The Noxian border, a massive circular wall that ensured the safety of Noxus' inhabitants. Due to the city-state's withdrawal from the League of Legends, however, additional measures are being taken to bolster the city's defenses.
One of them is the project known as "The Wall". A gargantuan battlement, sixty feet tall and thirty feet wide; to be built with stone, steel, and sweat. "The Wall" was supposed to be two things - first and foremost, as it name implies, a wall. What many do not know, however, is that it will also be capable of housing soldiers inside itself - something that would allow Noxus to always be prepared against an attack.
As leader figure of the project, Urgot was currently overseeing the main gate's construction. Masons that did not work hard enough were swiftly reminded of how the glorious noxian empire required their service with a blast of necromantic energy directed at their feet.
Work faster, you imbeciles! If I catch any of you loitering, I'll personally make sure your hands aid Noxus' goals; whether they stay fastened to your arms or not.
