In regards to the Freljord Plot I think it's time to clear up somethings since this has been delayed and put off long enough. But a few things first!
Any and all individuals who took part in the Expedition to Shurima CANNOT be in Freljord and assisting till much later in the plot. I'm sorry but you cannot be in two places at once.
There will be another Void thread before the Void reaches the Winter Claw tribe. Right now it's a matter of wrapping up the Preparing for the Fire thread. Soon, there will be another detailing the Void's ravaging of the areas outside of the Winter Claw's main tribe.
Not long after this (hopefully), we'll get to the actual attack on the tribe and we'll see how that plays out.

Well....since I have been working on this little guy and it does pertain to you lot. It fits here. I don't think he is unreasonable, but I have yet to get an opinion besides my own, so GIMME THE INPUT!
If he works, I'll use him every now and then....if he doesn't get murdered. I was thinking that either he pops in through Freljord or Ithacia(I think I misspelled that, but whateve's). Swain was looking at him, but has yet to get back to me.
I also don't think this character will be frequently used, but if you wish it, I will make an account.

No. It would burn ALL mana within the radius. Even his own. His abilities do not drain mana from his prey. His ult is a hail Mary. Also note that any warrior would not be too awfully affected by Tal'Zak's abilities. Tal'zak is LOVINGLY made to track and murder mages, but what is it that most mages have in common? The common element a hunter can track? MANA. Magical energy by other means makes a different field...or smell for lack of a better word. So Ki, nonmana hextech, and blood would not attract Tal'zak as much.
I suddenly feel like this should've been done PM, but fuck it. Too late now.
I am open to input and if you all just flat out go "WE DON'T WANT ANOTHER BUG!" Then I'll bugger off. Will I be a bit sad? Yeah, but I don't want to piss you lot off. Tal'zak either needs to work fine or not come to be, because of the afore mentioned strong urges to track down and murder Ryze and drain him dry and feel happier than a druggy with a lifetime supply of weed (Which might be literal in Tal'Zak's case).

I like the concept of a magehunter. However...Mana-draining seems a bit overpowered, and abstract to enact in RP. I really do like his concept, though.

Alrighty. I somewhat buffed and nerf that ult in the same breath. Ult will destroy SOME of the mana in a region and all of Tal'zak's. Tal'zak has a new passive to back this up. As he loses his own mana, he gets mad and deals more damage. It will be about as effective as a Maw of Malmortius.
Also note that the ult is a CHANNEL. It can be broken, at no cost to you.

Nothing more than average I would say, besides the eating of the dead (which has its own issues). Again, burning his mana in his Ult like that is a Hail Mary.
