As per Fizz's suggestion, here is a preview of what the Noxus skin/next coding overhaul will look like. Obviously with less blue and more green and different graphics, etc. etc. But the color scheme is what I want people to look at. Before you judge saying "I don't like it because it's new", please take the time to consider the features and all that. This site is NOT mine - it is a skin template preview because I do not want to expend the effort whipping something up for a couple of hours just for people to tell me "Ashe u suk noob".
So yeah. I'll have a couple of other previews up, and people can tell me what they think/whether they prefer one over the other, or whatever:

Also I would like to reiterate for people who still don't understand. The side tables, and even the new category look/front page look are all coding related. Which means that the coding STAYS with the site. The font and all that too. The SKIN on the other hand, is the color scheme. So lets say I change this current layout's SKIN to Noxian style. It would be green and black instead of grey and white. To answer any questions (again) about "Why u keep moving my couch", it's because I do not want to make skins for a layout people are not satisfied with. It's a lot of effort and time -- I tried that once on a different site, and it was horrific. I ended up not getting any work done.
I apologize if people are getting annoyed by the renovations, but I do want to get a layout people are pleased with.

I do not like the first preview, largely because the lines between the background and content areas are hard to distinguish. For whatever reason, I feel like my eyes are straining to see that boundary even though it serves little purpose. Otherwise, the dark colors are fine, though the fonts on that page are still pretty small. (You're making me feel blind!)
The red one is very crisp. I like the distinctness, though I'd be interested to see how you'd work it into an Ionian theme.
The green one is a nice color scheme, but I feel like there's not enough contrast between the dark and light colors.
I like the blue and black scheme better than the first preview because of the way it defines boundaries. The blue highlights seem to be in strange places though, and draw my attention away from the content, and toward the spacers. Maybe that's just me.
Let me know if you're looking for any more specific feedback.

I think the black and blue one is the best. The red one grabs your attention too much and the green one is a little too dimmed, making it a little hard to read.
The cruelty of one will not blind me of the suffering of many.
Black and blue! It's simple and yet...has that...crazy feeling that makes it feel awesome. Plus the green one is too dull and the red one is too contrasting.
The only problem I have is that the background will no longer be lightly colored - which means that people who use fonts, etc. etc. said it before. Also, I don't know how it would look in Firefox. I'm not sure which browser people prefer, and I know that it looks completely horrible in Opera.
Basically, I put the skin previews up mostly for the layouts too, since the colors can be changed easily.
This one will get rid of the sidetables and will have everything in clean tabs at the top. This also means more space for the middle so text won't be as small. Thoughts? (Graphics and such not included -- just the layout).

Very straightforward, and having more space for the actual post is never really a bad thing. On the down side, it will make everyone's posts look smaller.
Additionally, I've found being able to watch the C-box while refreshing the "New Topics" page very useful from a pragmatic point of view. I'm confident in your ability to make it work out though.
