" Men! Around me! We will push them back!" Tahlem charged forward, his group in a defensive tight formation. They were pushing ground, slowly, but ground nontheless. Wind started to swirl around Tahlem, he focused it to swirl like a hurricane around his sword. When he next struck out with his sword the man was cut down almost like he was cloth, a look of shock on his face.
Another life taken on this day, Noxian life, but life nonetheless. They could be following orders like he disobeyed to do. When he returned home he was prepared to be punished but...
They will NOT die here today.

Tilly pushed further into the horde, leading the charge with her massive Sword. Gritting her teeth, she cleaved every Noxian in her way in two. "Keep pushing!" She called out to the rest, her blade flourishing, painting the air red with blood.

Jon maintained his fire, making sure no one, including Till, was ambushed from any Noxian sneak attack. However, as they moved up, he began to notice that there were now Noxians in the square itself.
"D--- it," he thought to himself; Noxus had already breached the main defenses and were now already fighting the main force. They had to get there soon, for the central square was the most important objective in the battle; whoever controlled it in the end would be in the most advantageous position, and thus be most likely the victor.
"Come on, we gotta get there now!" He shouted to no one in particular, although it was loud enough for everyone in the group to hear him.

Tahlem just fought. They needed to break the line or they would fall in this street. Tahlem parried a Noxian blade and responded with a stab to his chest, pulling it from the man he whirled around and struck down another Noxian who was locked in combat with one of his men. He turned to find Tilly in the mess, spotting her in the crowd. " General! Cut them down!" And she would notice the wind surrounding her blade and circling it to give it a tornado like appearance. Should she strike with the blade she will find that it can now cuts through most armor and shields like they were mere cloth. Tahlem stood immobilized while channeling this, depending on his troops to keep him defended.
Tilly kept slashing and slashing until she heard the Demacian generals words. She looked down at her Sword, the wind around it swirled and shook. Tilly simply nodded to her blade and began to slash the Noxians again, finding it much easier to cut them down. Tilly took full advantage of this and pushed as hard as she could, breaking through the Noxian line.

Jon heard the Demacian call out something, and turned to see that he was focusing on channeling his power to someone. He switched to covering the Demacian, ensuring that he was kept safe and steady to channel his powers. At this point in the battle, however, the adrenaline seemed to slow down to him. Movements blurred, sounds rang... every shot he took with his M1 seemed to take an eternity in-between shots...
However, something caught his eye; several Noxians he did not see before broke into one of the houses on the side and stormed in. Eyes widening at the realization that it could only mean one thing - that they were going to attack whoever was inside - Jon slung over his rifle, drew out his revolver, and sprinted to the household, keeping his sprint as he dashed inside the household.
What he would witness was anybody's guess... but one thing was certain: he wasn't about to forget what he would see for himself.

Tahlen kept it channeled for as long as he could, enjoying the covering fire from Jon, before collapsing onto his hands in exhaustion. He heaved in air sporadically and looked up to see she had done a great deal of damage. It was worth it at least and his men continued to hold the line from the Noxians wanting an easy kill off him.
The medic. Where is the medic? tahlem looked around to see him sprinting off to a house by himself. He tried to call out to be careful but could not find the breath to do so. He would need another minute before rejoining the fight...hopefully not getting decapitated before then.

Tilly was too concerned with the Noxians in her face to worry about the medic, but she did spare a glance when she could. Still she pushed however, determined to drive the Noxian forces from her homeland.

For a minute the household Jon was entered was relatively quiet, although one could hear a faint cry in the background if one were to listen intently.
It was broken, however, by several loud shots that rang out, as if intended for everyone within the vicinity to hear, followed by a very light, muffled, yet audible, sobbing.
The feeling that it whatever was going on inside was not over yet still hung in the air, however...

When the shots rang out Tahlem felt new-found strength return to his limbs, adrenaline from the battle or willpower to make sure the Medic is not dead he did not know. Is the Para-Medic alright? No more will die today and sure as hell not the one who could save more lives. He pushed himself up of the ground and begin to make his way to the house, defeating any Noxians that dared to bar his way with skillful swordplay. He will damn well make sure they all survive this, even a man he is not responsible for is a life he will defend.

Tilly looked back, furrowing her brows. "Keep pushing!" She ordered the squadron, then she herself turned and ran off towards the building, cutting down any left over Noxians.

As Tahlem and Tilly both approached the household, a the soft crying abruptly turned into a bloody gurgle, which slowly died away However, a subsequent high-wailing scream followed, with a rather loud sound of what seemed to be a scuffle along with it.
Inside the house, a crying young woman, whose cry could be described as half-crying, half-screaming, was sitting on the floor, next to what appeared to be her dead parents and baby sister; notably, the baby appeared to have her throat slit wide open, blood having only just stopped pouring from the wound.
However, the sounds of a melee were outside, on the other side of the house. Here, Jon and what appared to be an elite Noxian woman were locked in combat. Jon had his revolver, while the Noxian had a wicked-looking scythe.
The moment Tahlem and Tilly would notice the fight, Jon would have grassed the Noxian to the ground, put the barrel inches from her face, and pull the trigger.
The sound of the discharge was a blast no one nearby would soon forget.
For the next few minutes, Jon did not move, his mind still trying to process the action he just committed...

Tahlem barged into the home and took the scene in quickly. It was quite a gruesome slaughter of innocent civilians...Noxus is a brutal regime. For a moment he felt like this war should continue until noxus is dorwning in a sea of its own blood. But his thoughts were broken from sounds of battle further into the home.
"Para-Medic?!" He called out, quickly through the home.
Tahlem arrived in time to see Jon execute the Noxian, falling still and blood seeping from the head wound. Tahlem quickly moved over to Jon and tried to get him to move, comforting the medic to continue the fight. " Medic, come on." He shook his shoulder lightly. " It was a necessary thing you just did...this man caused so much pain." The screams and clanks of swords got louder, faltering tahlem attention for a moment.
" Medic we must push back these Noxians or more things like this will happen. We must have...a great stand at the Placidium. Soldiers will hold the line, but we need medics to save lives. We need you to save lives. Without you many would of died long ago, the soldiers out there? Need you. We need you to pull it together." He remembers the day he stood wondering if war was right, for certain causes...it can be.

Jon heard Tahlem and Tilly, with Tahlem shaking his shoulder rather hard. For a moment, he looked completely dazzled, before he recovered his mind, and looked at Tahlem, and blinked, before nodding.
"Remind me... not to take anything for granted in war if I should ever meet you again after this war ends," he said quietly, before turning to nod at Tilly's statement, putting his revolver away for his M1, and heading off back through the household to the fight, stopping only to speak to the only living family member in the household, and receiving some odd piece of paper, with a small bit of writing on it...
