Jadefellow narrows his eyes and waves a hand for Teemo to stand in front of the door and keep quiet. After clearing his throat, the mayor puts his hands together and lays them gently on the table.
"Very well then. I'll hear what you have to say about this... 'deal' of yours. However, I cannot keep you here too long, and I'm only going to let you have this one chance for now. You're a criminal, after all, and have caused several hardships for the community before. Now... what is it you have to propose?"

Veigar stands up.
""Several hardships"? I have caused positive things for the City, if you think that steal some things is a "hardship", you know nothing about a real hardship..."
After that, he walks around the room speaking slowly and distinctly.
"...Whatever, I will not beat around the bush... I want offer my help in case of an attack of the threats that have been appearing around Valoran the last months.... but I'm not only offering help, i am also giving you a chance to stop my attacks against the city.
If you accept this deal, i will not hurt any yordle on Bandle or the city itself... apart from my help in case of an Invasion or an attack against the city.
But, what i win with all this? Simply: Remove all the criminal charges against me or anyone who accept me as his master... also, Bandle will not interfere if i commit crimes outside the limits of the Yordle Land, except Demacia... So, Dennison, you accept my help? or you deny my offer?"
What are the intentions of the master of evil? no one knows... except himself. He stop walking, and look at the yordles.
"By the way, do not think that I'm trying to be "good", I'll never be good."

The mayor furrows his brows and his fur bristles a little at the prospect. He never really cared much for Veigar, but other than the Mothership incident the only other thing that bothered him was the prospect of an impending attack. Perhaps...
"Erm... very well then. I'll accept this offer on one condition: If you break any of these promises you've made, then the deal is off and you will be serving for double your current charges. And I assure you, the Scouts and Megling units will find you and bring you in much quicker this time. In the mean time, though, with these agreements set in place... you'll be free to move about the city as you please, so long as you don't harm anything or any yordle, and I will keep Poppy informed as to the portion of our agreement that involves Demacia. Just know that if you make any attacks you make on other cities without notifying me first, I will not have Bandle be held responsible. You will be on your own. However, if you come to me first and we come to some kind of agreement... I... suppose we'll just have to see. I'm not very fond of the idea of attacking another city-state, especially with the condition we're in right now."

"I doubt that any city-state will be fond of being attacked, but don't worry about that, it will not happen soon.... Well, i would like to keep this Deal as a secret for the other City-States... (without counting Demacia), we do not want that Noxus, The Shadow Isles or The Void hear about this, RIGHT? I want to keep the surprise factor."

The mayor sighs with a faint groan, sitting back in his chair.
"Yes, yes, not to worry Veigar. Only the citizens of Bandle will know of this, and the few Demacians that need to know. I don't believe that any other dignitaries from the other states would need or want to know anyway. Now... just to make sure this is official..."
Jadefellow gets out of his chair and walks over to Veigar, extending his aged hand out towards Veigar in a very official, yet somehow friendly manner.
"I always prefer to 'seal the deal' on these negotiations with a formal handshake, if you will."

The master of evil "raises an eyebrow" behind of the shadows that cover his face. "a handshake"? what's next? bend the knee to the mayor? HE will rule the world and no one else.
"A "handshake"?... I refuse to do that. i said that i am going to help THE CITY, that doesn't mean that i am going to help YOU. The leaders of all the city-states still being MY enemies, don't forget that."

Dennison blinks, furrowing his brows in frustration and leaning down a little at the mage.
"That, Veigar, was a test. If you can't do something as simple as giving me a formal handshake to show me that you're willing to follow through with your end of the deal, that we're equals coming to a single agreement, then how am I to trust that you'll actually follow through with this? I understand your distaste for, or maybe fear of personal contact, but is shaking hands such a terrible thing, now?"

Veigar thinks about it before say in a grumbling tone.
"Fear? i don't have fear. If this "formal handshake" is so important for you, i will give you a handshake."
After that, the evil yordle takes off his right glove, revealing his hand... his fur is black, has 4 fingers ((some yordles have 4 fingers and other yordles have 5)) and the nails are more like claws. ((Imagine a mix between the hands of "Pool party Ziggs" and "Artic Ops Kennen")). Then, Veigar looks at the mayor and offers his hand to give the handshake.

The mayor's expression becomes a little less frustrated as he reaches out and gives Veigar a firm handshake.
"There we are. We have a deal now, Veigar. Now was that handshake so bad? I don't think so. Anyway, I have a lot of work to get back to, so if you would I'd really prefer that we could be done here. Unless, of course, you have more you wish to discuss?"
