Malzahar stood there at a now raided and smashed village. Any tribesman who surrendered were all standing in a line as Malzahar paced back and forth. Everything was a wreck. The barricades, the houses, everything. Some houses were lit aflame, others were ransacked but still standing, and others were crushed into the snow and ice.
Malzahar gazed at these warriors before him. "You have made the right choice in surrendering to fate's will." He said as the warriors just rolled their eyes, having enough of the Prophet's words. "This is your final chance. Join the Void, or be consumed by it. Think not of what your peers will think of your actions, but what your actions will do to benefit fate's will." He said, waiting a few seconds for one to move. It took a little bit, but one barbarian finally stood forward, and a few more followed. Malzahar smiled behind his cowl as he nodded. "You have all made the right choice, but the same can't be said for the others..." Portals opened beneath the barbarians who stayed as they soon fell into them with screams. "Come, you will soon join us." He said as a portal opened for the barbarians to come through. They all went through as it closed behind them. Malzahar turned to his fellow Void allies. "So, anything you may have found?" He asked them all.

The Knight emerged from the ether as a portal ripped out from the ether. He came into full view of the captives and the Prophet, his decrepit black wings expanded as a single red eye gazed over those who would soon be…converted.
“The Winter Claw has been reinforced by other factions. However, we will be upon them before the Preservers and Ashe’s troops.”
He looked around the wreckage for a moment.
Enlighten them. Let them “Embrace” the Void. Burn everything to the ground. March on.
If they weren’t converted, malformed into some sort of monstrosity, these humans would be useless to their effort.
“Accusation that silences and deafens.” “Deeds that leave lasting wounds and stain the soul.”

((Forgive me for using this account, but I don't think I will use this character often enough to warrant another account. I will link Tal'Zak in all my posts I use with him and Victus is not joining in this RP. If you do not want me, I will delete this post.))
From one of the portals for the damned barbarians, a blue blur flew out, capturing a barbarian and leaving a trail of blood. The monster ripped the barabarian's head off and swallowed it whole, glowing blue for a moment as the human's weak mana fed him.
The beast stood almost four feet tall and was as bulky as a war hound, but had a tail longer than most men tall. The feet were almost birdlike, with long talons. The head possessed six eyes of blue that shimmered as they gazed at the Prophet. It...smiled with a mouthful of canines that were drenched in blood and blue saliva. He turned to the Grey Knight.
< That is the Herald of our coming? If these creatures are all this world has to offer then I will be disappointed. I was promised mana. The only mana I sense that is worth anything is that one and yourself, Grey One. Can I eat the Herald or does the Void still require his service? > The beast hissed in the Void tongue.
Cho'gath was destroying the remainder of the village and eating the corpses of the fallen, and the killers, if they resisted. He towered over most of the void army, a red beacon announcing a void assault before the main force could be seen. After finishing what remained of this "village" he strove over to the Grey Knight to talk strategy. Although, he was close enough to hear the mana hound ask about eating the prophet and growled in response.
" Silence hound, you will not be eating the prophet until he is deemed useless or i will consume YOU." and he then turned to the Grey Knight.
He grunted, annoyed with their progress. " When will we be coming upon the winter tribe, Knight? I grow weary of these weak outer towns and destroying them gives the winter claw more time to prepare."
He looked at the void creatures still lingering in the village and roared ferociously. " GET MOVING, NOW." The smaller creatures scurrying off to not invoke Cho'Gaths wraith who returned his attention to the Grey Knight.

< I came to hunt these all powerful mages I was promised, not these frost addled, mana starved....things. There is nothing worth my time for miles. Why am I ordered to aid you deal with something outside my normal duties and seemingly rather simply dealt with to me? You have enough soldiers. I should be hunting this 'League' and not freezing with you. Give me leave to hunt. I WANT THEIR MANA! >
Tal'zak started pacing anxiously. The little mana he had devoured was not enough. He felt jittery. There was an IDEAL target in front of him, but he was told not to touch the creature. Tal'zak snarled angrily and snapped at any minor Voidling who wandered too close.

Kha'Zix returned to his 'brethren' claws coated in the fresh blood of his enemies as well as plenty of blood splatter on his own carapace. Perching on the roof of a half destroyed he over looked the familiar voidlings and their herald. Taking in a deep breath he relished in the aroma of death. "So much blood in the air." he mused to himself more than anyone else.

Malzahar gave a simple nod to Grey. "Good, we want to deal as much damage so their reinforcements shall be nulled. As for the conversions, they shall join. They will all see the truth." He said, more barbarians walking through the portals. He turned to the strange looking creature that had entered the area. Annoying to say the least, but he expected such ignorance of Void creatures who have yet to know of this place fully.
He raised his hand to speak, but was interrupted b by a very temperamental Cho'Gath. He sighed at his anger. "Cho'Gath do not fret. We will arrive in time to crush the opposition. Get a move on though with the others. I will catch up with more forces." He said, nodding his head towards Kha'Zix to make sure he followed. He turned back to the blue Void creature. "As for you, you will get what you want in the end. The short-term may not be best, but soon summoners will join in. That is where you will find endless mana. For now, be patient and carry out the Void's prophecies in the destruction in this iceland." He said, arms crossed the entire time.
Tal'Zak growled at Kha'Zix in greeting. That was one voidling he could respect. Graceful and wise in the ways of the hunt. Kha'Zix lacked the focus to be a true servant of the Void however, in Tal'Zak's opinion and he hoped that the hunter would change his choice in prey mid fight.
"You lie to me, creature, and no one will stop my vengeance." Tal' Zak hissed at Malzahar, moderatly upset to learn now that the man spoke his tongue. He turned his head towards Cho'Gath, the most experience of the voidlings with humans.
"Cho'Gath, is what I heard correct? Beasts half covered in odd fibers and holding metal cutting sticks are all that await us? No one respects this clan of creatures? Isolated and alone? Why did we wait this LONG before wiping them out?"

The Knight watched with eagerness as they were dragged into the Void itself through the portals, the appearance of one more elite brought a semblance of happiness into his foul being. His attention turned upon Tal’Zak. His red eye glowed brightly for a moment. The Mana Hound would feel an invigoration and eagerness as the Knight infused him with a dose of his own Void energies. The rush from it would be the equivalent of a rush of adrenaline and energy. For now, it would likely help sate of some of his hunger but like all Void beast he would want more.
“Patience. Where we head, there will be a banquet. A buffet with all the sweet morels that you can only hope to have dreamed of. All for the taking, their loss. Your gain. All you need to do is wait only a little longer.”

Tal'Zak's hide shimmered in a variety of purples, the color of Void energy. Not the same as Mana, but it would suffice. He shook with the added energy and the easing of his craving.
"I will be patient, Grey One. Forgive my eagerness, but I have heard many things. Wonderful things. A quarry that rivals our own huntsman, a group that had held the mighty Cho'Gath and dressed him in odd fibers, and a man who resisted the awe of our power and opposes the Herald. And all that is fueled by Mana of a quality I have rarely seen. The last few worlds we purged were full of mana-less beasts of little difficulty. I have been waiting for a world like this for eons."
