One of Caitlyn's fellow officers would bring a bouquet of red roses, and a single white rose to Caitlyn's desk. They were not from the officer, but there were three cards. The first one on the red roses was to Caitlyn. It was the joker of all card, and the other card addressed to her had the following.
"Catch me if ya' can cheri."

The one addressed to Vi simply had this
"Ah won't miss the beatin ya' had planned fer' me, but Ah will miss yer' beauty, cheri."
It seems Twisted Fate had decided to taunt Piltover's finest, and he had every right too. After all they hadn't caught him yet....though he did imagine that now Vi was going to hit him twice as hard for that comment.

Caitlyn sighed. She raised a hand at Fiora and uttered a short, low apology. "I am sorry. Do excuse me for a moment."
She moved over, grabbed the card addressed to her. "Catch me if you can, cheri."
Caitlyn tossed the card onto the table and let out a short exasperated yell, "That infuriating, egotistical son of a...!"
The sheriff took a deep breath in and looked at the roses. She picked them up, smelled them and paused for a moment. She shrugged and let out an amused, short laugh, "At least he has a good sense of style." A smile crept on her face, her eyes narrowed and focused on the flowers. She had an almost diabolical glint in her eyes. "Which really will only make it all the more sweet when I finally get my hands on him. Pinned down, hand cuffed, ready to be brought to jail and I will be able to wipe that smug look off his handsome face, and I will be able to say 'I got you'. That day...is coming sooner than you think, my slippery friend. Much sooner."
Caitlyn snapped out of her trance and looked over at Fiora, "Sorry about that, Miss Laurent. That man drives me completely barmy sometimes. We were talking about...the documents, yes?"
((Reading it how he would spell it, while hearing his voice in her head. And don't worry luv, let's see where this takes us, hm?))

Vi crashed through the doorways, luckily not breaking them like last time. However, she knocked out the repairman, who was repairing the doors from the last time she came in. Looking around, she breathed heavily. "Oi. What's this for?"
She held a short note from a certain Defender of Tomorrow, reading as:
A young boy hands Vi a neatly written note.
Come to the police station as soon as you can. It's important. -Jayce
Not waiting for an answer, her attention immediately shifted to the roses on the nearby table. "More importantly, what's with these? Is Jayce flirting with me?"
She grabbed the card addressed to her from Fate and read it quickly. "Aw, so sweet." She smiled for a moment. "He gave me an invitation to punch him." With a quick movement, she crumpled it up and threw it into a trash can. "But now to real business. Caitlyn, why does Jayce need me here?"

Caitlyn looked up at Vi and stared at her for a few moments, trying to read if Vi was being factitious or not. "...Jayce is not here, Vi. Why would Jayce be here?" She motioned to the woman, "Who told you that Jayce would even be here?"

((And in regards to TF, about fuzzy cuffs, she's not that kind of gal to slap them on you so hastily. It's all a game, really, and it matters on how TF is willing to play the game, and what he's wiling to do to win it ))

"Vi...Jayce is not here." Caitlyn took the letter, not looking at it yet. "So just wait for a bit outside, sit on one of the benches if you want. I need to speak with Miss Laurent about some matters and then we will talk..."
She slightly slapped her head and looked over at Victus, "I'm sorry sir, I think I've completely disregarded you. Forgive me, luv. I don't mean to be rude, but duty calls. Unless you have any further business, may you accompany Vi on your way out of my office?"

Vi gave a deep sigh. "Fine then. I'll wait."
She grabbed Victus by the collar and began dragging him out with her. "Cupcake's orders, sir." She quickly darted out the door with Victus in tow, taking a seat on a bench nearby.
