It's a decently sized apartment room, it has one bedroom, bath, kitchen and living room.
The bedroom has two beds, one is obviously John's and another smaller bed for Erica. It is slightly cramped with the inclusion of the second bed. There is also a closet where their clothes and some storage is kept.
The living room has a couch, table and other things ((I'm not 100% sure of the technology that Valoran has D:))
John sits on the couch, resting and staring up at the ceiling while Erica works on some homework. She frowns and looks up at John. "This sucks!" John breaks into laughter and sits up, resting an arm on the couch. "True, but if you get that done you can have fun time, hooray!" Erica goes back to work, grumbling but replies with. "Fiiine."
