administered the test that allowed her to "graduate" secondary school.
Official awards/recognition: Rose has not been awarded anything or recognized at all by the Noxian government, though the Grand General may recognize her from the speech downtown, if he remembers her at all- she stood a few feet behind Talon and Riven, looking incredibly nervous, but determined.
Most important current relationship: Though she loves all three of her parents, Rose's main connection to her family is through her mother, with whom she has a strong, loving relationship. Though they do not see each other often, Rose will write letters to her mother, as will her mother to her.
Relevant friends: Despite her fairly outgoing nature, Rose has no true friends, as of yet. (read: nobody has RP'd a friendship with her yet and I don't want to talk to myself ^^;)

Events that will affect your character's progression: If the rebellion progresses into something more major, it will affect Rose immensely- her fathers were both summoners until Swain removed Noxus from the League, and so they may end up moving to Ionia in order to keep making a living.
Past relationships that may affect progression: If any of her old schoolmates showed up, they could make life hell for her- she was much less restrained when she was a child, and so they'd know a good amount about how to make her lose her composure.
The most bizarre thing about your character: Rose's fidgeting has led her to acquire quite a few lengths of rope, which she'll fidget with casually- when at home, it's not infrequent that she'll bind her ankles or arms with no sexual motivation. She somewhat enjoys being forced to hold still, though she's never more than two seconds away from freeing herself in the case of an emergency.
Where you eventually want to see your character: Well- I initially wanted to see her as a mage working by the side of the General, but, upon realizing that it didn't work for her character, I'm no longer working towards that. (Which is a shame, because I rather like Swain as a character and admin. =P) I suppose my main goal for her right now is to see her stop stealing- maybe find a way for her to earn a steady income, and get a nicer place than her teeny-tiny apartment.

Since her parents’ death, it has a kind of bittersweet meaning to her, but she wears it in a new light, bringing misfortune to her enemies and bounties.

Fortune’s Folly is by no means a gargantuan ship, but the corvette is fast, and rumored to be the quickest sails in Bilgewater, a title that Gangplank would most likely disagree with.
Condition of living space: She keeps things organized, so she can always be prepared for any occasion that may strike her, on the high seas or in the port, Bilgewater and the ocean are full of surprises. Her cabin is the largest personal room in the ship, the only larger room being the hold. She has the supplies needed to sustain life on her ship, if necessary, save for the obvious perishable items, like food, which she can easily pick up at the markets if she is going somewhere.
Notable history behind living space: Through hard work and determination, and a bit of deceit, she purchased Fortune’s Folly shortly after her 16th birthday from a commodore of a nearby city state’s navy; she can’t remember which city state. He acquired the ship through commandeering it from a drug smuggling pirate. Her flirtation attracted him, and though repulsed by this sea dog, she kept up the act until he tried to make a pass at her; she promptly shot him in the foot as a warning, and revealed her true age. Embarrassed, the commodore agreed to a much lower price, and thus, Fortune’s Folly became Sarah’s new home. Roommates/Housemates/Guests/Family in residence: Crewmates, who are mostly comprised of sailors who have been harmed by pirates in some way, and seek revenge.

Character's worst trait (to character): To her, it is her fear of drowning, which is ironic because she is after all one of the most accomplished sailors in Bilgewater, it stems from a memory she has of the day her parents were murdered by the mysterious pirate with red eyes. She tried to kill herself in the ocean and was saved by a boy her age, who she gave her mother’s comb to as a reward. He’s also on her list of people to find, though for a completely different reason.

Meaning/History of Name/Nickname: Vermi, oocly, from Vermilion Dread, is a legacy character of mine in my roleplaying since the early days. The first Vermi was a shapeshifter monster than assimilated DNA, making her essentially Alex Mercer from Prototype... this was from the stupidly broken early days of RP. The second Vermilion was a young lady transformed into a super soldier with a serum derived from Vermi 1.0, making her a more niche character... and now the Vermi mantle is passed on to Caeris, much as Spooks has been reworked.

Now, she slowly feels that the goddess may have abandoned her entirely, having given up her body and mind to temporal wealth and the glory of the arena; such is the despair of her slavery, that all she believes has been put to question. Why would not the goddess save her as she did ages ago their ancestors? Perhaps she does not care, perhaps there is no goddess.
