In Ashe's lore, it basically states that whilst the Gelid Vortex rips her companions to shreds, a 'divine presence' protects her from going the same way. Whether or not that's religion, I don't know.
On the topic of that, Soraka is technically a celestial being and believes in the 'stars'... not sure if this has been mentioned. So she's also not from this plane.
The quote is "divine providence," a term often used to describe things that should not have been possible, indicating extreme luck (Many who have survived extreme disasters such as being thrown into the sky by a tornado would describe their luck as divine providence). This is does not necessarily indicate that there are some gods in play on runeterra.
Luck that she was the only one that remained unscathed in a stormy blizzard of mass destruction while every other person died while her hair turned white? Must be one lucky Princess. But no, I was not implying Gods but the presence of the 'divine'.

I personally think Riot left religion out of Valoran for a reason. They didn't want to piss someone off. Sure you got sun and moon worship, but the cults are small. Elise doesn't truly count as the entire thing appears to be a lie to feed her addiction.
If you REALLY wanted to make it a religion, Zaun could worship Science. Progress for the sake of Progress.
The Rakkor worship war, but is it religion or something else? Like a code of conduct a Knight has, a knight doesn't need to have a faith to have a code. They may also view war as a art, like a painting. It seems weird to US, but maybe not to them.
There is simply a LOT of stretching and bending you could do, and I am personally not willing to try to decide what religion exists on Runeterra or not and am not sure if there should be a religion. Cults are one thing, but religion...might affect everyone in such a way they are not willing to be.

I personally ascribe the existence of gods and godlike beings (devils and demonic beings) to the existence of other planes, which I think is perfectly supported by Riot's lore, the nature of summoning, the existence of The Void, etc.

I'm not saying its a god/goddess, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't just 'luck' either since they (Sejuani) believes in prophecy too. Which ties into the Three Princess thing.
