When the door opened, Titus takes a step back avoiding being hit by the door. Veigar and Teemo emerge from the Mayor's office. He mentally sneers at Veigar and he turns to the Swift Scout. His facial expression doesn't show it but Teemo might get the hint that the admiral is not pleased.
After Veigar greets himself in a mocking tone, Titus replies in a seemingly welcoming way.
"The same to you, Tiny Master of Evil. So your crimes are cleared and now that you're a fellow citizen of Bandle..."

The evil yordle doesn't receives the "welcome" of Titus in a good manner, he can "see" the feelings of the admiral, and those feelings are different at what he says.
"I am not a "fellow citizen" of Bandle, I just make this for my OWN benefit... After all, I cant rule a destroyed world."
Veigar's eyes shone almost threateningly, however, the wizard knows that he cant harm the yordle due the "deal".
"And if you have any problem against ME or the decision of the mayor, we can talk with Denisson if you want."

Veigar, without taking his sight off the yordle, takes a step forward, defiant
"Kill me? YOU AND WHAT ARMY?"[/b][/size]
After a short pause he adds.
"...Oh yeah.... the Navy... Whatever!!, i don't have intentions of do something against the city or initiate a fight with you, so we can have a discussion as civilized yordles?"
Titus keeps a stern face for a moment. Then he sighs, relaxes his arms, and calms down. To Titus, Veigar isn't a criminal anymore and should be treated as a guest.
"Well...okay then. Umm..."
He couldn't find words to say to a 'former' enemy, especially to a crazed wizard like Veigar. Eventually he finds something to talk about, but Titus wish he could have found a better subject.
"Uh...you know the events that's going on, right?"

Teemo gives Titus a stern glare when he is addressed, but simply rolls his eyes and nods to acknowledge it. He blinks when the admiral mentions events, not knowing what he's talking about.
"Events? I haven't heard of anything big... what do you mean, Titus?"

Veigar laughs at the ignorance of the scout and says.
"Of course that I'm fully aware of all the events that have occurred the last months, that is why i am offering my help. Yesterday the Void attacked Freljord instead of Bandle, lucky for us if you ask me... Because you are talking about that, right?"
Veigar looks around
"Well, we are blocking the door and the mayor may have other reunions later, Let's talk elsewhere?"

Veigar barely remembers some places of Bandle, and the most of those places do not exist anymore, after all, everything has changed since the wizard left the city.
"I don't care where, Maybe Teemo knows a good place... preferably one without many people"

A short figure wearing a grey overcoat and a grey fedora was walking hastily on the town road. He looked like he was heading somewhere to do very important things for two reasons: He was carrying a very official-looking blue sheet of paper and he was walking directly towards the town hall. The overcoat and the fedora made it difficult to tell who was wearing them, and the short figure knew this because he hadn't been bombarded by fans yet.
The short figure who's carrying the very official-looking blue sheet of paper walks into the town hall and takes off his hat to reveal a short blue-furred yordle with a very unofficial-looking moehawk (surprise surprise!). He walks up to the front desk and speaks to the female yordle behind the desk in a very official-sounding tone.
"Hello, miss. Is Mayor Dennison currently in the office right now? I've just finished the blueprints for the new dish satellite," asks Rumble (AKA the short figure formerly known as the blue-furred yordle with the very unofficial-looking moehawk).
The female yordle replies, "Yes, he's currently in, but I believe he's having a discussion with a few... very important figures."
"Oh? And who might they be?"
"Teemo and Veigar, sir."
"...Excuse me?"
"Yes, sir. I do not know what specifically they are discussing, but Teemo is there with them so I'm sure everything-"
"I've got to see this."
"Sir, your blueprint will have to wait. The mayor is having a very important discussion with-"
"No, miss. When I say I've got to see this, it means I've got to see this."
Rumble quickly strides past the female yordle without giving her a chance to reply. He doesn't walk for long until he spots Teemo, Veigar, and Titus in front of the mayor's office. Rumble stops in front of the trio and crosses his arms, still holding the blueprint in his hand.
"Alright, so who let the ol' shortstack in and what'd he do wrong this time?" Rumble demands, while also stating the three worst things right in front of Veigar: He called him old, he called him a shortstack, and he assumed that Veigar failed yet another pitiful attack on Bandle City.
Veigar immediately charges his glove with dark energy when hears that someone dares to call him SHORT. The wizard looks at the mechanic and yells angry.
"The yordle who uses a robot made of TRASH in order to look bigger... is calling ME SHORT?!"
If wasn't for the "deal" that he did, Rumble should be already dead. Veigar tries to keep calm... with not much success. Without dissipate the energy, the angry yordle says.
"... And for your information, Teemo is months OLDER than me"
((Did any notices that Rumble, in fact should be smaller that the rest? In game he has the size of a minion...))

Teemo blinks, narrowing his eyes angrily at Titus before slamming a palm to the admiral's face.
"Oh, shut it, Titus. I've gone through a lot these past few weeks and since Veigar came here of his own free will to speak to the mayor I gave him that one chance. You know very well that now he's bound to an agreement where he can't do harm here or in Demacia, and he can now come and go as he likes to long as he holds up his end of the deal. That, Rumble, is why Veigar is here."
He removes his hand from the admiral's face and steps back, folding his arms and addressing everyone.
"Now you asked if I know a place that's more private than this? Well... we have Rumble here. I know for a fact that not many, if any, visit his workshop. Maybe we should go there? What do you say, 'Bull?"
The scout still held his very serious demeanor, but didn't really realize his use of Rumble's nickname in front of the others.
