"well as you may be aware Krutis is Zaunite, and Hyne is Piltoverian and they brought some tech over with them. Krutis came with a create of corrosive explosive mines and Hyne has a create of hexsplosives that she may be willing to share, in the end I am proposing we blow them up." Vergil tapped his fingers on the desk while thinking in his mind about the possibilities of this working.

"Explosives? Unless there are some small enough to fly on an arrow without affecting the trajectory too much, I can't do much with those. So I guess I'll sit this one out in a sense."
Sara shrugs and spins the last arrow she made in her hand before placing them in her quiver. She then pulls her longbow from it's strap on her back and places it against the table as she sits down in a chair next to it.
Caerys tilted her head slightly. He wanted to obliterate the bandits right then and there? What would she know though, she had never seen them before. She had a momentary dislike for the tactic, as such weapons rendered the blade a bit irrelevant, but she realized something soon after it was suggested.
"Do tell us of the nature of these weapons. After the first explosives go off the bandits will quickly evacuate their camp as it burns to ash. You wish us to cut at their leadership in such chaos then? Or are these weapons strong enough as to render our skill at arms irrelevant?"

"Well from what I have seen the explosives are not that big, chances are we wont clear out the entire camp but we could cause some chaos among them." Vergil cleared his throat again. "If we place them right we could kill their leadership then all we need to do afterwards is clean up." The option was one the table, it meant that the group would need to figure out which of the 3 options were best.
"And do we really have a guarantee that the explosives are strong enough to eliminate these strong leaders? What if they survive?" Caerys continued asking Vergil, demonstrating a cunning refined in the deadly inter-gladiator school rivalries. Often, the most effective tactics were targeting not the warriors themselves but the food that kept them going.
"...Why not target their food stores and weapons instead? burn them out and make them hungry. Attack their supply lines. kick them in the stomach, so to speak. We may be able to cause dissent among their ranks. Or at least weaken them."

"Attacking their supply lines would be useful if they had supply lines. From what we can tell they get most of their supplies from raiding caravans heading in and out of Noxus, cutting supply lines to the bandit would mean cutting supply lines to Noxus as well." Vergil tapped the table in thought. "though I think I have an idea. Sara we will need to re-purpose some of your arrows."

"Hmph, I might as well make new ones specially for the explosives. No point wasting the ones I have now, especially after they've been fitted with the arrowheads."
Sara shakes her head, pondering for a moment about how to make the special arrows before continuing.
"I'll have to test how they fly before the mission though. I'd rather not miss completely because I do not know how the weight of the explosive affects the flight of the arrow."
Caerys straightened her posture and leaned back slightly into her chair, crossing her arms. She questioned Vergil's tactical acumen, wishing he'd been more clear with what he intended... however, her expressioned remained cool and aloof as ever.
Caerys sighed. "Then, if there is nothing else, I am prepared to do battle. Use your explosives and sow chaos among their ranks. Once the band is in disarray, only then shall my steel taste flesh- a dagger thrust towards their commanders; once leaderless, the rest will flee, allowing us to escape."
The gladiatrix stood up from the long meeting. It felt like it dragged on longer than it should. "Call me when the time is upon us. You know where I am."
