"Look, don't ask how I got it in here, ok? It's here, we got the building in, let's get things running."
Von Paparaz doesn't like discussing details, it seems. The employees just shrugged and rolled with it, and the Noxian Branch was up and running.
Like always, the building was rather small, but it housed a gigantic Antenna, that stretched far up high, topped by a dim red crystal that pulsed silently. These were what they used to broadcast to every viewscreen in Noxus... and at a relatively low cost. How about that.
Inside, people worked hard, processing news, gathering news, getting ready to send details to the main Headquarters. For guests, there was the lobby, a quaint area with only a few chairs to sit and wait, and a secretary at a lone desk, ready to answer any questions or take any info you wished to give.

A slight man, robed ornately in crimson and gold, strode through the shabby building's double doors. Inside was comfortable enough, but far from the splendorous lobby of the now-collapsed Journal of Justice. Richor Ebony sighed heavily as he approached the desk. The secretary, bent over a stack of parchment and scribbling furiously, did not seem to notice him at first.
He rolled his eyes, straightened his robe and cleared his throat loudly behind his fist. "Hello," he greeted the woman darkly, folded his arms over his chest and awaited her acknowledgement.

This Secretary wasn't... the best, but she could at least tell when someone was angry. A younger girl, she jumped at the sudden greeting, buuut was good enough to straighten herself out quickly and properly.
"Yes, how may I help you?" She fixed up her desk and put aside her papers.

Richor Ebony might have looked familiar to her, especially if she had been a frequent reader of the JoJ. His Noxian column had been by far the best written, after all. Now that he had her attention, he dropped his arms to his sides and adopted a slightly more friendly tone, though still businesslike and direct.
"I want to see whoever is in charge here. Important business. You can tell him it's Ebony." He ran a hand through his wavy hair, making sure every lock was perfectly in place.

The poor secretary, as spacey as she was, was busy blinking and trying to realize that Richor Ebony himself was here. But should she let him in? He certainly wasn't one scheduled for any meetings, not that she knew of, so what was-
For the save, a voice on the intercom piped up. "It's ok, love, send him in." The voice addressed the other Noxian, apparently able to hear everything(?) "Yo! What took you so long? Come right in, she'll show you to my "Branch" office."
The girl nodded and opened the door for Ebony, which lead through the actual building.

The journalist stuffed his hands into his robe pockets and followed the girl down the hallway. He didn't answer Von Paparaz, frowning at being addressed by the disembodied of this establishment's overseer. The smell of fresh paint and new carpets was overpowering. Richor rolled his eyes. The cheesy artificial plants placed here and there about the over-lit hall made him cringe with distaste. Who does this guy think he is...?
They drew near the office, upon the door of which gold letters were emblazoned: Luigi Von Paparaz. Of course. A presumptuous name to match its presumptuous owner. Richor huffed as the girl drew open the door. And there he was behind the desk, his ensemble complete with sunglasses and his showy satin v-necked shirt... on a floating viewscreen? Annoyed at not being received in person, Richor stomped into the room. "I came as soon I figured you'd be ready to receive me," he retorted. "When do you start broadcast?"

Von Paparaz only rose a hand. "Hold on one moment..."
With a bit of visible tinkering on his end.... the Viewscreen grew in size, expanding Luigi to an uncomfortably large level compared to Ebony.
"Pretty amazing, huh? The techies are working on making this size option available to the public too. It's crazy how fast they can come up with this stuff, but hey. Here we are."
From the other end of the viewscreen, back in Ionia's HQ, Von Paparaz rested hid elbow on hid desk, and his chin on his hand, a wicked grin on his face. Whatever Ebony wanted, Paparaz knew he was ready for it. "We begin once the initial selling of viewscreens has reached an acceptable number. Judging by the sales... that will be in no time at all. So, considering you have yet to tell me about your sudden visit here, I'd love to know: Why are you here, Esteemed writer of the Journal of Justice, Richard Ebony?"

"Why am I here? That's a good question. First, I'll try you why i'm not here." A serious and threatening tone took over when he started to list off his reasons. "I'm not here to welcome you to Noxus, I'm not here to wish you the best of luck with your 'viewscreens', and I'm sure as hell not here to let you ruin my publication empire." His hostile way of speaking could easily be picked up, even though the two men were not face to face.
"I don't care about your initial sellings, or what your 'techies' have come up with for these devices. All that I care for, is that you stay out of the paper. If I see any sort of news letter coming from this office, expect to hear from me, and not just me, but also from the Grand General himself." Richor took a breath after making sure his point came across clearly. "Do we have an understanding, 'Von Paparaz'?"
