Dozens of carts were being wheeled in through the gates of Noxus. They were filled with many barrels of various brews, including, but not limited to ales, beers, wines, meads, lagers, liquors, and other alcoholic concoctions.
At the very back of the line, the biggest cart hosted the Rabble Rouser, who was dressed in his Oktoberfest attire. He himself was hoisting two barrels above his head, which was obviously dangerous, but his strength allowed him to
The idea for the Festival started last year, when Gragas was thrown out of a bar. He was required to tell the Noxian constable what month it currently was. Gragas, too drunk to think straight, replied with March. Unfortunately, it was a leap year, and Februray lasted for one more day. The Rabble Rouser was expelled from the bar, and came up with the next day due to the incident.
Today, however, was just a lighthearted day for Gragas, and hopefully, for the citizens of Noxus. He and some fellow friends would drink, laugh, play games, and have a wonderful time. Gragas had even heard rumors of Jax and Olaf making an appearance.
